Reading a few of the reviews, I wished I parked here and just walked than pay the high parking meter cost of the street.I am very impressed with the architecture, artwork and photography displayed along the side. Nice sidewalks on the road next to it. I see staff working inside. I noticed security cameras. There is a display commemorating the railroad industry next door. A turnaround for cars is at one of the entrances. A playground is next to the garage.I remember seeing Dunn, Portsmouth's poet laureate at a comic book shoppe that was on State Street about two decades ago and at the flea market in Newington on the occasional Sundays. Seeing his photo and the Albacore brought back memories I was surprised I still had. This is the best looking parking garage I have ever seen, even at night!I parked near the top and I enjoyed the view of the city and a sunset .Elevator and bathroom available.I'm not sure if you can pay at the exit or if you have to pay at the ATM looking machine at the bottom floor. I paid at the machine, but, I think I observed a man pay at the gate and there is a slot to accept credit cards. Cash is accepted at the ground floor machine.Eco chargers for hybrid vehicles available.

Nice garage and price much better than the street BUT there is only ONE pay station at the exit so after an event you have to wait in a long line to process your payment.

Actually a nice place to park your car while in Portsmouth. Also half the price of those in down town, and its a 5-6 minute walk to downtown from here.

Good place, almost always plenty of parking. The walk is under 5min to lots of downtown areas. $1/h isn't bad and it's even less if you work in downtown. Never had any issues here.

Great parking garage. I'm in Portsmouth at least three days a week and always park here. A short walk to everywhere I need to be.

It s a garage. It s safe and clean, and the people in the office are professional and helpful, but the tickets work like 80% of the time.I hope the ticket printing system can be addressed so I don t get stuck waiting at the gate any more times.

Cleanest parking garage EVER. You could literally eat off of the concrete slab floor. The simplicity is calming. One entrance/exit. The perfect spiral. One way is up, evidenced by a hill the other down..(also evidenced by a hill, but you get the idea). Impossible to find this garage confusing. And $1/hr? Take my money, please.I would absolutely park here every day if I could. 100.

At only $1/hour and never a line, this is the best parking garage in Portsmouth. If you want to pay 3x the price to be 0.25 miles closer to downtown, that's your decision...

Cheap and good place to park but the machines can be problematic. No Internet so no credit cards on last visit.

Easy parking at a fair rate. Only thing is that whoever design the drainage system for the garage did a terrible job. The entire garage will be wet after it rains, with puddles on every level, which like to freeze this time of year. There s also a massive puddle that collects by the elevators and you ll constantly see the door propped open with a floor fan trying to dry it out

Great garage. Very clean and only $1 hour. $20 if you lose your ticket. It's better than running back and forth to fill a meter.

Cheapest place to park and not a long walk from downtown.

Best parking option downtown. $1 per hour. Half the cost of other, older garages. Three charging spots. Easy in and out. No brainer.

Great place to park and a lot cheaper than parking in town . It's only a couple of blocks from the center of Portsmouth.

This is an amazing place to see public spending gone crazy. A $20+ million structure for parking that is always empty. Be sure to go up to the top level so you can get a real sense for how massively overbuilt this structure is to serve a demand that arises maybe 1% of the time. Then ponder the fact that the alleged need is for restaurants and events where people are likely to spend hundreds or thousands of dollars to support the art and restaurant scene but the discounted rate of $1 is somehow supposed to convince an aging tourist population to walk across town. The sad part is that the garage is funded by hundred thousand dollar impact fees assessed on restaurants and businesses that can't meet the city's outrageous parking requirements. So you might as well park here because your $30 dinner plate funded this hideous monstrosity. On the positive, the top floor is a good place to watch the sunset.

New Foundry Place Garage Parking great, cheap price to park outside of Downtown Portsmouth! $1.00 per hour at time of parking Foundry Place Garage. Special rates season pass and City Of Portsmouth special events. A little walk to Downtown Portsmouth the only downfall, downside. Maybe full time shuttle service to Downtown Portsmouth areas in near future. Hanover Parking Garage closer to Downtown Portsmouth but costs more to park in Downtown Portsmouth. Foundry Place Garage some security issues but garage lighting well-lit, well-maintained and plenty. Lighting adjusted, dimmed for residences around parking garage. Public bathrooms clean, well-maintained and trash clean. Emergengy phones located different levels throughout the parking garage. Fire Extinguisher metal boxes rusting within first year garage operation and should be looked at and corrected, fixed. Elevator and stairs clean and well lighted. Secure and safe handrails. Easy vehicle access to and from Foundry Place Parking Garage. The walk to and from Foudry Place Garage to Downtown Portsmouth is a little too much for bad, foul weather. Hired help for Foundry Place Parking Garage knowledgeable, helpful, friendly. Handicap access to each level, elevator areas but no push button open, close roof entry, exit doorway. Clean garage. Vegetation around garage well maintained for safety, security. Park Foundry Place Garage and rate garage yourself! Enjoy Portsmouth and good day to all!

Pretty awesome place for premium breakfast sandwiches and coffee/drinks.Maybe slightly more expensive than something like start bucks, but the sandwiches are far superior.Really like the micro-greens they put on some of sandwiches.

Nice clean garage. Little bit of a walk but nothing that should put you off to park here. Easy in/out of Portsmouth!

There is something about the way it's laid out that is so confusing, I never remember correctly what level I parked on. Spaces feel tight. Otherwise I'd give it 5.

This is a super nice new garage for all people going to downtown, and cheaper compare to all the old ones near market square. Spacious and nice.

Great location friendly staff. But would only allow validation of 1 day even though I had validation from conference for 3 days that I was there.

Just another way to to extort money out of the residents that live in the area. Great job city hall. Not...!

Good height and nice wide spaces, easy to get in and out, unlike the cluster at High Hanover.
