Great to experience purchasing my truck. Decided to order exactly what I wanted, met with Steve in sales and laid out what I was looking for. We created the deal, ordered the truck and the truck ended up coming exceptionally fast. Prior to arrival we met again discussing numbers on my trade. Truck came in a month later and it was a seamless transaction, they honored every part of the agreement and I couldn t be happier with the deal. Definitely made the right choice going to Steve and Erik!

I just wanted to take the time to thank Tom Staples for following through with his word and ensuring me a painless and honest experience with him despite any past experiences I may have had! I recommend if you re looking for a vehicle just go down and talk with him and see what he can do for you. I m beyond thrilled! Got into a recent accident where my car was totaled and was struggling to find a reliable vehicle within my price range as a young adult. I got in contact with Nucar in Plymouth NH and spoke with Steve who helped me select a vehicle as well as Tom who was also a great help in explaining the new vehicle and all of the things going into it, I d also like to say that Glenn C was also an amazing guy to work with he did a lot of hard work to help me get a vehicle. Overall- I had an absolutely wonderful experience and everyone there was extremely kind and helpful! Highly recommend this company:)

When we went to Nucar of Plymouth, NH, our plan was to look at Ford Explorers that were offered at 0% financing. Turned out we liked the car very much, and decided to go ahead and buy one. Our sales person, Mike and his professional mentor Nick, answered all of our questions, helped us every step of the way, trying to ensure that we would leave with our new car, rather than wait a day or two. We never expected to leave with the car, but they made it happen. The dealership was very busy and a good number of customers had to be processed, but in the end, we left with our new Explorer a couple of hours after regular closing time.Over the years, we ve bought many new cars, and we ve met many nice people. We cannot overstate how helpful Mike and Nick were in tending to details and making the whole experience a smooth one for us. We have never bought a new car and driven it out of the dealership on the same day .until yesterday! We thank Mike, Nick, and Nucar for making this such an excellent experience!

Awesome experience buying from Nucar yesterday. I was interested in a clean looking, used work truck I saw on their website. With their excellent reputation, I was comfortable buying a 6 year old, low mile vehicle sight unseen. They brought the vehicle to me, 45 minutes away, I signed some paperwork & the transaction was complete. The truck was even cleaner than I thought, they had just put new brakes & tires on all the way around that morning.I'm very happy with my purchase, thank you Nucar!

I had recently purchased a new vehicle from Nucar Ford of Plymouth, and without a doubt, this was the most pleasurable buying experience that I have had in the past 25+ years of vehicle purchasing. I was helped by Tommy Staples, who went above and beyond the expectations of any sales representative, by far. From assisting with my existing vehicle trade-in, his knowledge and guidance with respect to my preferred vehicle, through to the final purchase. To my amazement, I had finalized my trade-in and new purchase in less than 4 hours from the time that I had first spoken to Tommy over the phone - incredible. He even went as far as to drive to my home (on a Saturday) to hand-deliver my new vehicle and exchange my trade-in by driving it back to their dealership. Who does that? All in all, again, this was by far the most pleasurable and stress-free experience that I have had in my lifetime and I will ABSOLUTELY be working with Nucar again when I need a vehicle upgrade in the future. Amazing!

Really don't like writing bad reviews, but this was a very bad experience that I thought I should share and maybe help others from making the same bad decision with this dealership. I purchased a used truck from Nu car Plymouth. Soon after the purchase I had the first oil change service and discovered the whole exhaust was leaking, and multiple shocks were blown out and leaking. I called them multiple times about the issues, as they do not pass NH state inspection, yet they put an inspection sticker on the truck. I got the run around with the blame being passed back and forth from sales and service as to who was going to take care of the issues. I then was told that I was on my own and they don't warranty state inspection issues. Their partnered dealership in tilton looked at the truck and agreed that the truck should have never left the dealership with these known issues. Paid over $35,000 for a certified used truck and was promised there would be no issues with it upon delivery and how they are a new dealership name and take care of their customers. Now I'm stuck with a non inspectable truck. They will not return my phone calls now. I would not recommend to anyone to do business with Nu Car Plymouth. Save yourself the hassle and take your business to someone else with some integrity.

This was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. @TomStaples and I coordinated everything over text and phone. No waiting rooms, no long waits at the dealership.Even after I purchased the truck there were a few things I needed help with, Tom remained helpful and engaged, despite already having made the sale. These small acts earn long-term business. Thank you Nucar, thank you Tom!!

I travel extensively for work and suddenly needed a repair on my driver's side windshield wiper arm/motor on a day that it was going to be used a lot (morning after a snowstorm). I stopped in, saw the full waiting room of customers, and thought I'd be there for a few hours since I had no appointment. The service advisor Brandon said he would do his best to get it looked at ASAP. He took my info and key, and about 45 min later, he said I was all set!! It turned out to be a wiper recall on the 2020 F-150 I drive. They did the repair on both wiper arms, and I was back on the road again. I couldn't have been more pleased that I pulled into this service department at Nucar. Very good people!!

Recently purchased a car here. First red flag should have been when the one car I asked about that was in Plymouth per the website was no where to be found 30 plus minutes later I m told it s out as a loner after being told they re just looking for the keys. No wonder they couldn t find them. Ended up getting a car that was conveniently in St Albans Vermont so I had to wait till the next day to get it. Realize when I get it home that there s over 1000 miles more on it than what I was told and what s on my sales papers for the mileage. I ll take 145 miles off that for the trip from Vermont. If you go the long way! It also had a 60 day inspection sticker on it because someone disconnected the battery. Convenient. I went back to have it pass emissions so I could get an actual inspection sticker and be done. I did get my inspection sticker over an hour later than my appointment. They were also nice enough to leave all the glue on the windshield from the two inspection stickers they ripped off before. Guess I ll take care of that myself. 0/10 would not recommend.

Ruth at Nucar Ford was excellent. Very patient & knowledgeable about the F150. Really listened to what I was looking for & needed & matched me to a great truck. She & her sales manager gave me a GREAT DEAL. I also went to 3 dealerships in RI (2 Ford & 1 GMC) & the experience was NOT good. Definitely recommend Nucar Ford in Plymouth

Tom Staples was awesome! I would highly recommend Nucar Ford of Plymouth. I drove 1 1/2 hours to go there and it was definitely worth it!I need to adjust this review. Tom was great but I had issues with the title for the car, was unable to register it for over a week and the manager gave me no support. They won't return calls. Very disappointed with this dealer. Fob to open doors needed a new battery and they told me to go purchase one myself

Super impressed with Nucar of Plymouth!I have never used them before - however- from the moment I inquired about a car ( that was at a different location) they have gone above and beyond to make it work and to ensure my needs were taken care of!For example- the car I wanted needed some repairs prior to passing THEIR standards ( I say that because the initial dealer the car came from considered it good to go- but Nucar went over it throughly to put their stamp of approval on it - and felt it needed some things to be to there standards!!) they could have easily passed the car along but decided to stick to their value of quality ! ( thank you by the way!). Anyway- instead of making me wait for the car- they had a driver bring me up a loaner car- at 6:30pm on a Friday night- with a full gas tank- and hand delivered me all the paperwork so I didn t even have to leave home!They stayed in constant contact during the repairs to be sure I knew the timeline and everything being completed! Ruth was lovely to work with and so easy to reach and ask questions to- and when the car was finally done I opted to meet at their location ( they had already gone way out there way it seemed only fair to show the kindness back! Although they did offer to meet me in Concord where I work- or back home in Landaff where I live!)Anyways.. within minutes of walking into the dealership I was greeted by Ruth - and was asked at least 3 different times but other staff if I needed anything- offered a drink- etc- the customer care was top notch!I can t say enough good things about these guys- I always try to shop local and prefer smaller dealers who actually care about you versus just being a number!I will certainly come back for any car needs and will share my praises to everyone I know!Thank you Ruth and the whole Nucar crew for excellence- high standards and quality interactions!Never have been treated so good at a dealer before!Ps.. love the little Jetta - makes my 2hr commute fun!

Traded my truck in a few years ago and settled for a nice vehicle but always wanted more! Went back to upgrade and just couldn t be happy with what was offered! Went back again after being contacted and got something I d been wanting for years and couldn t be more happy about it!The team worked hard to get me into it and wouldn t stop until the deal was right for me!Could not be more happy with my experience and recommend any higher!!!Thanx for making my life a little easier and better!!!!!!

They used my interest in a used vehicle to pull me in and used Sleazy tactics to pull my credit. Once they had my information the Truck I wanted was no longer available and tried to get me to purchase a new vehicle that would make me go bankrupt. Terrible service, sleazy tactics, and rude salesman.I entered Nucar Ford in Plymouth with high hopes of leaving with a great deal on a used 2017 Toyota Tacoma crew cab with a 6ft bed. The truck was listed for around $32,000 with around 35,000 miles and a ton of great features, the listing is now taken down so I cannot give exact numbers. I had noticed that the truck was taken off of the website, but I figured it was still worth reaching out to see if the truck was available, and upon reaching out I got this response. "There is a little window in my CRM that says whether it has been sold or not and it doesn't say it has!". Upon receiving that message I talked to my boss and left work early so I could go talk numbers and eventually take a look at the truck. I showed up to the dealership and started speaking with Zach. A nice enough guy who was asking a lot of questions about what I needed in a truck, I basically stated that I wanted more information about the 2017 Toyota Tacoma that was still available and didn't give much more information since that is the only truck I was interested in at their dealership. He stated that the truck could be looked at and shipped to the Plymouth location for a test drive, but I would have to fill out the credit check paperwork to get the process started. I have excellent credit and very little debt, so I look pretty good on paper, I was not concerned about the credit check. After checking my credit and seeing that I have the ability to spend more money, Zach came back with paperwork regarding a 2023 Toyota Tacoma that has "everything I could ever need in a truck" and has now completely disregarded the original truck I was there to look at. This 2023 truck cost $45,000. I stated that I didn't want the 2023 truck and I wanted more information on payments on the 2017. Zach started to get frustrated, asking why the 2023 was not what I wanted, I stated that I don't want to pay 800-900 a month on a truck and I would like to look at the 2017. At this point Zach stated that the 2017 that I wanted was not available. I was very upset and I know that he knew this truck was not available before pulling my credit and affecting my credit score. At this point I walked out of the dealership feeling like I had been bamboozled and I do not want to deal with sleazy dealership tactics that try to make people overextend themselves so they can make a quick buck.
