Mike is great! I m always nervous to go to mechanics for fear of being ripped off or taken advantage of because I m a college student who knows nothing about cars, but he s always incredibly fair and does repairs in a very timely manner. Highly recommend!!!

Mike is an awesome mechanic. He is easy to understand and clear when explaining the car's problem - and fair. He even suggested options for us to take care of ourselves that saved us money

100 stars!! Honest, fair pricing, takes the time to explain things and answer questions without ever being condescending or rude like many of these so called "professionals" nowadays. Don't need a second opinion when it comes to NWA. For once in my life am not afraid to go for repairs and be taken advantage of. Thanks Mike!!!

Best place in Plymouth. I feel respected as a customer and he always gives really clear information and great at presenting all options and always great at being honest and willing to problem solve and create a plan. We are from CT and had a tire blowout from our RV. We stumbled upon New World Auto and Mike went out of his way to help us. His knowledge and kindness was more than we could have hoped for! He took time out of his busy day and got us back on the road quickly so we could enjoy our family vacation! Thank you so much Mike !!! We appreciate you more than you know!!!

Mike at New World Auto has been my family's mechanic for over 10 years. He is without question the best mechanic I have ever used. I had a splash shield come loose and was dragging on the ground. Even though they were booked solid for a week, they took the time to remove the shield for me, so I could drive home without it scraping the ground. I own OnSite Computer Services in Plymouth and I ve been Mike s customer since he struck out on his own many years ago. Mike has been my mechanic on all of my vehicles and I trust him with my business vehicles and my children s vehicles. I can t say enough good things, he s on time and on budget and he always explains things to me so that I understand what s going on, and his pricing is great. If I could give more stars for this business I would. His honesty is amazing and we re all lucky to have Mike Hahn of New World Auto. Thanks, Mike!

Mike has been my mechanic for around twelve years. When I drive my truck out of his shop, I know it has been fixed properly and I can depend on it. I was in his shop today, and Mike stayed late helping me locate and fix an oil leak. Now I'm safely back on the road and can concentrate on my job tomorrow. Mike was awesome, got my vehicle done before deadline. Took my Jeep to get new rotors, and break pads and did a great job, got my Jeep sounding great again. Highly recommend! Pretty inexpensive job too.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

New World has saved me thousands over the past few years. I met Mike after I was quoted that I needed a whole new exhaust system from another nearby garage. I pulled into New World and Mike put the car on the lift and laughed. We went to Napa, and got a small piece of exhaust pipe. I paid, he made no money on the pipe. He cut out the old pipe and welded in the new one. Within the hour I was back out on the road. Best $75.00 that I spent on that car.Besides a few hangers and another small pipe the exhaust lasted the life of the car. Best mechanic in New England. Mike is an amazing guy, does great work, is an honest and trust worthy mechanic, and is very reasonable with prices. He s been my only mechanic for 7 over years. I ve been living out of state for years and still only go to Mike for all my mechanic needs! Highly recommend :)

Mike has behaved very unprofessionally during my recent appointment. I took my car in to have repairs priced out, and Mike told me he would get back to me once he had finished pricing everything. I called him a few days later to ask for an update, but he said he was working on it. I would call him again every 4 or 5 days and he would say he hadn't finished pricing it out yet. This went on until it had been over a month after I had taken my car in.At any stage during this process, he could have refused service. But instead of refusing service, he repeatedly promised that he would do this work. Yet, he never did. This is not behavior you should allow near your vehicles. Now my car is no longer inspected, meaning I can no longer legally drive it. I was forced to schedule another appointment elsewhere, but every autoshop is scheduling multiple months ahead. Mike's behavior has had drastic negative consequences on my life.

Mike is rock-solid.If you've met dishonest mechanics in the past, you can usually tell from the way they conduct themselves (avoiding eye contact, deliberate use of confusing jargon, misleading estimates, unwilling to show you exactly what they are fixing on your vehicle, etc). The first time I brought my car to Mike, he took me underneath the car while it was still on the lift and showed me specifically what was going on. This is THE benchmark that all good mechanics should follow. Complete honesty is the most sustainable way to keep customers for a long time.

Mike is the most trustworthy mechanic I have ever done business with. Been taking cars to Mike for more than three years. He is great, does excellent work, and prices are totally reasonable!!

They don't come any better....as a mechanic, gentleman and human being. Work ethic, trust, knowledge is unbelievable and a great, clean, organized shop. I still believe in a person's word and a handshake at the end of the day and that is just what you get with Mike.

Takes no responsibility for any damage to customers vehicles that happen on his lot, when it is blatantly the company s fault (His plow driver hit and destroyed my vehicle over 4 grand in damage, and refuses to pay or have his plow driver pay for repairs) Horrible customer service. Would never recommend this place of business to anyone.
