My harley blew an airline to suspension and they saved the week,guy at counter was awesome

I called trying to get a part. As soon as they answered the phone, they sounded like they didnt want to help. The guy also told me that Concord gave me the wrong part a year ago. I went to the competitor next door, had no issues. ill probably never go back to Sanel.
