Good mechanics are hard to come by. Look no further. Tim was very helpful and honest from start to finish on a sizeable job. He did what he said he was going to do, when he said he was going to, for the price he said it was going to be.... and we're back up and running. Thanks ktm!

Phenomenal auto repair shop they have gotten me out of a bind or two, by assisting quickly with repairs. Prices are incredibly reasonable, they do not price gouge, and they provide excellent service. Happy I found them, and lucky they are nearby! Highly recommend. They book up quickly (for good reason) so make sure to schedule out a couple weeks.

These guys are great. I've had my daughters 2013 BMW at this shop twice for major work. Pricing is good. They will do everything in there power to get it done in a timely matter. My g-daughter had low tire !! Called Talk to Pat !! Called me back said have her come in will take a look! They did a repair in 1 hour !! It s the 2nd time had a repair done Place is the best !! Ty Pat

Great auto repair shop. Tim says it as he sees it. No baloney. Good reliable work. And, they answer the phone. They are always available to fix a flat. Larger repairs tend to be out a couple weeks. Worth the wait, though.

Very professional and excellent customer service. This was my first time here. Waited 2 hours for an alignment. I was going to come back after speaking with somebody for my a/c compressor to be installed and it wasn t a problem. Called 2 weeks later and somebody else answered and gave me a hard time about needing to do their own diagnostic which was going to start at $99. I tried to explain to the guy that I already paid for a diagnostic from a nearby professional mechanic but chose not to use him because he didn t let you buy and bring in your own part(s) or else I would of used him 100%!! He stated per their policy they must do their own estimate but I wasn t told that while waiting in the shop for a few hours for my alignment to be completed. He apologized for the other guy not knowing their policy ..Service: Wheel alignment

Excellent staff, super fast, because of an unexpected brake issue they were able to squeeze me in and based on my experience, I'll never go anywhere else again. It's nice they're so close to the Senior Center too, great place to wait and meet folk.

I am a professional mechanic visiting the area from Texas. Had these folks do some work for me before I got back on the road. I was extremely pleased with the service and their professionalism. Outstanding work with reasonable pricing. I would highly recommend!

Many thanks for checking out my son's car while he was visiting! It was ok for him to drive back to NC. They were extremely busy but took the time to do this and was no charge! Excellent service!

Old school values/new school technology. The perfect blend of old world quality, honest work by a competent crew and new world technology/modern equipment. Great shop. Very happy with the work they did on my crusty 2012 Ram Power Wagon. Excellent communication and they performed a lot of work in a short time period. KTM helped us do multiple major repairs to our conversion van. Brian was so patient, always willing to answer questions and explain the mechanics of what was going on. We are extremely grateful one year later to have a van that is running smoothly thanks to them! P.S. thanks for all the emotional support Brian!!

Take both vehicles to them. So far they've been great. I recently bought a new car and needed to get an inspection asap. They fit me in even though they were very busy and I appreciate that so much.

The best auto repair experience I've had. I was in NH and on the day I needed to head home to MA, my GTI started make a loud sound from somewhere in the exhaust. When I called, they said they were completely booked, but if I could come by, they would take a look at see if they could at least do a quick patch fix or tell me if it was safe to drive it home.When I got there, they pulled my car in within a few minutes, found the problem, happened to have the necessary part in stock and had it fixed within about 15 minutes. As an added bonus, the cost for both the labor and the part was so low, it almost feels as if they didn't charge for labor, because I can't imagine the part itself was much less. This is only the third Google review I've ever written, but I thought it was warranted and I'll certainly go back in the future.Service: Exhaust

KTM did fantastic work fixing up my big fat diesel truck. Very difficult work to diagnose any elusive intermittent total failure of the engine. Worked through the system ended up costing me 180 bucks for all that work and research. On the way over to pick it up, they started it up idled it for a while to make sure it was running good and I picked it up all warmed up on a Sunday afternoon. Customer service and repairs were no problems at all. While doing a tune-up on my 97 Ram 1500 I asked for evaluation of items that may need attention. Everything was reasonable and after follow-up repairs, my truck is running great.

So thankful to have found this place. They have been working on my vehicle for at least 10 years now and have always done quality work at a reasonable price. My vehicle is still on the road thanks to them. They are kind and honest people who make the stress of car repairs much easier to deal with!

I'm so glad I was referred to them and tried them out. I finally have a repair shop I can trust and count on. Unfortunately I think word is out that they are AWESOME - because it's becoming harder and harder to get an appointment.Prices are incredibly fair and they are so very honest - On two occasions I brought vehicles to them because a car dealer told me they found problems that needed repair (because the dealer wanted my business). On both of these occasions KTM checked them out and told me the items were fine...and they were confused why I'd be told otherwise. Many other places would have just done the work without watching out for the customer - AND - they didn't charge me for one of these even though they spent the time troubleshooting / inspecting....and they are friendly and personable.Honestly / integrity / personable / fair pricing.

Great bunch of guys. I stopped in to have a check engine light looked at. Left 15 min later with it fixed (broken wire under the car). I was not overcharged like a dealer would have done. Thank you KTM for a job well done.

These guys are AWESOME. By far the best automotive maintenance place I have been out of 3 states and many more repair shops. They aren't pushy with repairs but offer their diagnosis and recommendation but realize that money and other factors of life exist. Thanks folks for great experiences time and time again.

Although I didn't get my car repaired here (because of timing issues), I'm giving them 5 stars for being helpful. Brian spent some time checking his schedule and trying to get me in and out on the same day, but ultimately wasn't able to do it. I really appreciate the time he spent trying to make it work and the fact that he called me back so promptly.

Was in a pinch and Brian of KTM went above and beyond in helping me get back on the road. Great guy to do business with. It's shop owners and mechanics like him that still give you faith in the industry. Highly recommend doing business with these guys!

KTM Auto is the ONLY 100% honest and reliable mechanic anywhere near the town of Plymouth. I went to college at Plymouth for four years. I had two different cars during those years, and had problems with each one. One of my cars was 11 years old and my current car is 10 years old. KTM was able to fix every problem, and they NEVER over charged me.I have experience in the motor vehicle industry down on Long Island, and I know how hard it is to find a mechanic that is honest these days. KTM are those guys. Kevin and Brian are both great guys, and they were always there for me when I had a problem. Not to mention they have a tremendous amount of patients because I was there almost every two weeks.They would let me have my car towed there on any day and at any time, even a few times at hours as early as 2am. They never lied about anything and never fixed anything that didn't need to be fixed. After they did fix something, I never had to bring it back a second time for the same thing. The price for parts was never over expensive, and they were ALWAYS very fair and honest with labor charges. There were even some times that they barely charged me anything. As a college student, money was always tight and I was always desperate to have my car...finding this place was an honest to God gift.During the horrible snowy winters, they sometimes even let me keep my car down there! Very nice, caring, generous, and honest people. I recommended them to all of my friends up at Plymouth who ever had a car problem, and I would recommend them with TOTAL and 100% confidence to ANYBODY who needed good honest guys, or even something taken care of in a pinch.Thanks for the help Kevin, Brian, and the rest of the KTM family, you guys were truly awesome and I think I would have been totally lost with out KTM.-Jesse K

After having a horrible time with a garage in a different state, I felt I needed to praise the garages that are doing it right. KTM Auto is one of those garages. When I moved to Plymouth for graduate school a few years back, I was referred to them for any and all repairs. My car is definitely a clunker, but I never once felt hassled, up-sold, or scammed here. They told me what was wrong with my vehicle in a timely manner after it was dropped off, repaired only what I needed, and gave me great prices on all of the work.I can recall one particular experience where something on my vehicle needed to be fixed, which required getting at the back of the engine (i.e. a lot of work). When they called, they told me that during the process of fixing my car, something had broken due to the poor placement of the part by the manufacturer. They apologized for it, and had already replaced it free of charge. Now THAT is great service. Just to be sure I checked online and sure enough, there were posts everywhere about how that part was in a horrible place and almost always was snapped off by accident.I could recount dozen of stories (yes, my car was that much of a clunker), but the story is always the same: they tell you what's wrong and they fix it for a price that's fair. Moving away from Plymouth has made me appreciate once again how great and honest KTM Auto is.

I received a referral to KTM Auto shortly after arriving in NH several years ago and quickly realized there was no need to go anywhere else. Wonderful, knowledgeable and friendly staff, but also HONEST!! I love having a reliable spot to take my vehicles that also consistently produces great results. I recommend KTM Auto to anyone and everyone to handle all of your automobile needs.

Kind of expensive, but they did a pretty good job and kept me in the loop throughout the process. I try my best to go to quality mechanics to keep my Nissan Rogue running as smoothly as possible (Especially with all the rampant transmission issues the Rogues run into) I would definitely go back here again.

I dropped off my 11 year old car for a state inspection and low and behold, that is what they did. Many shops would find issues that need to be repaired, but instead, KTD told me how much wear I had on the brakes and tires and an approximate time when they they would be needed. They were honest, and that above all is the reason I would use them again.

Been going to these folks for many years now -- they were recommended to me after I was tired of getting gouged by the dealer-run repair shops, and I have gone back. KTM is honest, expert, and -- as important -- affordable.

Been using KTM for years. Reliable, knowledgeable, quality service at a reasonable price. It's hard to find that, so plan in advance if possible because their reputation is not a secret.
