The guys here were absolutely amazing! I needed a little work done on my car and in one day they had ordered the part and had it in to be installed. I was expecting to be waiting for at least 2 hours but it was done in 40 minutes! The finished work was amazing and they even did a little extra for me with no charge. Very honest about the price as well. Amazing work and amazing hospitality by these great guys.

We are so pleased with Finishing Touches. My husband and I brought our Corolla in to replace a cracked bumper. They were very nice. They worked with us. They worked with the other guy s insurance . You know what a pain insurance companies can be. They did an amazing job on the bumper, and not only that, they touched up little areas that had paint chipped off that had nothing to do with the accident. They also cleaned and waxed the car. I highly recommend, and I will definitely go to them in the future if needed.

Top notch experience. They worked for us when our insurance company was being a pain. Truck came back perfect after having a tree limb fall on it, and did damage to several places. Highly recommend them!!! Thank you guys!!!

Mark and his crew made my 8 year old car look brand new while also looking out for my wallet. Great customer service. Mark answered all my questions and concerns without making me feel foolish. Should I ever need body work again, I will definitely call Mark. I highly recommend Finishing Touches by Mark.

I can't say enough about this auto body shop!! The Monday after someone hit my car (weeks before my insurance company inspected it) I went to Finishing Touches in the am. They immediately helped me get my driver's side door opening and gave me a detailed preliminary estimate. They gave me a very accurate estimate of when I could get it in for repairs. They completed the repairs beautifully in three days (in 8am Monday, done 3pm Wednesday) and stayed open to give me time to retrieve it that day. Uber helpful and efficient!!! Enterprise picked me up there and I got to leave the rental there when my car was ready. Excellent! Wish my insurance company was this good.

Finishing Touches completed body work on my Mini September 2019. Work was finished on schedule and within agreed budget. Quality was exceedingly professional. Price was fair. Owner listens and answers customer questions.I've returned a couple of times during the intervening months. The owner was incredibly helpful on both occasions.Finishing Touches has been in business for more than two decades. If you need body work, stop looking around. I m a teenage girl and I m used to most body shops trying to lie to me and trick me. Finishing touches were extremely helpful and friendly the second I walked in. It was clear they were honest and knew what they were doing. After working on my car it came out amazing!!!! I would recommend these guys to anyone. Very professional and very nice :)

Quality best describes Finishing Touches...amazing work...Its a very popular place so be prepared to wait. Great customer service....They are always give you an estimated before doing a job. Do a great job dealing with insurance companies.

I was hit by another vehicle while parked. Steve took great care of me with my insurance concerns, body work, and timing for the repairs. He not only fixed the problem but did a little extra work for free while he was working in the same area to make the Ridgeline look awesome. I am headed back for a little more work in September.

Very honest, straightforward approach to body repair - always working with the best interests of the owner of the vehicle in mind. Excellence is obviously practiced here, too, because the finished product is beautiful through and through, not just superficially. They point out things that you might not have addressed if they were not so thorough and conscientious, while being superbly effective and efficient at the same time. They have taken care of several vehicles of ours over several years, and the quality is never less than supreme.

This place is great, I was involved in an un- insured accident, (unfortunately i was the one not insured), and was required to pay for damages, I went to Mark,(owner)He explained to me the avenues that could be taken to resolve this seriuos dilemma I'd got myself in. Within a day he found the parts to repar the vehicle, and they were the exact same color! No paint repairs were needed! He sceduled the ladys car at her convenience, replaced the parts as descrbed, she came away totally satisfied, car like new,I came away spending less than half what I would have with dealership new prices!! I would totally recommend this body and repair shop to Everyone!Thanks again, Pete
