Phenomenal and swift customer service and vehicle maintenance. Went in for an oil changed, inquired on the price of replacing rotors and pads, and Peter price matched a competitor. The staff first examined the rotors and pads to determine if they needed a replacement and returned with an honest review that they didn t need immediate replacement but would in the near future (they had 62,000 miles on them). Entire job was completed within an hour, overall excellent experience.

I went in for an oil change. Very professional and quick service. Also excellent customer service. Customers that came in while I was there seemed very pleased, so I will definitely take my car here for my repair needs going forward.

I went to this location last week for an oil change. Brian was very helpful when booking the appointment on the phone and answered all my questions. Everyone was very nice that helped me when I went in for my appointment and it was very quick! I will definitely be going back to this location and will definitely recommend. Thank you so much!!

Been going here ever since I moved to the area 7 years ago. Ernie has been nothing but sweet and helpful during every visit giving honest suggestions about what the car needs and what can be held off for a future time. the rest of the staff have been around for awhile and it feels like family when you walk in. You can tell they take care of their customers and love what they do.

Had an appointment and got there early. They basically took me right away and I was out of there in about a half hour for an oil change and tire rotation. Used a coupon I got from their website and was pleased with the price.

We took our car in to replace a Y-pipe and Cats, both flex pipes were leaking (no easy job approx 8hrs).Left the car for 2 days.Mentioned that we had exhaust smell in the car when dropped off.First of all the work on the Y-pipe was excellent ,our issue is there is an egr pipe 4" from the parts they were replacing that turns out is bad(rotted)...Which I found in less than 1 minute after smelling exhaust on the ride home.I wish the tech had seen and or mentioned ,we would have had them replace the egr pipe while the car was in for service....There was no way to miss the exhaust leak or smell in the car....We just assumed that maybe something needed to seal up..

I give it one star because there is no less. I took my Audi A 6 for an oil change and an inspection. When the car was delivered to me, my entertainment system that I installed myself did not work and I understand apart, they touched the steering wheel controls and I was everything was out of order, worst of all, when they gave it to me they didn't tell me anything and when the mechanic arrived he was inside the car trying to fix it, of course, at that moment I didn't think that was what was happening. when I took it out I didn't notice that and It was the next day that I used the car as I normally do. What bothered me the most is that they didn't tell me anything since what they were trying to do is reset the inspection or so I suppose, for me that is not being professional that's why I won't be back.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Two weeks ago on a Friday afternoon at 5pm, my husband and I stopped in to this Midas shop. We had a tire with a slow leak. The counter person who I wish we got his name was EXCELLENT! His personality and accomodations were very welcoming especially considering the day and time. We will definitely not hesitate to visit this shop again for any of our auto needs. Went to the midas in plaistow nh today had a oil change and state inspection i was in and out in no time priced was very reasonable service was great and while i was there owner went for coffee and offered people in the office a dunks coffee even though they have free coffe there they also brought back a pup cup for my puppy GREAT EXPERIENCE will definitely be backServices: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Ernie and and his team, by far, run the best and most trustworthy shop around. My family and I have gone here for over a decade and would recommend these guys to anyone. Always friendly, always helpful, always do great work - and they absolutely look out for your best interest. You cannot ask for a better place to send your car for repairs+

I brought 2 vehicles in, during the last 2 weeks. Customer service was awesome as always. This time they went above and beyond! I've been coming here for years for the great service, but this time around they really had to go way out of their way to get parts, dealer only parts that the dealership didn't have, thanks guys for going the extra mile!
