Everything I go to Mavis, everyone is wonderful! The managers, the techs, everyone! They always do an amazing job there. Prices are great. They always want to help the customers, instead of breaking your bank. I will definitely go back if my car needs any more work! Keep up the great work!

Super helpful and nice people at Mavis in Plaistow. The lady in the front is super friendly and Eddie is honest and helpful. Eduardo and Eddie fixed a billing issue from a previous visit (no fault of either of theirs) and Eddie got my car in a day earlier than expected as he knew I needed it for appointments. He went above and beyond to make sure we were off and running, safely.

this tire shop was able to get my stripped over torqued wheel locks off. no other tire shop around could do it. they did it in very short time and for very low charge. highly recommended and very impressed with the work.

I have been to this shop a few times and each time the techs are very upfront with me and they keep me updated as they find issues and ask my thoughts on the next steps. I even had to bring in my vehicle for an issue, they spent about 20 minutes diagnosing the issue but in the end, they couldn't do anything. They even spent the time to show me the actual issue and were very reasonable with a solution I could do (unfortunately just not with them). I trust their opinion and will be going back as often as needed.

My husband and I have consistently brought our cars here and have always had positive experiences. Everyone there is communicative and easygoing, appointments are timely, and their feedback or recommendations are always clear and honest. I never feel taken advantage of, and staff always discuss different ways to approach issues based on cost, timing, and parts.

Took my F-150 to these folks yesterday for a couple of tires and an alignment. They worked quickly and efficiently, and communicated with me the whole time. Little things like reinstalling the center caps on the wheels without asking were greatly appreciated. Would you like to have Yoda, Luke Skywalker, and Han Solo take care of your vehicle? Then call these guys. 10/10 would use again. Thanks Eddie!

There were two discrepancies that affected this review. One, I was told by the initial sales person that my tires would be ready Saturday and that my appointment would be 3:45 PM. Saturday at 3:45 PM I arrived for my appointment and was told that I did not have an appointment, that my appointment was written up as Tuesday at 10 AM. However, the person on duty was willing to still do the work that same day. The second issue, I was quoted a price by the initial sales person and was told a higher price after the work was performed. Fortunately, the person on duty was willing to work with me and get the price to the agreed amount. This is the reason for the middle rating that I chose. If the person on duty was not willing to work with me, this would be a zero and a lot more negative of a review.

Had an emergency tire repair. 3 Other tire centers were all booked and couldn't/wouldn't help.Eddie and Brian were helpful - beyond good service: in, out, tire repaired and out in VERY short order. I feel so good about this place.Thank you gentlemen!!

I had to go to Mavis because I had messed up my wheels and was told I needed to have them reshaped. I spoke with Gregory and he helped me fix everything and we even added studded tires, turning them into my winter tires. He was very knowledgeable and showed me a ton of options m, working within my budget. He was just a really nice guy.Greg was able to get me in to switch over my snow tires and got me in and out really quickly. Super happy with the result. Highly recommend.

Just stopped by Mavis tires and brakes in Plaistow and was met with the manager named Greg got a full tire rotation, balance, and change with an alignment. My car has never felt better. They even let me know how much life my brakes had my coolant levels and up coming maintenance all free of charge

First time we made an appointment for new tires we got there and they didn't have the tires there- it took 30 minutes for them to get the old tires off and realize this. Next visit they had the tires but took 3 hours and counting to put them on. Extremely slow, do not recommend

I have to say they were all fantastic with customer service . In for 4 new tires and alignment . Maybe and hour and a half . Highly recommend. Girl at the desk made it easy . Thanks

Brought my lifted jeep to mavis in Plaistow nh for an alignment . They diagnosed vehical while here and was very professional and honest and told me about a brake issue. Great place and recommend to everyone to stop by for all car repairs..The staff is amazing from when you get to front desk to the talented mechanics in back.Thank you mavis team for always great service.

The service at this location is so refreshing. I'm used to going to tire shops and dealing with personalities that simply shouldn't be customer facing (Town Fair Tire down the street as a specific example), though that is the polar opposite of my experience with Mavis. The entire crew was polite, smiling, and clearly took pride in making sure my experience was a positive one. Mavis, and this location in particular, have definitely earned my repeat business.

Ivelise was great! Great customer service . Answered all my questions about my oil change and even gave me some other tips + advice with my car when I asked other questions. Love seeing other females have so much car knowledge.

Have been in twice now in the last couple weeks. Got a tire sensor done on my highlander and new tires on my civic today. Both times the manager greg forma helped me out and made everything so easy. Wonderful experience through and through

Made a 8am appointment and had to reschedule due to no staff. Went back at 11am and waited 2 1/2 hours and $172 later to get an alignment and have my wheels balanced. After waiting the manager comes up to me and says that the car is pulling to the right and took me for a ride to show me. The first thing I notice is my low air light on. I then mentioned that the car could be pulling due to low air on the front right tire and he is trying to convince me it s due to other issues with my car. After 2 1/2 hours of alignment and balance they never checked the air pressure. You would think That this is one of the first things they should check prior to alignment and balance. Makes me think if they actually did anything to my car.

Got an oil change done on my car today, amazing customer service well spoken and extremely quick only took them 10-15 once the car was on the lift highly recommended will come back for any other services

Greg, the manager, has been very helpful to my son, who has an older vehicle, and has had to have quite a bit of work done. This location is always prompt, honest, and offers fair pricing for the work they do. Greg provides exceptional customer service and I highly recommend Mavis in Plaistow.

Great service, fixed all of my cars issues in a timely manner. Were able to install and program a new TPMS module, check alignment, change my oil, and provide me multiple tire quotes in an hour! Friendly and helpful staff.

Called at 11:00 to check availability after talking he said can you come now? And I went because I thought they had a window to do the quick job Went in at 11:30 am for a wheel balance and alignment, left at 4:00pm, I use to come here before it got bought out and changed to Mavis, no longer coming. Now I can see he just said can you come now just to get me in the door

Wow. Needed a tire mounted and balanced asap. Went to mavis plaistow after work and tried out my luck. Due to the inclement weather that has been plaguing the area I figured it would be a long shot to get the tire done immediately. Well i was wrong. These guys not only got me it asap, but the service and respect shown to me was amazing!!! Without a doubt best experience I've had with a tire shop. I wish more tire places would treat customers like I was treated. In under 30 minutes I was all set. The stress that had been building up all week with getting the tired mounted was alleviated! Thanks mavis plaistow. Special thanks to Richard for the excellent service.

I've had the best experience here. All the guys working here are such gentleman, I brought my car in for a simple brake job and it turns out I needed a few extra fixings done... I was worried about the extra time my car would be in the shop but they went above and beyond to make sure my car was drive of the lot ready all within the time frame I needed! Great job plaistow I appreciate the hard work.

Seems like there's always different faces in Here, service time was alright, but not like the normal quick in and out service I had when rich had helped me, he seemed like a solid guy, it's disappointing when you get use to seeing the same faces for them to be gone once you get comfortable with the locals, I'll continue using mavis for my services, hopefully rich will be there, definitely makes me feel welcomed and prompt service

I was in on September 1st 2023 1st time customer. Had front-end brakes and rotors done. They got me in at my appointed time and out at a reasonable time as I waited for the car. The waiting area was comfortable they had charging spots, t.v. tables and chairs, coloring books and crayons and crossword books and clean bathrooms. You could also watch your car being worked on through the window or sit outside in the outdoor seating area.The price to do my brakes and rotors was the cheapest in the surrounding radius. What a great job .

This place has gone from 0 stars to 5 in the past year. Service is excellent even when the are slammed. They do everything in their power to get it done. I highly recommend this store.
