Long story short, we saved up 14,000 cash bought a 2016 explorer with low miles from them. They first tried to sell me the car not inspected and then after asking if it can get inspected he told me that it needed a lot of work done so we payed and later on came back to grab the car, it was inspected but it drove the same (tons of shakes, shimmies, and leaks) after 3 or 4 times of going back there for them to fix it still had the same issues still to this day the car is not fixed! I m writing this to warn you to stay away from this service department as I am a mechanic I m still to this day finding missing bolts and broken hardware from all the work that they attempted to do.

Not easy to buy a car if, like me, you avoid car salesmen. After three years of searching, I found the right car and the right salesperson in Dean Falle, at Car Five in Plaistow. No pressure, very helpful, and made sure my 2020 Explorer was 100% serviced and clean before it left the lot! The Car Five team was also very helpful in researching financing options as well, although I ended up going with my own. An all in all good experience, and very happy with the car!

These guys are great. One of my guys found a truck that I have been wanting on their website. I immediately called to discuss the truck and options and put a deposit for the truck while on the phone. It was going to be several days before I could go get the truck due to the holidays and their team kept in touch with me but not to much which would come off as pushy. I drove over 700 miles to take delivery of the truck. When I arrived I found the truck to be exactly what they said it was, maybe even a little bit better and the price was where I thought it should be. The team was great to work with and made the entire experience feel like we have been friends for years, not the typical used car salesman experience. They knew that I had a long drive ahead of me and made the paperwork process very quick and painless. They even picked me up when I dropped off the rental car after the sale. I will definitely keep them in mind even though they are over 700 miles away. (2017 Isuzu NPR w/Hackney P200 body)

Purchased a $30,000 truck. Before I purchased it, I pointed out that it had a TPS light on, and was ensured that it would be taken care of when it was inspected by 3 different sales people. I was required to drive it to their garage in plaistow for inspection,which is over an hour away from my house. Even though I had an appointment, I waited over 4 hours in their showroom and they didn't fix the TPS light. They replaced a bad battery, inspected the truck and pushed a reset button over the odometer, which didn't fix the TPS light but reset the warning on the display. They then told me that the battery and TPS weren't covered by their warranty and that they were doing me a favor by replacing the battery. I had only driven the truck home prior to inspection. The TPS light is still on, and they refuse to do anything about it. Beware of false promises and deception. It took over 4 hours to inspect a newly purchased truck of theirs replace a battery and push a reset button that didn't fix the TPS light problem. I feel that for $30,000 my new to me truck should not have any warning lights on and felt like I was treated like I was not important because they already had my money

Fantastic! CJ our salesman was professional, knowledgeable and didn t waste our time. No BS. No games. Easy financing. Great place to buy our replacement Ford F-550 Diesel Dump Truck. It was worth the drive from Brockton, MA. Should have came here first instead of the other places. A big thank you from M&S Electrical Contractors.

Very quick service, had an international truck that we wanted. We called up and since we were coming from over two hours away. Frank said that he can come in on Sunday when they are normally closed. Came in, saw the truck and was really happy with it. Very much recommend Frank and the crew.

These guys' are great to deal with.CJ, listened to what I needed and showed me trucks that fit the bill. Zero pressure, fair pricing and great inventory.They did everything they said they would do, and filled the fuel tank......!The only issue is they have too many great trucks with many options so was tough to make a decision. I was like a kid in candy store.Great to meet guy's who are knowledgeable about what they sell and care about their customers.I will purchase from them again....!

My husband and I went to look at a truck at Diesel World, of course as soon as we started looking at the one he wanted he was called into work. He asked if I could go back to Diesel World and talk to them about the truck. I don't want to start a gender issue but I didn't feel comfortable doing that as I don't know much about diesels, but I did go! I am so glad I did Dean the salesman greeted me and walked me through the difference between gas and diesel. Answered all my questions and I felt very comfortable with all the staff there!About the truck we went from a F150 to a F350 Diesel I loved our old Ford but this new (to us) Ford is awesome!Great dealership they have gone out of their way to make us happy and we will defiantly do business with them again in the future! If you are in the market for a new truck they are worth the trip.

I had a great experience at Diesel World. Frank helped me through your the entire process. I missed out on the first truck I was interested in, and then He went above and beyond by setting me up with a truck that hadn t yet hit the website. It had just come in and he held it for me for the weekend so that I would be able to come see it first. It was a real nice gesture. Once I saw the truck I fell in love it is in great condition and I got a great deal for it, with a plow as well! I would definitely buy from them again!

Absolutely Worst Place to buy a vehicle. The truck I bought had a check engine light on a week after purchasing it. Had to pay to get it towed to local shop to have them fix it. No lemon law in NH so that s how they are able to get away with this.Truck ended up blowing the fuel injectors out twice in the 10 months I owned it. Finally just bit the bullet and traded it in for a new one and lost a bunch of money.Just your typical run of the mill car salesman that just want to make a sale. as soon as you drive off the lot they could care less.100% don t recommend

Frank, Brian and Ken are the best at diesel world. I drove 2 hrs from my home in hopes of buying a truck from them. I had no faith that I had enough credit to get it. Thanks to the team at diesel world I get to drive home the truck of my dreams today. Thanks diesel world!!!!

I purchased a Chevy Cut-away from Diesel World in March of 2020, the experience was excellent. Fast forward 2 years and I found myself needing to sell the truck as it was no longer needed because of a career change. Diesel World took the truck on consignment at an agreed upon minimum price to me. They cleaned it up, put it up on their website and sold it in two weeks, they paid off my outstanding loan and cut me a check for the difference. Easy, no hassle. Highly recommend.

Bought my first truck from Diesel World 2 weeks ago (2000 f350). Brian and the whole staff made the process a true breeze, it went so easy and smooth. I drove the truck home the same day and have been overly pleased with it, they made it extremely easy for me to get approved for my loan. About a week later it had a small leak coming from one of the cab lights, called there service department and they fixed it immediately under warranty. I'm very impressed with this whole experience and will most definitely buy from them again!!

I had a fantastic experience working with the team at Diesel World. They treated me with honesty, integrity and compassion. I could not thank Frank and Bryan for all of their help and going out of their way to make me a happy customer who will be in the future another repeat customer. I purchased a vehicle recently.. CJ and Frank were professional and I enjoyed speaking with them. Upon receiving the vehicle It was clean and Good shape. The paperwork work was handled Efficiently and within minutes and it's I was on the road in my vehicle. I would definitely buy again from diesel world.

Called about a 2014 f-350 Frank and Dean where knowledge and extremely helpful! Great guys! it was a great experience all around! I test drove a few vehicles and ended trading in my 2015 Chevy 1500 LT for a great trade in value and walked away with a 2016 3500 HD with a plow! With a plow people!!! This is my dream truck!!! Very reasonable price trust me it was a great deal! Left feeling happy and with a 30 day warranty, I wasn t expecting to get a warranty either. Big surprise to me! No matter how you look at it great service, great deal, great truck! I give them a thumbs up in my book come see for yourself! Ended up talking to Brian the owner, I was low on cash to buy some equipment when I came to pick up the truck and he lowered the price so I could get the equipment I needed after I bought the truck. They have a large selection of quality trucks I ve been looking around for a good truck for a month now going to a few other dealerships and I have to say this place is the spot to go hands down

CJ helped us at first and we ended up liking a truck that they had just received. He immediately got the shop to go through the truck because it was so new to them they had not even priced it yet. Then CJ had an appointment with another customer so the owner took the time to chat with us and work with us until CJ was free again. I felt honesty and transparency through the entire experience. When money was discussed and agreed upon the paperwork came back exactly the way we agreed. I have never seen that happen at any dealer even. Honest people and quality vehicles and they stand behind them.

Buying my 2016 Ford F450 was the best buying experience I could ever imagine. Frank and Brian were so knowledgeable and kind. I was extremely worried since this was my first time getting a vehicle on my own, but they made the process so simple and easy for me. I will recommend everyone who wants a truck to go to Diesel World. It is worth your time!

In the search for a quality used dump truck for our business in Maine, I came across Diesel World online and made the hour and a half trip down to satisfy our need for a quality truck. Absolutely hands down the easiest car buying experience we have ever had. The staff was beyond accommodating, and never not once came across as pushy or over bearing. I have just purchased a truck from the TEAM @dieselworldtrucksales.com from 3 states away. The sales team was incredible and is very experienced. You can call Frank, Brian, or CJ about your purchase. These guys work as a team. They can handle it all from point of sale to delivery. My only mistake was not taking their advice. I ended up wasting a lot of my own time trying to do what they do best.Respectfully Jim

I bought my first newer, nicer pickup recently from Diesel World. After looking at lots of pick up trucks, and test driving several of them, I finally settled on a beautiful 2013 Inferno Red Ford F350! Dean was the salesman and he was AWESOME to deal with! He was very patient with me while I took my time to my the "big decision" (there were so many awesome trucks to choose from!). Brian in the shop is very knowledgeable, and he took time to talk with me and explain the differences in the trucks I was looking at. The entire staff at Diesel World were so friendly and professional. They made my husband and I feel like celebrities. Even the owner himself, Brian, took a personal interest in our truck-buying adventure. It was a great experience for me. I am soooo glad that I bought my truck from Diesel World and not from one of the other smaller used-car dealerships in the area. I drove my truck back to Washington state just after purchasing it (a 2,800 mile trip!), and Diesel World supported me all the way. There were some minor issues with the truck that we found along the way. We got them fixed in Washington, and Brian gladly paid for it all since my truck came with a 30-day warranty. I am very impressed with Diesel World and I will recommend them to anyone who wants to buy a pick up! Thank you everyone at Diesel World!

I just purchased a 2015 GMC Sierra from these guys and it was a breeze. Frank was very helpful during the whole process. No surprises, no nothing. Very thorough and easy going. 10/10 would definitely recommend if you re in the market for a nice pre-owned truck this is the place to go.

I recently Bought a 2015 F-750 dump truck from Diesel World. The salesman Dean was awesome made the process easy on finding the right truck. It was a hard deal to get done but there finance guy Frank made it happen. The owner Brian was great to deal with as well they all stayed late working on this knowing I needed it right away. The next day I was working with the truck. Over all a great experiance. They have a good selection of construction vehicles. I highly recommend Diesel World

I hate car shopping and typically cannot stand dealing with car dealerships. However, all three gentlemen I worked with were amazing! Not only did they give good solid advice, they didn t push us to the more expensive vehicle.Frank & CJ - you are both amazing! Thank you for such a wonderful experience. CJ and his staff were fantastic...Would highly recommend. We bought the truck sight unseen. CJ was very honest about the condition of the truck. It was super clean and had brand new tires. Looked at vehicles on the lot they were all in similar condition. Had a minor paperwork issue and it was promptly and honestly handled. Very professional!!!
