Happy to have found these guys since moving to Plaistow. Quotes are typically more affordable than other local options. Will continue to use them moving forward at this point. Honest mechanics who always provide a state of the union of your vehicle without the pressure to get the work done right then. I ve have oil changes and break/rotor services performed here.

I live right down the street from this shop and have only been living here for about a year so I decided to try them. First of all I d like to point out that I have a mild mechanical background but would usually rather pay to have some things done as I don t always have the time. Approved auto service has always been super transparent with me and has never tried to sell me anything I didn t need. They are speedy with repairs and everything has been quality and reasonably priced. They may not be the cheapest and they definitely are not the most expensive but I d rather pay a reasonable price and have the work done the right way once, and that s exactly what you get from Approved. Also this shop offers after hours drop offs and they have an impeccable building and wait area which to me, speaks volumes to the way the place is run. It has a nice family run feel to it. I bring all four of my trucks here and I wouldn t hesitate to recommend this shop to friends and family.

The work they do is very professional! Top notch service and care! I absolutely love how direct they are with any updates on the progression of your vehicle! I'm very pleased with what i had done to my vehicle! I highly recommend you give this place a try. They are very honest!

Be careful with places which are New Hampshire Inspection Stations. Some will tell you that you need work done to pass, when you actually don't, to get the sticker. They have a license to steal!Go to SEVERAL shops and ask SEVERAL mechanics about what qualifies for passing or failing an inspection. Don't settle for ANYTHING but the legal truth. Contact the D.O.S. in Concord, if necessary.I was too gullible and trusting and lost a LOT of money!!!

Trustworthy people is what keeps me coming back. I came in to get my car serviced and they got right to the point. I got no sense of them trying to upcharge just helping me resolve my issue. Great place. Only place I will go. The staff there made it a point to establish personal relationship with me. Great people, great service, great work every time. Give honest advice about what's required to fix my car. I will refrain from saying great for the rest of the day. Approved recently fixed an ongoing electric issue that I had brought to not only 3 other places prior but also a dealership for my 2017 Escalade Esv. After being given the same general run around multiple times I had all but given up on resolving this issue. After calling and speaking with Karie who was very helpful they managed to not only solve the electric issues, but also explain the whole process, what had happened, esc in a very professional and efficient manner. Moving foward I will definitely be in touch with these guys for all my auto needs and I would gladly advocate for anyone else to do the same.

Was looking for a reputable shop to install a 2 inch leveling kit in 2014 F150. No one would install it. The team here at Approved Auto we happy to have my business and took care of it. I was so happy with the service I actually left my truck with them to have it under coated and protected. I will definitely be bringing all my vehicles here from now on! Thank you.

These guys are simply the best in the business. They are customer focused, friendly, honest, and the quality of the work is second to none. They don't up-sell anything. They give great feedback and if they recommend something, you can rest assured it's an honest recommendation. They have now TWICE (Two separate visits) talked me out of spending more money than I needed to.I brought my car in TODAY needing 4 new tires, new spark plugs, oil change and brake service. It was done SAME DAY.I've been going to these guys for 7 years. I couldn't be happier.

Simply the best service I have ever had! The owner Dave, along with his employees are honest and very professional. Always an accurate diagnosis and flawless repairs. The waiting room is so comfortable and clean with a very large big screen tv. I would never bring my Infiniti to the dealer again as they suggest things that don't need to be done and at twice the cost!

Performed an oil and filter change, replaced the air and fuel filters on my wife's car. Excellent service at reasonable rates. Very accommodating as to setting up the appointment. Approved Auto is top notch. We could not have been more satisfied with the quality of workmanship. We have tried many mechanics in the area and have been going to approved for at least 5 years. Dave and his entire staff are extremely professional. Always take their time to explain things. They can pretty much fix anything wrong with a vehicle. I would highly recommend Approved Auto to anyone looking for a great mechanic.

Quality work, good rates and most import...caring about the customer. Have been with Dave and his team over 10 years and have always been happy. We have driven our 4 family cars typically over 150,000 miles and Approved Auto has made the maintenance a dream by giving us sound advice and doing everything possible to help our budget.

Recently had to get a lot of work done to my car post accident and the shop was amazing. Not only did they help coordinate towing my car to their facility but helped me by calling my insurance adjuster back to look at the car again once they found more damage that previously seen! The work they do is great and the staff keeps you in the loop as to when to expect your car to be fixed. I was also offered a loaner car to use while mine was being worked on. I am so happy with my car and would recommend Approved Auto to anyone!

I ve enjoyed working with Approved Auto for several years. They are honest, fair priced, and personable. I would recommend them to anyone. One of the things I appreciate most is that the technicians and owner do not attempt to complete work that is not necessary, as some others do

I had an issue with my vehicle and needed to have it towed. I was currently between mechanics, but I checked reviews and had AAA tow it to Approved Auto because it was well reviewed and AAA approved, and near my home. I left a message explaining the situation, that today was my day off and I was hoping to be able to get my vehicle back today so I could drive it to work tomorrow. They called me first thing in the morning, to ask for some clarification and called me in about an hour and a half to tell me the issues they'd found and give me the very competitive rate they would charge me for the repairs, and that they'd be done today. Customer service is excellent, as well as turn around time. I would recommend Approved Auto to anyone.

Quality work, reasonable rates, honest repairs. What else is there to say? Dave has been our go to mechanic for 2 years now. Never has tried to upsell us on unnecessary work. Has even given us free labor when we had future problems on our AC which had nothing to do with the work on the AC he did previously.

Best service hands down.... Every customer is treated like family....All of the techs are very knowledgeable of new and old vehicles...I've been a customer for 15 years and have recommended over 20 customers who are still customers today...Dave the owner is all hands on, and Kerry runs the office and customer relations... Great teamwork great service...

Very knowledgeable very professional great workmanship the women in the front office are wonderful very professional my truck is Shifting like a dream if I was thinking around I would have them do all my work I can't recommend them enough great group of guys get it done right the first time. All I can say did you get what you pay for and you pay for top-notch work and professionalism great Professional Knowledge can't say enough thank you again Dave and the staff

Went to approved to get my truck oil undercoated. Was disappointed at the final result the undercoating is fine, problem is the amount of overspray. Above the rear wheel wells was the majority of the problem there was a good amount and it had been wiped with something, all wiping it did was spread a 4 inch swath of flatted oil on my fender. Plus the truck was dirty so all that dust and dirt was dragged across my fender. And then to top it off whoever did the work got in my truck with oil all over their boots so there's oil on my carpet. They are a little more expensive than NH oil main office therefore I figured they might put in extra effort due to a higher price. I'm very disappointed to say the least. 3 stars because the work was done and the owner offered to clean the carpet but I'd just rather not have them touch my truck again.

I've had Approved Auto work on my very tricky mercedes a few times, they're very reasonable even for foreign cars. Other shops outright refuse to work on my car, but Approved has no problem completing the services I need done.

They were Amazing, I took my truck to a Couple of places and they could not find the problem, I thought it was the wheel bearings had them fix that but the problem was still there, they said bring it in and we can look it over, they found the problem was my 4x4 transfer case they fixed it truck is running great, and very great prices, they are the only place I'm using from now on, Love them
