So glad I found this place. My check engine light came on in my Audi Q5 and they were able to get me in the same day. Francis is very knowledgable about European cars, very customer-friendly, and extremely honest. Felt I could trust him to get to the bottom of the problem and he gave a very reasonable price. Will be taking my car here to see him for any issue in the future.

Fran is a solid, honest mechanic. A4 has had practically zero issues since I began taking it to him.

Fran is on heck of a technician. I have had him service my cars I have purchased for years. I have not had to bring anything back, all of the work is outstanding and his labor rate is more than fair. I would recommend him for all Beemers, Benz that i can attest to.

BUYERS BEWARE: I bought and Audi S4 from here and the first time I turned on the A/C is blew hot hair. Turns out it was a broken AC compressor. Ralph was very defensive and refuse to admit it was broken until I sent him a picture of it. His warranty stated he would cover 50% of the part, but repairs had to be done at his shop. I live 3+ hours from him so I explained how that is not possible for me and asked if there was anyway he could help me out? He told me he would think about it and get back to me, but flew me off for months. I finally got it touch and he basically told me there is nothing he can do. It gets better... I brought the car to a certified Audi shop, and they found a long list of issues with the car including the motor fans not being properly mounted!!! Ralph sold a lemon and doesn't even care to help out one of his customers in the slightest bit. All he could tell me was "sorry, my warranty is my warranty, I have to cover myself". Stay away from this place! I don't know how this guy sleeps at night running a business like this

Been buying my cars from here for years. Better deals than the big dealers, and the service tech is top notch! These guys never advertise but always have business...
