I was lucky enough to stop by Sunrise Auto this evening, as I was making the long commute back home in Maine when my tire suddenly became flat and exposed my rim. Fortunately I pulled into Sunrise thinking it was someone else's driveway, and the man (I did not catch his name) was so kind and reassuring that he could help me, and he did! I was able to get home safely with a new tire, and my evening was totally saved from being bad!Service: Tires

Excellent mechanic, up front and no nonsense. Bill went above and beyond the extra mile to help us out with a hefty emergency issue! We had to put our trust in a complete stranger and luckily for us, we now have a dependable auto shop for any future needs.

Don't even bother taking your vehicle here. They are rude and DO NOT deserve your money. take your business elsewhere. I called them for a simple estimate for a flat tire repair and the guy on the phone got all hot and bothered because I asked for an estimate! "You need an estimate to have your tire patched?!"That's what he says to me. Isn't that your job? Right then and there I realized this guy isn't even work my time! Then he says to me "I don't patch flat tires!" And he hung up on me. Please take my advise, don't even think twice about bringing your vehicle here. Go somewhere else!

Experienced, no nonsense mechanic who has been running a shop on Route 4 in Northwood since the Eighties. If you're looking for a mechanic you can talk to and understand what he talking about, this is your shop. And if glass replacement is your need, his son is one of best in the field. Stop in and see.
