My Prius needed expert care that wasn't easy to find. It was first towed to a repair shop that refused to work with hybrids, and they told me no one but a Toyota dealer could handle it. Boy, we're they wrong! Oliverian took my car in, found the issue, and got me back on the road. Everyone was wonderful to interact with, and the bill was very reasonable. Very happy customer!

My car had been down for weeks. Was brought into Oliverians by another garage and I had my car back in a few short days! The techs are friendly and knowledgeable. All around very pleased with the service I received!

Great service & communication. Diagnosed & fixed our faulty blind spot monitor, faulty rear cross traffic alert monitor, and the non-functioning driver side window & door locks control panel. This work was done in a timely and fully transparent manner. Received detailed description of all troubleshooting and repairs. Super friendly & easy to work with. Would gladly bring my vehicle here again and highly recommend them for electrical/computer/sensor issues.

I manage a large fleet of vehicles. Some of my Vehicles are in Williston VT. I have so much faith in Sean's team that I will tow my vans an hour and a half just to know they are in good hands! Oliverian Auto can fix the "unfixable" issues. The knowledge, passion and equipment they have at hand is INCREDIBLE! Now that they are opening a Meredith location I can send even more of my fleet their way!

My Ford Transit Connect van had an electrical issue that was beyond the scope of my regular mechanic s expertise. He suggested that I take it to Oliverian and they diagnosed and fixed the problem in short order. I will certainly use Oliverian again!

Sent car to them on a Tuesday. Was told they would check it by that Thursday. Following Tues they got around to it and then told me $10,000 to swap out engine. Got a phone call from owner after I said I would need to do something different as that was an absurd price. Sent the car to Crosstown in Littleton, NH. Swapped out engine for $2800. I don't appreciate being yelled at or taken for a fool. Olivarien stated I could not buy my own motor and have install it. Never will do business with them again. Oh, by the way, the diagnostic charge to use a borescope to look inside the head, which was pulling a spark plug and inserting the bore scope, $175.00. What a joke.

Have been extremely satisfied with Oliverian. Had a suspected blown head gasket that I couldn't confirm myself. Brought the car in for code diagnostic, exhaust gas test and bore scope. Gave me detailed feedback and a very reasonable estimate. Due to the age and value of the car i elected to do the repair myself but would not have hesitated to elect to leave for repairs in a lower mileage car.Previous experiences with Oliveroan working on my diesel truck exceeded dealer experience times a million. I rely on Oliverian for great diagnostic work: they do necessary fixes to be sure the diagnosis is correct, they don't do unnecessary work, and they take the time to discuss all the pros and cons of the work needed to keep options open on a budget.Glad to highly recommend this shop.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I would like to share an awesome experience I had. My son had issues with his car in particular the hose to the coolant. My son spoke the mechanic and the mechanic informed him the issue and it could be resolved but it would take time because a part had to be ordered. Now keep in mind that is the only vehicle my son has and he is not from the area. We knew he would have to leave the vehicle so he took the chance of driving his car back to his place. So a week went by and the part came in. I then called the office to see when they would be able to fit him in. They were able to fit him on Tuesday. The mechanic then asked how he (my son)would bring the vehicle. I told her I m not sure because we don t know any towing companies. She then recommended JTB Towing company. I then called the towing company they came out less than 15 minutes to towed the car. After the repairs were done on the car the mechanic asked how will he get the car. I told her he will walk. Not realizing how far he was from the auto repair shop, she (i think her name was Melissa) volunteered to drive my son car there to his location instead I d him walking. I was so pleased with the level of compassion this business showed. Thank you for showing integrity and sympathy.

Great good luck brought me to Oliverian the first time. Oliverian's service is excellent, the staff is friendly and accommodating, they are mindful of cost, and the waiting area is pleasant so I keep returning. Great team of problem solvers. Having my vehicle picked up and delivered back to me was an added bonus. I will remain a long time customer for sure.Also, the Women's empowerment factor. It's great to see a business have not just one but MULTIPLE knowledgeable proficient and helpful women in a field that is predominantly filled with men.

Once again the crew went above and beyond. I brought my vehicle in for a rather large maintenance/ repair procedure, I received an estimate in advance of the job, that was very detailed, dropped the truck off, and during the repair a future issue was identified, I was immediately notified and approved the additional work. The repairs were done, and I went to pick up the truck, and was very pleasantly surprised by an invoice which was less than the original repair estimate. I love that they try to give you the worst case seneriao estimate, and not get into a job and jack the price.

Would you drive an hour away from home to get your vehicle fixed or serviced?We were referred to the team at Oliverian Automotive when our vehicle sustained some sunroof-related issues that led to electrical failures and a litany of pretty flashing lights and codes. While some may visit a manufacturer-branded dealership for matters this serious, we're were assured by a trusted mechanic that Oliverian was the choice for complex electrical issues (newer vehicles, awesome-er problems).These guys came through.Everyone at Oliverian Automotive was courteous, informative and very helpful. Shawn is a nephew to my late husband, and after he died I brought my truck to some one for a squeak, inspection, and oil change and tire change over. He could not find the squeak, he did the oil change inspection but no tire change over. My squeak got worse and then I got a squeak in my back end so I called Shawn and he and David H solved my problem. And what a problem well 3 ball joints, two springs, four brakes, and a lug nut replacement later and ta day, all fixed and NO SQUEAKS. can stop on a dime and I sit higher in my truck.Thank you very very much. Dave H you are amazing.And Shawn thank you for seeing me thru all this.This was not cheap but you did save me 42,000 dollars can't get better than that.God bless. My four new tires were put on, balanced, oil changed and the car was checked for anything else it might need all in one day! I did order tge tires two weeks beforehand. My experience started off fine. Dropping of the vehicle was seamless. Picking it up was fine. I was told my oil light was on, which I knew. The oil light sensor wasnt "turned off" at the last oil change, the vehicle isn't actually due. I was also told there were 2 tires that were bald on the inside and needed to be changed, soon. I left the shop and made a stop in Woodsville. When leaving, my vehicle wouldn't shift in to reverse. I called my daughter who came and tried to assist, and also couldn't get the vehicle to shift in to reverse. Then I called Oliverian. This vehicle never had an issue shifting and it seemed quite a coincidence the day the brakes were replaced the vehicle didn't recognize the brake was being pressed in order to shift gears. The Oliverian mechanics response was, " oh, that vehicle had a lot of issues". And totally disregarded I was stuck and needed to be towed. Like, what? If it had "a lot of issues" shouldn't that have been communicated to me when I picked up the vehicle? Oliverian flat out told me they wouldn't assist with a tow or look at the vehicle unless I paid for another appointment. I had to call AAA and wait hours for a tow. Very poor customer service. Would not recommend Oliverian Auto.Service: Brake service & repair
