I am very relieved I found this auto shop! They were able to accommodate me for a last minute state inspection and I am so grateful since this was the final day I was able to get it inspected before traveling. Karen and the mechanics were very professional and kind and I felt very confident with them handling my vehicle. I moved to Peterborough a while ago but was still making the unnecessary drive to my old mechanic over 15 miles away. I'm glad I found a local reliable place I can return to in the future. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the area!! :)

Brought in a car that was running well for inspection. They said it needed $1400 worth of work. It died the day after I picked it up. Had it towed back to Valley. They said I needed $300 more work. The day after I picked it up it died again.They "inspected" the problem and said the car wasn't worth fixing and told me "tough luck." I'd avoid this garage as they take no responsibility.Response to Valley's response...the mileages and dates are incorrect, as are other parts of his statement. Car (died both times) within a day of pick up.Had a long, friendly conversation with the owner and he refused to do anything at all. Rather than cultivate a new to the area customer, he told me there was nothing at all he would do.

I had work done on my 2005 Jeep wrangler. These people were great. Customer service and updates very nice. I had brought my Jeep in for a bit of major work but they went over and above I feel. It sounds and drives like a different vehicle. Thank you. Will recommend to anyone o know.

Had a slow leak in my truck tire and they got it fixed right away even though they were very busy and I didn't have an appointment.They are always fair, knowledgeable and friendly.It's a great place to take your car.

Our Honda had a part fail and we had to have it towed to Valley Automotive. They looked at it, and informed us Honda had issued an extended warranty on that part that we qualified to take advantage of! Instead of doing the work themselves and charging us for it, they let us know the dealer would do it for free! It s great to find a business with this kind of honesty and integrity - we will use them in the future, for sure!

I use Valley Auto for all the work on my Jeep. Tune-ups, electronics, tires, brakes, everything - and have never had a problem with their workmanship or pricing. I found the staff of this garage to be very courteous and professional, getting my truck back in a timely manner when they were fully booked for that week. Loved the fact that they are dog friendly! Kudos to you all!

Brought my Kia Sorento to them do to a coolant leak. One garage said it would cost around 300 to fix. The mechanic came out and found the problem in 2 min. What would have cost 300 cost me 15 min of time to tighten 2 loose hose clamps. No charge on that. Weeks later I brought my car back for an oil change. I left it, and on my way to keene my car was back outside within 20 min and was ready to go. I'd say that's the fastest service I've had in a long time. Definitely going back for my next oil change and any other issues my Kia may have in the future.

I recently brought my pick-up in for a front-end alignment. After I picked up the truck it was still drifting to the right. I stopped back in a couple days later and discussed my concerns with the service coordinator and he agreed to take another look at it. I returned to pick up my truck the second time and the alignment specs were vastly improved and he informed that the adjusters were totally frozen up and the mechanic had to remove the cams to free them up. This is generally not a small task on a 1/2 ton Chevy P/U when loose let alone frozen. I offered to pay the additional labor as this is not part of a the normal alignment cost. He said it wouldn't t necessary and that he was just happy I returned affording them the opportunity to make it right. To me this exhibited a great degree of integrity. Something hard to find in this industry.

Been here twice. Once for wheel bearings and they had the truck for three weeks due to bad management. Second time for tires on a different vehicle. One tire was losing air and they wouldnt replace it. Finally they would replace it for 90 bucks. Never go here again.

Charged me 280 dollars to free up a waste gate. I left and called my other mechanic and they charged me 140 and I got it done the next day. They overcharge the hell out of you to take your money

Went for annual state inspection. In & out in <30 mins. Friendly folks. Pleasant waiting room with wifi. They nail it.
