Bought a vehicle from Pelham Auto Group a week ago today. Rich was nothing but helpful, acclimating, and worked with me 100% to make the buying process easy, essentially worry free. Continues to work with me post purchase if the car ever needs anything. 100% recommend Pelham Auto Group whether you're looking to purchase or have work done to your automobile. You won't be disappointed by these gentlemen, they'll take car of you, your needs, and your vehicle.

I bought a car from Rich in October. My mechanic was impressed with the condition it was in for being a 2003. The car runs great! I am very happy with my purchase and with Rich's style of selling. He was very nice with no pressure. I would definitely buy from him again.

Nothing but a typical used car dealershipClean car on the outside sure , but to say they run and drive like they look is an understatement.Steer clear keep looking and don't let people in the car business tell you otherwise.When the sales associate is so adamant and insisting too put a sticker on the car being bought from PAG is not a warm welcome to a car that shouldn't have issues especially if they are going to guarantee a sticker .Of course PAG can put one on!. But another inspection location could NOT due to the issues it had.

I bought a car from Rich. Haven t picked it up yet, but so far so good. The car that he sold me is in great condition and he is very careful to explain the whole process.I had my doubts about buying from some random guy in an industrial building, but he appears to be legit. I ll write again after l pick up the car.Well, I picked up my car today and it was everything that Rich promised. He called my insurance, he brought my paperwork to the RMV in MA, where l live, he had the inspection completed/passed and he had it ready on the day that he promised. Thanks Rich!

Edgar replaced my breaks in a timely manner, and was very professional. I reviewed the inventory and will definitely be purchasing a car from them in the future because the cars are priced just right!

Hands down the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. I was in touch with a sales rep abo it finding a vehicle in informed them of my budget and not only were they not helpful in that request but they were very rude when trying to negotiate. If I could screen shot what was said to me I would. He called me irresponsible for attempting to negotiate a price and we were unable to make a deal over 50$. Absolute worst dealership and customer service.

Edgar was very professional and transparent throughout the buying process. Vehicles were VERY clean and he makes sure you re leaving content.

Used to live across the street 25 years ago. I still have the aloe plant they gave me at my house. Some of the folks that I knew then still work there now. Local people, cooperatively owned, great place for Vdubbies and imports.

PAG has been baby sitting my two vehicles for a couple of years now and they have been great. Rich is very solid to work with.
