Scott and the team were very accommodating throughout the purchasing process. Had a small issue arise a few weeks after purchasing the car, and they worked around my schedule to get it resolved as quickly as possible. Excellent communication and customer service!

I asked them to hold this beautiful 2016 Audi Q5 for me as I drove down from way up in Maine, and they kept to their word. Others tried to buy it, even when I was filling out the paperwork. They are both kind and honest, what more could you ask for when buying a used vehicle? I highly recommend them.

When shopping for a car the 1st thing i usually do is go online. Went to see a car I liked but unfortunately it wasnt available anymore. That didnt stop Robert from going above and beyond to better our shopping experience. Hands down the best guy i've met while buying a car. Robert is a very honest person and there wasn't a single time he was not available to answer any of my questions. The entire process was very easy, and he made it even easier! Financing was very simple and he walked us through every step of the way. I deffinately would recommmend this place to friends and family. I will absolutely consider this dealership for my next purchase!

I bought a Hyundai from these guys, and they really went above and beyond! They even fixed something that went wrong a few weeks in to owning the car, no questions asked. I would definitely use them again. Highly recommend!

A really nice dealership that made my first car buying experience painless and smooth. The owner definitely loves to bring the best customer service he can to the table and does not try to over sell his inventory. He s very genuine and addresses any problems that may arise. If you come across this dealership you should consider using them.

An excellent place to buy a used car. I never imagined things would work out this well this fast. If you're looking for a quality vehicle and you're worried about credit, look no further. I came by on Labor Day weekend several days after my previous car had been totaled from a rear end collision. I had just poured a lot of money into fixing up my previous car and the expense of the rental car was adding up, so I was tapped out financially, leaving me with no money to put down. I didn't have collision on my policy and the driver who hit me is uninsured, so I needed a new car, and I needed it fast, but had no money to put down as an initial deposit. I didn't expect to be driving away from the dealership so soon with what looks like a new car and no money to put down. Auto Stop has great connections and can work out a financial arrangement with one of its alliances to provide you with a car that you thought you could only dream of owning. And the follow up service is the icing on the cake. They have already detailed the car 3 times and fixed at no cost a valve stem that I had broken on one of the tires that I tried to put air in. They had me bring the car in to their auto shop of choice that prioritizes service for any of Auto Stop's customers with immediate service and quality repair. There always seems to be somebody at Auto Stop working well into the evening that's willing to assist you and make you feel like you're welcome to be there and that you're now part of their "family."

Amazing service I got at Auto Stop Inc, and got the best deal I could ask for. Robert was very professional, very knowledgeable and offered help with financing as well as entire paperwork process. Buying a car at Auto Stop was so easy and convenient, and guaranteed excellent car quality.

I surprised my wife with a new car for Christmas this year and considering the time of the year and the frigid temperatures, I was more than pleased with the efforts AutoStop provided. Robert and Danny spent about three hours dealing with my indecisiveness and after settling on a GORGEOUS Jeep Grand Cherokee, I signed the deal. The dealership is what MOST would expect however the people are not ! I was treated like a friend and NOT pushed into a vehicle. The financing went smooth and the pressure was non existent. I would recommend this business to anyone that wants to be treated more than fair !!!! 5 STARS ALL THE WAY !!!Scott C.

I will never buy a car from this place again. I bought a 2011 ford fusion hybrid almost 2 years ago. My previous car was a 2006 Hyundai accent. Ran like a beast until someone totalled it. So I was in desperate need of a car. I came to this place not intending on buying a car, but to look. Instantly this older man Paulo I believe his name was came to us, before we had a chance to look. We told him what we were looking for. He showed us the ford fusion. He swooned us with how great Ford's were, how reliable they were, he would put his name on ford. So with some convincing and haggling, which was almost non existent. After signing the paper work we were informed there was no factory warranty and the company only had a 30 day warranty. They only provided us with one key to the car, saying the other has been misplaced. Then told us it had to be detailed as one of the men who worked there drove it almost everyday with his kids in the car. The car ran great, for a month. Since then I've had NOTHING but problems with this car. The car completely shuts off on the highway. So I've been driving back roads literally everywhere. I've had to replace the rear rotors, shocks and struts, cabin fan motor and wiring, electronic throttle body, and electronic cooling pump. This was a huge mistake I will NEVER buy from these people again and I most certainly will NEVER buy a Ford EVER again. The faster I can pay this off the faster I can get rid of this lemon. Thanks for nothing.

Unfortunately our experience with buying a used car from this dealer was not a pleasant one. The whole experience in the beginning felt rushed and we did not feel listened too. They were willing to work with my partner who was a first time car buyer with no credit. We were interested in a vehicle that was listed at $7995. We were initially approved for a loan and made an offer of $7495, $500 off the list price of the vehicle. Now, I expected some haggling but they flat out said no, they were unwilling to negotiate on the price of the car. This same exact car was listed at the exact price I offered of $7495 a few months earlier. When I asked why they were unwilling to budge they gave some long explanation that the dealership owner's wife was driving the car at the time and blah, blah, blah. I responded that that has nothing to do with me, and I would offer them that amount for the car. This is still well within the prices listed on KBB and a fair price for the car. I gave them a couple of days and stopped in a few times, but they refused the offer. On top of all this the finance director was EXTREMELY rude to us. When first figuring out numbers he gave us a rough estimate of a monthly payment, and I responded with "that's a bit more than we can afford". His response? "Well if you cant afford that then you shouldn't be buying a car". REALLY? That is how you are going to treat customers??? Needless to say, they lost out on a sale, we bought another car (exact same model, year, and roughly the same mileage) for cheaper somewhere else. And I will never shop there again. I have helped 8 people in the past 6 months buy cars ... and am known by my friends and family to be the go to person for car buying. This dealership probably lost out on thousands upon thousands of dollars because of rudeness, an unwillingness to negotiate, and letting someone like me walk out the door. Their loss!

I purchased a 2009 Crv from Auto Stop last year in March. Well accidents happen and i bumped into a few Plastic Barrels and got a pretty ugly dent in back. I called Auto Stop and talked to Dan the Owner and the Sales and Finance Manager Robert AKA Ziggy and asked if he knew a Auto Body shop , he said Stop bye. Well he looked at it and pulled out a Dent Removal Kit, and after about 90 minutes he then cleaned Washed the car and Holy Cow he pulled the dent out and made it almost 100% FREE OF CHARGE I recommend this dealership highly THANK YOU DAN AND ROB AKA ZIGGY

I recently purchased a Ford Focus from Robert at Autostop in Pelham NH and can honestly say was the easiest car purchase I ever experienced . Not only was car detailed and ready to go but they also were able to gwt the car registered for me. I would recommend AutoStop to ANYONE looking for great cars and a non pressure sales team.Christos B.

Bought a Car from these guys back in May (2006 Jetta) I love the car and had a good experience with the sales person, an older greek gentleman (paulo maybe). Anyways I was promised it would pass state inspection, of course two weeks later when I brought it to my mechanic for inspection it did not pass due to a cracked rear coil spring. I called auto stop and they told me to bring it in and they would fix it, awesome right? Wrong. First of all I commute to work every day about an hour so I need my car. Auto stop said they would do it on a saturday and I could drop it off friday night and pick it up sunday. Needless to say I dropped it off the next friday and when I called them sunday morning I was told they did not get to it cuz they were too "busy". I dropped it off next friday and come sunday.... "oh our mechanic was on vacation"... Dropped it off the following friday and they said they had replaced the coil springs. Awesome!.... Not. I just had my mechanic look at it again for State inspection and he said nothing has been replaced. After all that I still have to pay my mechanic the $500 for the work and I am probably out another $500 for all the hassel this was

I tried to buy a prius from them... they took forever to get back to me with the financial info....I'm in the middle of a bankruptcy need to divide that information to my trustee... not a impossible task....After they provided me the info 4 days later I was looking over the numbers I noticed they were trying to charge me $1200 over nada book......This place is shady...

Very professional Robert the finance manager very polite answered all my questions I saved $2000 on the Honda Accord they sold me compared to all the dealers I went to very clean cars lots of Hondas Toyota highly recommend this place to friends and family .
