I would recommend these guys to anyone! After an unfortunate incident, when my Jeep decided to take a solo ride down a hill and into a local restaurants eating area, Whiting s showed up and really took care of me. They took their time and really looked over the situation and came up with a solid game plan of how to get it out. They were complete professionals, and really know what they re doing. If you find yourself in a pinch, don t think twice about calling Whitings, you ll be in great hands!

needed to have my truck towed late a night and nobody else would take my call but them. Everyone I had dealt with was very friendly and helpful especially the owner Kurt. I would definitely recommend them.

Had an awesome experience getting my little work van repaired for inspection, not only was the price very fair, but the work was done fast which is so important to me because if the van is in the shop then I am not working. Great people, and they were so respectful towards me! Important to find a garage that respects women! They will have my future business for sure.

I ran out of gas on the side of the road at 10 o clock at night. I called Whitings and they made it to me in under ten minutes (I wasn t very far away but still!). They were so kind and helpful and made sure I safely got on my way in no time. Thank you Kurt for making what could have been a traumatizing experience very painless and easy!

Kurt was amazing! He responded to my tow request in less than 30 minutes! Showed up and was very understanding and knowledgeable. Realized I broke my driver side axial he was able to tow my car to his shop and get it fixed up quickly. Great Service!!

Every once in a while, I feel compelled to write a review..this is one of those times because I had an exceptionally good experience. It was the middle of the night, about 2 AM and my back tire started to go flat on my truck. After stopping along the way to fill up the tire several times I finally got to the last gas station before my house, and the pump did not work I immediately called AAA, after waiting over an hour to only find out, they could not help me, and had no callback from them. I had to manage the whole experience myself. I decided To call the local police department for help.The local police department helped me get in touch with the sheriffs department, both did everything they could to try to help me find someone. They called me back within five minutes and said that they found a tow truck company to help me. Immediately I called Whitings, automotive repair, towing, and recovery. From the moment I spoke to the gentleman on the phone who happened to be the owner everything went smooth. He was extremely nice, walked me through everything, including trying to find the tool to unlock my spare tire. Only to find out the spare tire that I had was not the right size.I was really upset at that point because my luck was running out This gentleman understood that I was in a tough situation.He proceeded to tell me that he was going to fill my tire up and follow me all the way home in case it needed to be To make sure that I got back safely.I have To say because of the times that we live in, I was very surprised it just how professional, and understanding he was, and completely went above and beyond .I would like to thank you for running such a professional business and for being just a good human being. I would personally recommend this company to anyone that needs help on the side of the road. All of the other big companies either turned down the opportunity or didn t answer the phone, this gentleman answered at 2 o clock in the morning On a Sunday!!!Thank you !

This is hands down the absolute best towing company I've ever dealt with. They went out of their way to find information for me when the aaa call didn't even go to them and when that tow company said they wouldn't do it, they went out of their way AGAIN for me to make sure they got the aaa order so they could help me get my truck out and towed. Massive amounts of respect for Kurt and Madison for really going above and beyond. 10 out 10 recommendation

Top notch guys. I went in thinking I had a bad wheel bearing. They have it a quick once over and we re honest about it not being the case. They made sure it was safe to get back to VA and didn t want to charge me anything. Highly recommend.

Kurt's the man. He will get you taken care of even if the situation is a little hairy. He knows what he's doing in all situations I've seen him so many different things with his tow trucks and he always gets things done right and quickly.Wheel bearing exploded in the road and crowells showed up first and backed out of doing the tow. Kurt showed up shortly after and took care of it first try. No one could get me in to have my tires installed, I called Whiting s and Kurt and his wife got me in immediately! They had 5 tires installed fast and painless for me! If you re in need of roadside assistance or general maintenance and even vehicle inspections give them a call!!! They are Veteran/Family Owned and Operated so look them up and show support while receiving A+ service!

Called all around from Wolfeboro trying to get inspection sticker, no one for 2 weeks. Called Whiting's Saturday morning, took me half hour later. Awesome service! Great place! Thanks guys and Madison!

Kurt call me on the side of the road with this. Upon the initial call not only was he there in 30 minutes but I soon realized him and his wife were probably the most friendly people I have ever met. He threw me in his truck with his family brought me back to his shop and in 10 minutes he help me out with a new valve stem and on my way to finish my job. KURT works around the clock is unbelievable! His wife as well as the rest of his family are extremely helpful and extremely funny! I cannot recommend these people Haley enough because they bailed me out of a really tough situation and I can count on them to do it over and over again!

They are so accommodating and kind. I felt super informed throughout the whole process. They got me in right away for a full brake replacement so I can keep my car safe for my little one. Madison is so sweet and easy to talk to, felt like I was hanging out with a friend. Kurt responded very quickly to my call for help and was able to tow my vehicle home while giving me a ride. Tow truck was clean, new and safe. Kurt was personable and knowledgeable and I was safely home in no time. Thank you. Highly recommend. Will call Whitings next time I get into trouble.

Whitings Automotive Repair saved our vacation, hands down.My wife and I made the road trip from Canada to NH and we woke up Easter Sunday to low tire pressure caused by a slow leak.Whitings was the only shop around that Google listed as open on Sunday. We figured it was a long shot, but we called and Kurt picked up right away and offered to open the garage during his Easter holiday to help us.Within 15 minutes he and his partner had the screw removed, puncture plugged, and wheel back on the car good as new.The price was incredibly reasonable, a testament to Kurt s character as anyone would ve know we were visiting from out of town and could have taken advantage of our predicament.Thanks for getting us back on the road so we were able to enjoy all NH has to offer! And happy Easter!

Last week, we broke down in our class A motorhome on a busy road. Nearby shops that can handle our rig couldn't come get us and were booked out for weeks. Kurt and Matt at Whiting's are first rate for customer service, kind responsiveness and mechanic skill. They were the only place that agreed to help us on a busy Friday afternoon. They had the equipment and know how to tow a big rig. The fix took a few days just because of parts. The final outcome was correct and incredibly reasonable for cost. If we didn't live so far from them we would make this shop our regular place for RV chassis maintenance. Efficient, honest, and kind! Thank you to all at Whiting's.

After a terrible experience with life360 road side assistance I was assigned to whitings automotive. They turned my night around. Him & his wife were 3rd party and super friendly. He drove from ossipee NH to Dover NH (over an hour) to tow my Jeep Wrangler not even 10 miles. He called me when he got to my jeep to make sure that it was the correct car. His wife apologized for something she had no part of. I went from beyond irritated to dealing with these pleasant people that didn't know me from a hole in the wall. Id recommend 10x over to anyone that is looking for a tow. You guys are awesome

Kurt Whiting took Gate City Corvette Club member Peter B. car for a ride on the new flat bed. Peter's 2021 C8 Corvette broke down in North Conway on Monday and could not get any help from Chevrolet local dealer. Kurt took Peter's car all the way down to MacMulkin's Chevrolet in Nashua. Great job loading the Corvette on the flat bed, and he was super concerned that everything loaded correctly without any scraping or rubbing of car's bottom or front splitter. Great job Kurt! I would highly recommend him if you need a tow. I know Peter was super delighted with his service.

Worst treatment I have ever received. I was perfectly patient with you people through 3 forgotten appointments for other work and close to zero communication on more than one occasion. I allowed you to be human to the limit. You held my car, untouched in the impound lot for 16 days and never attempted the ignition switch repair. I was a extremely cordial through all my frustration. My car was dropped and forgotten, despite my attempts to communicate. My messages had been ignored for a week. They are still sitting there unanswered. The mechanic who always answers the phone had no idea what the status of the car was. Then I was told that the part came in wrong twice. Funny, as I located the part in Ossipee, and despite having no transportation, offered to get it dropped off. That offering was never responded to. I let everyone there know that I was starting a new job and had no transportation. NEVER was I told that you didn't have the time to fix my car. I also see by the reviews from the past couple of weeks that you took other customers last minute and on short notice. That means you had time to roll out the red carpet for new customers while I continued to struggled without a car. 16 days!! To Mislead and for no reason. I could have completed the car myself 2 weeks ago if I had a ride to get the part at the time. I made a mistake and I won't be making it again. Thanks for showing your lack of empathy and your true colors.

Two great experiences with them so far. Got my work truck in, fixed, and inspected in a timely manner. Communicated well and were pleasant to deal with. Kurt and the guys went above and beyond. Found myself in a jam and they were the solution without question. They recovered my disabled vehicle from an off-road location in a timely manner and once it rolled of the tow truck, jumped right on to troubleshoot the problem without hesitation. Very knowledgeable, resourceful and professional. Would be a mistake not to seek out their services.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Needed a tow on a F-350. Great response in the evening and got the truck delivered to a shop 100 miles away later that night to make a previously scheduled service appointment the first thing the next morning! Highly recommend, great service with a friendly attitude.

My boyfriend and I drove 2 hours up to New Hampshire and ended up having a hole in one of our tires, we decided to bring our car here. They had us leaving 12 minutes later with our problem resolved. They were the kindest nicest people we ve met. We pulled right up to the garage and they immediately walked over, introduced themselves, and got to work. If we ever have a car issue again we will without a doubt bring our car back to them.Service: Tires
