They do all the maintenance on both of our vehicles. Excellent service and more than fair pricing. Plus a comfortable waiting room with Wi-Fi. Glad to have a great, independent shop locally.

Great shop. Great people. Lighten up on Erica, folks. She has a million things going on because the shop is stellar and they are in demand. She doesn't drop a stitch and keeps everything going smoothly, but please realize you aren't the only one she needs to take care of quickly. All of that in mind please when visiting the shop. All you have to do is look at the waiting room and rest rooms, etc. Neat as a pin and with coffee waiting for you. That doesn't just happen. Thanks, Erica. You can't find better anywhere.

They are called tire and alignment, but these folks are fantastic for anything auto, especially those hard to track computer error codes. They are always busy, so it might be best to schedule your service.

If you are a woman or a young adult (male or female), don't go here unless you are bringing a friend/family member that is knowledgeable about cars & repairs. They will claim things are broken that aren't. Tell you that you need to have repairs done that you don't. The business itself is fine, it's some of the employees that are highly questionable.

I am sincerely appreciate the prompt service by these guys! I had an electronic issue with car that came up the night before a vacation to,Pennsylvania, and in need of a shop that could swap out my accelerator pedal/ sensor in less than a days notice. All I can say is that these guys are rock stars, they kept me informed about what's going on their prices were fair and I drove away feeling like I had a new car because they did all kinds of little extra things. I'm never looking for a discount or the cheapest prices,I just want what's fair and good work and these guys went above and beyond that. I can't say enough good things about this experience and that doesn't happen very often when you're spending that kind of money to have your car fixed.

Great service every time and reasonably priced. We ve been taking our cars there for regular maintenance, repairs and new tires for at least a decade. Kirk, Gail and the team will go out of their way to help out. Yesterday I was having trouble with my tire air pressure, I dropped in on my way north and they fixed the problem. Years ago I was in the process of buying a used car, I called the owners to get their opinion. Long story short, Gail gave me her personal cell number and we ended up not buying that car. They saved us many headaches down the road. When my children were very young and I was unable to get out of the house with all of them, the team came to my house to get my car. When the car was finished, they brought it back to me! Now that s service!When we have car situations we always take our cars to Northern Tire. Great people!

I have been using Northern Tire for many, many years. Kirk, Gail, and the team have always treated us right. We live a fair distance away from them, but it is well worth the drive when you find a garage and group of people you trust to do the needed work on your vehicle. I highly recommend them for anything you need.

We picked up a screw in our tire heading out camping. Northern Tire determined that we couldn't patch it so they put on our spare at no cost and had a replacement for it the next day. Excellent and courteous service.

This place saved my butt and didn't rip me off despite me coming from out of state. My tire exploded on the highway on my way to the white mountains. They fixed my rim and replaced all 4 tires for an awesome price. Honest friendly business.

They have always treated me well and have always beat estimates I have gotten from other vendors. Work was done in a timely manner. My one gripe is lack of brands hence only four stars. Would like to see them get Falken tires.

So the gentleman, that attempted to help me today, has a huge customer service problem. He also basically told me i was lying. I wanted to install non standard size tires on my truck. Smaller circumference for a better rpm while towing my boat and trailer at highway speeds. There are many many online calculators for this. My selection would have raised my rpm about 500 at 55 mph.. PURRFECT.. However, the "salesman" had far more knowledge than MATH,and facts, and told me it would be a huge dramatic change. My undercarriage would have issues. The sidewalls were not big enough, blah blah blah.. . etc.. . . uhm.. yeah man.. thats exactly what the customer WANTED. The customer was not naive, was well informed, and knew exactly what he wanted.. Shorter sidewalls and a smaller circumference.. Yeah you dont want short sidewalls in a truck that goes off roading.. My truck tows trailers on highways, and good roads.. Hardly ever even see's any dirt on the road ,short of my driveway. I got them installed, mounted, balanced, and free rotation for life, for MUCH less somewhere else. HE simply didnt need the business..Too bad, as a local business owner, I wanted to support them. I included a snapshot, for the "salesmans" personal information.. In the future, an open mind might get you into my open checkbook.. But I doubt it! Please note the speed difference at 60 mph.. Pretty damn drastic change.. stunning... Problem is,, people who think they know everything. At most the chassis would be .75 inches lower, lowest point being the rear axle pumpkin. If lowering my big high truck, .75 inches, and changing the final drive ratio by -4.6 is considered DRASTIC, ill eat my dirty socks.. It's in the math.. I dont care if YOU have been doing it for 30 years.. FACTS outweigh your"feelings". Time to buck up, and learn new things..

Took my car in for service, it was left in the parking lot and was damaged. They refused to even apologize for the incident. The man was beyond rude, will never go back.

dropped 4 tires off on a Monday to have 4 valve stems replaced, told me they we not sure they could due them on Monday but will have them back on Tuesday which worked for me, went there Tuesday at around 3 30 pm , tires not done, told me wed or Thursday, this did not work for me, so the owner I think his name was Nick ( not sure ) said take them and go some place else , so I took them from them drove up the hill next door and had 4 valve stem installed in about 15 min, I guess they were to busy to help
