Dropped by for some hard-to-find fasteners for my F150 and the gentleman who helped me out was able to find exactly what I needed in under a minute. Friendly staff and a great selection for your automotive needs without having to drive an hour away. Great job guys!

Gave me wrong part, then drove back to the store. The new part was $2 more. Instead of eating the 2 bucks, they charged me, even though it was the employees fault. Lost my business.

I was having trouble getting my hitch ball tight. Instead of selling me an expensive tool I would only use once or a new hitch ball the employee was nice enough to just fix it for me with his impact gun. (5 minuet repair) I would definitely come back here for parts with that kind of friendly service.

Pricey, but the convenient location makes it worth it i suppose. Seems like there s always 5-10 employees working there at any given time so i doubt you d have too hard of a time trying to get helped. No complaints come to mind for this location.

Needed an older part for my pickup, they had it in stock for a good price, and the clerk knew his business. Good service.Update: once again, needed old parts and they ordered em in for tomorrow.

Stopped in to pick up some wiper blades. I was waited on by a young man named Dana. I'm not very handy so I inquired if it was something I could change myself. Dana stopped what he was doing and looked me in the eyes and said, "You sir can do anything you set your mind to. Anything." Just then Foot Loose by Kenny Logins began playing on the store radio. Dana broke into an impromptu dance number. He was much more limber than he looked. Then he took me by both hands, whirled me around, and then dragged me out the front the door where he steadied my hands as we installed the wiper blades. Together.

horrible customer service. told them exactly what was needed and yet they still gave me the wrong part and were rude about it when confronted.

People are great there! Nice to go toa place yhat doesn't need the vehicle color to get wiper blades! Lol

Super expensive and they consistently give you the wrong parts. Went in recently and had them order a part for my car. Got the part, brought it home and discovered that it was not the part I had ordered. Took pictures of the parts, brought it back and the guy behind the counter had the nerve to argue with me. Told me I was wrong and he was right even with picture proof. Finally an older employee came out and told the kid that he was wrong. The kid then tried to sell me another part for twice what I paid for the wrong one AND tried to charge me more money to return the part that they screwed up ordering.Don't go here. It's not worth the time, money or aggravation.

Great experience with over the phone order and curbside pick up. I always have positive interactions with NAPA Auto Parts at the Ossipee location! Evan provided excellent service!

Our go to store for truck parts. These guys know what they're doing and what they're talking about. They have most of what we need, and what they don't have in stock they get to us by the next day.

Dealt with employee Carrie today. One of the rudest employees I have ever dealt with in an auto parts store. Wasted so much of my day dealing with her and ended up at the N.Conway Napa... getting help from employees that actually knew about auto parts.If you have time to get the wrong parts and return them all day....This is your NAPA If you have a reason to go to this Napa....I suggest you choose wisely when stepping up to the counter and a service rep.

If they don t have it right now they ll have it this afternoon at your location, that s what apart store I supposed to do and this particular NAPA store has the right employees and the right management to get you the parts on time!

Chris & the crew are 1st class. They have autobody supplies and make Martin-Senour automotive paint/custom spray cans.
