Left here in happy tears! Kyle and josh went above and beyond to make sure my car passed inspection. I didn t even have an appointment and they managed to squeeze me into their busy schedule. They were both so kind and welcoming I would highly recommend. Big thanks to them!

Needed a radiator replaced in my 2015 Tacoma. Very happy with the price. The most important part, after I got home I found no loose or missing bolts. The work was done correctly and with pride. If I'm in need of future work I'll be going back. They came highly recommended by family and friends.

Valve stems did not need to be replaced. Plug needed replacing. Ignoring customers calls. Is totally unprofessional. If you didn't want to deal with me...be honest and real. Lack of management shows. BonnieService: TiresService: Tires

Kyle and his Team have consistently gone above and beyond in providing the highest levels of quality, professionalism, and customer service. These guys truly take a lot of pride in their work. Honest and fair prices backed by the friendliest service around!! About four years ago my wife and I settled in the Effingham area and began looking for reliable service to maintain our vehicles. All it took was one visit to Carroll County Repair to convince us that this was the place for us. We have a 2009 Silverado and a 2016 CRV. Over the last four years we ve experienced everything from vehicle inspections, oil changes, tire replacement, alternators, brake jobs, faulty sensors, ball joints and wheel bearings, just to name a few. Every visit has resulted in top notch service being performed on our vehicles. The best part is that it s been great to get to know the guys on a personal level versus taking your vehicle to a big-name dealership and being treated as if you re just another number. They're polite and awesome people to have work on ur vehicles I wouldn't go to anybody else they let u know what wrong and they have very reasonably pricing too I would recommend them to anyone I know just moved up there and they help out the wife with a simple tire fixed and have been with them since then thanks to Kyle and the group of works .
