Great experience. Was playing a show down the street and they were able to accommodate me last minute. Christina was great, excellent communication. Her partner and I chatted awhile about guitars and tractors. Will definitely be back!Walkability: Right in downtown N Woodstock. So much to see and do, just take a walk.

If you like having absolutely NO contact with Owners of Hotel (or actually NO staff of the hotel), this is your place! No confirmation email received, their site does not specify their check-in time, and the Owners(?) do not return phone calls. We arrived at every other Hotels check-in time of 3pm only to find that there was not an envelope with our room key waiting. We called and left a message, no response. Finally after waiting an hour, a woman appeared and placed envelopes in their "no contact" wooden board and scurried back inside. We tried to make a joke of it that the Owners were practicing to be like the "Wizard of Oz" - they are to be heard but not seen. Very odd experience and would not return.

I am giving the Inn 32 a 5 for effort. The room was clean, the beds were good and the AC worked. The location is nice and the curb appeal is catchy. Our room has obviously been updated. Their service is unusual. They do contactless check in for all. Your paperwork awaits you at the office with you key. Nice for those nervous about Covid still. But smart for them. Someone is obviously restoring this motel and their service model allows them to do this without having someone sit in an office waiting. Good for them and good luck

Great location, reasonable pricing for the area. Walking distance to everything you need, grocery next door and multiple decent restaurants nearby. My only suggestion would be to offer a couple less firm pillows. The ones on the bed were very firm and thick. I woke up with a little bit of a sore neck. The bed was surprisingly comfortable, although softer than I m used to. Water pressure was fine and plenty hot. The a/c kept the room comfortable without that annoying on/off fan that some hotel units have. It didn t wake me at all. The blackout curtains worked great, I actually was able to sleep in a little bit without loud traffic or bright sunlight. We will definitely stay again. It was a great last minute choice on a beautiful motorcycle riding weekend. We also met some great people to chat with and everyone in town seemed super friendly.

This place was a pleasant surprise. We chose this as none of the hotels had any vacancies. But it turned out to be very close to the highway and all the vista points. The rooms are very clean and check in is contactless. There was a microwave and coffee machine in the room. The heater worked great. There are good restaurants and shops you could walk to.The only problem we had was with the bed. It was uncomfortable and you will sink into the center somehow.There's designated parking and good fall colors around. Overall it's a clean inn ,close to the Kancamagus highway. I just wish we could sleep better.

I travel 300 miles I couldn't even get in the swimming pool it says no jumping in the pool and kids were and there was splashing like you wouldn't believe my opinion I did not enjoy the place at all and I would never go back you asked me and I told you. Oh and the people that run the place that are owners their personality is not very kindly.

Stayed here for 2 nights. The place was very clean and the grounds were well manicured. The couple that runs it are both very personable and attentive to the needs of their guests. Also very reasonably priced without even taking into consideration the scarcity of lodging at the time of booking. Would be my pleasure to return here.

We love staying here!! Have been coming up for the last 5 years or so. Service is great!! Rooms are cosy, clean and have a fridge and microwave which are nice additions. They have a new pool in the summer and access to the Pemi as well. Less than five minute walk to many things -shops, breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks!! Looking forward to our next stay!

It's ok, a cheap roadside motel, as advertised. The pool was being renovated while we were there. It was 92� and humid and it looked very inviting. Paying extra for the river view was worth it. There was no blanket, just a sheet on the bed, and towels were scratchy. A/C and fridge were appreciated.

Inexpensive option in a popular area. Tiny little room was excellent in every other way. Nice access to the mountain stream flowing behind the property. Our room (22) actually had a stream side view.

Many rooms recently updated with new everything including quiet air conditioner. Covered porch is very nice to read on. pool was newly lined and clean. Convenient to store and a bunch of food places. Fridge microwave and freezer got a workout.

My husband and I have been coming here for years. A great place to stay. Very reasonable! Walking distance to shops (love Arnold s Antique store) and restaurants. Owners are awesome, very nice and accommodating. This man below Daniel Larue is crazy! Nothing about the rooms or the owners is true! Lovely spot on the river. Clean and comfy. We look forward to this summer, we ll be going back.

VERY clean room and well taken care of.My new favorite place to stay when in the area. Walking distance to everything and right on the beautiful Pemigewasset river.

Stayed for two days,room was very clean,with a new fridge,microwave,Ac,and a Samsung HD TV.Bed was comfortable.My son and I used the pool which sits directly in the sun which gives the feeling that it's heated.Christina and her husband are very friendly and accommodating.They're in the process of updating the motel,I can definitely appreciate the direction they're taking the motel and look forward to my next visit.Also a great location for all of the attractions in Lincoln New Hampshire.

Inn 32 is wonderful! I think these photos on Google are outdated, the actual room is sparkly clean and cozy. The bed is so comfortable, they got every essential things like shampoo, body lotion, microwave, mini fridge, TV, coffee maker....And the location is so convenient!Can't believe the price is so affordable for all these advantages!Will definitely come back next time when we visited again!

Definitely wouldn't stay here again. Heat you gotta constantly mess with its so far off and for the price we paid definitely wasn't worth it. Not sure of a single thing that would make me return to this outdated hotel.Rooms: Outdated and small

We come here every year for that Highlands games. They've always been super nice to us. Rooms have been clean and tidy. It's a motel, not a 300$ a night grand luxury palace. But compared to somewhere else, like an econolodge or something, it can't be beat. The owners are doing a great job with what they have.

Loved the layout and location! Was super easy to walk across the street to a major brewery destination. Also, a quick hop (drive) up to the Flume. Didn t realize at first the Inn backed up to the river until we got out of the car and heard it outback. The Pemigewasset. The people we met called it the Pemi . Found out the owners live on property and were super friendly. The renovations/updates they ve made over the past few months really make this a fun little place to stay. This is a 1950 s New England Inn experience updated for 2021!

The rooms are small, and under construction right now so I can only say that they were great for just myself and my boyfriend. The game room is also closed for construction, but there is a pool, a place for a fire pit and grilling. It's also got a spot to go down to the river. Across the road there is an awesome convince store, and you're just a short walk from the town center. There it's even a park that allows you to get right on the river. Management was nice, but late to check us in. Other than that no complaints.

The new owners are great people, very honest, straightforward, down to earth folk. They're working hard to get this place in good shape. Prices are fair, room quality is going up by the day, service is great. They really care about their guests and work to make things right. Would highly recommend!

This place was awesome, we got the river view room, and were pleasantly surprised by the view. Room was cute very clean, and had everything you needed. Great location walking distance to the brewery.

Came was told room would be ready by 1. Came back at 330 still not done. Asked for our money back and the owner and his wife refused. This hotel is actually named Autumn Breeze which is still listed as open on google at $90 a night yet we were invoiced under Inn32 which is tax fraud. Maybe you should take pictures from the Autumn Breeze instead of such misleading pictures from the Inn32 next to a pool.The pool is across the street. As well as fire pit. River is across the street behind the actual Inn32. When business switch names a tax I'd must be updated. Yes my dad may have been upset. Unfortunately, I know how to follow the proper chain of command. Then we heard his wife talking to neighbors about us. All night cars pulling into driveway slamming multiple doors and beeping their alarms. For a light sleeper it wasn't pleasant. We were and currently are in a room that is no better than a motel 6 for triple the price at $160. I plan on leaving a review everywhere possible and contacting the Attorney General in New Hampshire. Who has check in at 4 and check out at 11 the next day? We would have never taken the room if we were told that on the phone. As a customer service manager for a very well known company and I have 15 plus years of it I would not recommend this place to anybody. Main reason? Everything we were told on the phone was half truth.

Tried this place out in March when going to visit the ice castles in the area. Broken porcelain was on the floor in the bathroom, layer of dust on the furniture in the room (especially headboard), would not return. Only positive is that it's a decent location for attractions in the area, but there are better options such as Woodstock Inn.
