We placed an order online and when I went to pick it up the parts the tech explained that I had ordered top shelf brake rotors and bottom shelf brake pads. He explained the difference and after a quick call to hubby we realized our mistake and got the right parts.The tech saved me the time and hassle of having to return to the store once I got home and noticed my error. Nice job!

I went here three different times to try and find a hose for my car, and the first two times it was mainly unhelpful. I went a last time because there were really no other options, and a different employee, Alan, helped me out and got me the exact hose I needed in less than two minutes. He then went on to give some helpful advice and overall had a positive and friendly attitude. If you ever go to this autozone, make sure you ask for Alan.

Auto Zone has consistently given us excellent customer service - from workers, like Alan, Brian, and others, who combine customer caring with competence. They represent the store and the products they sell very well. Last Sunday I got outstanding customer service from Brian, regarding parts I needed for our Hyundai. He was thorough, patient, knowledgeable, efficient, and figured out the parts needed, all with a caring and positive demeanor.

Called for a special part. Was told they have it. Made the trip down and they didn't have it and the guy who told me about it wasn't there, just a half hour later. The part he told me he had wasn't even the last I requested. The only reason I have then 3 stars was because the other guys there were helpful in directing me to other businesses in the area that could help.Reply to response:No need to follow up. I was able to get the tool I needed at another store but I wouldn't have been able to do so if your employees hadn't recommended them, so I am grateful to them for that. Will give your store another try when in the area.

Had my order ready. Guy at the counter was super nice. Brought out my battery to the car for me. My only complaint was there was not enough staff to install my new battery. I didn't take away a star for that because every business is suffering with short staff. I recommend auto zone.

Short notice on vacation, Battery died, DJ not only assisted us but discounted us the better battery and allowed us use tools in order to pull and replace battery! Had he not been the only 1 there he'd had done it himself at no charge! Exceeded expectation and reassured needs would be meet and comfort to get us home!Thanks DJ

I called on may 27 at about 11amI told the gentleman on the phone that I was looking for a part for my motorcycle ( a condenser usually found in Chevy pickups) his only focus was we don t sell bike parts. I tried to explain to him that they do cross over and I had got parts there before. His reply was (no you didn t) with no interest in helping me.I then pushed him to look it up by its part number and wouldn t you know it s something they sell. If this dude cared a little bit more about customer service and less about trying to be right he would have gained a life long customer.He repeatedly stated how he has worked there for seven years and how I hadn t got these parts there before. I think he s worked there a few years to long.Some of the worst customer service I ve ever seen,Booooo

Absolutely love these guys Mark and DJ are my go-to car guys I look forward to seeing them when I have to go to their store. Highly recommend quality products and quality service makes for a quality experience. Skyler and Allen are great additions to the staff. Very helpful yesterday and they loved my dog Marley and gave him treats:)

Amazing staff that know what they are talking about! And they are happy to go out of their way to help you. Returns are easy and they offer a rewards program that you don't have to carry another card for. Sales are great and their regular prices are usually pretty good. I like that when ordering parts thy give you different pricing options depending on what quality you want. Sometime I need to product with the super warranty and sometimes I don't. Thanks for offering options.

You have a young kid named Tyler working there. Was stranded on my bike looking for a replacement battery and was having no luck. He helped out and got me rolling. He is an asset to your staff, great service and I couldn't thank him enough..

I received excellent service returning a battery. Both of the associates at the counter were very polite and helpful. The Young Man that came out to the parking lot and installed my new battery was so kind and knowledgable.

I should have walked away before I entered the building. As I approached the door, I wasn't far behind a front desk employee. He had just finished his cigarette. He was tall, thin and maybe 30. He looked my way, opened the door and walked inside. Leaving the door to basically shut in my face. Smooth move guys!

Hours posted are not correct. I was counting on this store to be open so I could grab spark plugs and by the time I got there the place was closed. I showed up 1 hour prior to the store closing and nobody was there. Can't count on this place to show actual operating hours. Looks like ill be going to napa for all of my automotive needs. A 2 star rating is just being nice.

Would be 5 stars a month ago. Told me I had a $20 credit two weeks ago and now they say I don't. Sold me a starter a month ago worked for a week and died returned it and they didn't give me the $40 core charge back

I always go here for anything I need for my car and they are very reasonably priced and the staff is very helpful-they have even put my windshield wipers on for me or my headlights in..the only reason I didnt give them 5 stars was because I went in recently and one of the staff who i never saw there before was rude.But that was the only time I ever had a less than great experience there.

Everytime I've gone to Auto Zone they always are eager to help. I had a mishap there last time I went in, I was buying windshield wiper blades. They fixed the problem right away and did right by me. I really appreciate the dedication to good service and always striving to make the customer happy!!

James helped me diagnose my car on labor day weekend, he then directed me to a great garage (Auto Care Plus) where I recieved great service. They helped save my weekend! I was struggling with a dying car, poor cell service, shops closed on labor day weekend, and activities that day... their guidance was NEEDED.
