Got me in fairly quick so that s good. Overcharged for what I had done and didn t even provide how much hours was worked (They just installed things so I only paid them for working hours) the receipt was completely bunk. Just said the couple things i had them intall and the price next to it nothing else (if they provided the hours it wasnt worth how much I paid at all) . And I went to do a quick brake job and they zapped down every single bolt right down not even close to torque spec just impact away clearly. Quick work but now I see why.

These guys are busy for a reason. Your alternator won't magically die if you need an oil change. Fast, efficient and friendly, its no wonder they have cars there hand-over-fist. Highly recommended!

I was about 2 hours from home when my alternator started to die. Jim was able to find me one and get it installed all in the same day. Easy to work with no hastle, I'd use him again.

Absolutely WONDERFUL!! Needed a STATE INSPECTION;(first time living in a state that needed one). So incredibly pleased with the QUICK, PROFESSIONAL, and FRIENDLY service!!In and out about 30 mins in total (when others quoted an hour)! Called several other shops in the area, Jim was the first one to say they could do it almost right away- and POLITELY too!So GRATEFUL to have this stress squared away so soon , and a car that's ready to roll!Thanks so much guys!! Friendly, fair and work always done in good time. Very happy with all of their work. The guys know what they're doing and are always willing to go above and beyond. And Kendra is just simply amazing! This place has been nothing short of amazing! Just had my jeep worked on and our other car. They are amazing honest straight forward guys. I will for sure be going back in the further for any thing I need done! I honestly can t express how wonderful of an experience we have had with them and how much we truly trust them.

Sunapee auto is doing excellent work and their price cannot be beaten. They have been fixing my Jaguar xj8 as good as the Jaguar dealership at a Fraction of the price. Thank you Noah and Sunapee auto team.

I ve had a lot of work done by them and each time they have done great! I definitely recommend them highly! Great prices and great customer service! I won t be going anywhere else for the life of any of my vehicles!

I've bought hundreds of cars in my lifetime and never have I dealt with such an honest friendly place as synapse Street Autowerks . The owner and his son are friendly very easy to deal with the mechanics are a pleasure to deal with they all make you feel comfortable and they listen to you I bought a 2000 Tahoe just yesterday from them took it for a test drive and told them about a couple things I thought was wrong with it not only did they listen they put it right in the garage and fixed it had me come back and test drive it after to make sure I was satisfied , most important they don't pressure you they make it a very relaxing friendly atmosphere and I'm very happy with my purchase and will recommend anyone to do business there .

Do not do business with Sunappee street auto ~ Never ever ~ I never had such bad work done to my car before - They air gunned all my lugs on my custom rims even the locking lugs. I wanted to talk to the fool at the shop who done the actual work on my car but the owners telling me that guy don't work there at that shop any more ~ The whole time smiling in my face - Very unprofessional - They messed my car up bad. I can't remove any of my tires now thanks to these clowns - Now I have to take my car to the Chrysler dealer ~ a real auto shop that does it right, to have my custom rims torched off. - like wow I gave these crooks over two thousand dollars for the worst work possible ~ Don't trust them. They air gun your lugs on to save time but any smart person knows that the air gun stretches the threads of the bolts making them weak. I can't believe this fool is in business - Don't have them work on your only transportation that you care about. It will never be the same leaving that shop. I use to work for the department of defence - for a long time ~ for our country and I am no fool - I got burned bad from Sunapee street auto ~ You will to... I wish I could put more stars! They are wonderful! I went to Walmart to get my oil changed (if I had known they did oil changes, I would have gone here) and my car was fine, until Wednesday morning. I woke up Wednesday morning and the skid plate was hardly hanging on. Already late for work, I called Sunapee Street Autoworks, praying they would squeeze me in. The younger guy told me to come right down and he got me in IMMEDIATELY. I didn't even wait 2 minutes. Not that that wasn't more than enough already, but he then proceeded to tell me I would not be charged for this. I have had a couple experiences with them since moving here and I have to say I absolutely love them! They will be the ONLY one I go to!
