I had an appointment for just a state inspection but my husband wanted me to add on a bunch of stuff when I arrived. They were kind, prompt, and efficient. My car was done faster than I thought it would be and I was satisfied with the work.

Kevin was amazing with our purchase and made everything easy every step of the way. He went through the setup of the app and making sure it was functioning. He made sure all of my questions were answered and even called to see how I was loving my new truck!

Donna our sales person was great. Matt in finance answered all my questions and we left with all our paperwork complete and a plan to pick up our new 2024 Blazer a few days later. Love the car. Have gotten vehicles and service at this location for a long time under a couple owners but always seamless care and commitment.

Could not be anymore satisfied and pleased with the excellent performance and ease of purchasing my new vehicle from here. The sales team was quick responsive and receptive to my needs no questions asked. Had everything ready for me to go when arriving at the dealer. I drove over two hours to pick up my vehicle strictly based on professionalism and how willing they were to work with my needs painlessly. I scheduled an appointment to get a State Inspection for my Tahoe. I arrived a few minutes early and drove right into the write up bay and was greeted immediately by a representative of the service dept.Everyone I had contact with was courteous and professional. I was on my way in less than 30 minutes.

I found the pickup truck I wanted, searching online, at Key Chevrolet GMC of Newport. After a call and a couple of negotiating texts I purchased my new 2024 GMC Sierra sight unseen. I had also sent in some smart phone photos of my pickup that they took in trade. I have been purchasing pickups for around 50 years and this was the best and easiest one yet even though it was 260 miles round trip to pick it up. Great people and a great deal. Ya got a love it!!

I brought my 2019 Chevrolet Traverse (bought elsewhere) to this dealership after another local mechanic has had me in and out of their shop for 6 weeks for the same problem that allegedly keeps being fixed. Frustrated with the long help times, feeling of being jerked around and lack of real communication, I brought my car to Newport Chevy. Within 30 minutes of my cars appointment they found the crux of the issue and let me know some solid information about the new aftermarket parts the other mechanic installed. I had mt car diagnosed, fixed and back to me within 6 hours. Hoping this will be the end of this nightmare but will keep using their services in the future, and plan to buy our next car here in a year or two when we are ready to upgrade. Thank you to Naomi for being helpful, knowledgeable and communicative through this process!

Went in to trade the wife's rig, 1 year old loaded Tahoe fully paid off, told the sales guy exactly what we wanted. After an hour of sitting around, I got no trade value for my car, I was shown one car that didn't fit the bill, and I was shown a list of available cars that weren't even close to what we wanted that they wanted to convince me to choose from. Sales guy told me he would call me the next day with a trade value and keep me posted as his sales manager looked for what we wanted. Never heard back from anyone except I got a text message from a lady asking why I didn't purchase a vehicle during my stop. Well, because I couldn't get any help. Never had such a lack of help from a dealership when trying to buy a 100K rig, you'd think they'd be jumping through hoops.

I went into Key, on a hope and prayer. My car at the time had broken down and due to age and cost of repairs it was time for a a new one . From the moment, I was reached out too to the moment I enter the dealership. I was met with respect and willingness to help make my situation work . The car buying process was explained in detail thru all-out all steps of the process. What was best for myself and my budget was taken into consideration as well as what was going to work for the bank . My experience was a great one and I will be recommending friends, family and Co workers maybe even strangers in the future to buy from key.

Just bought new truck here. They made it easy and simple. Salesman sat I truck with me and showed me how to use all the new safety features and fun ones too. Have 5 year tire protection. First 6 oil changes and tire rotation for free. 3 year 36 month factory warranty.

I've never been out of a dealership faster, nor been so pleased with a vehicle purchase experience (and I have bought and sold over 30 cars). Worst experience I had buying a used car. Try to get a deal before I got there via phone and on-line. Soon as I get there we went over everything paperwork. Sales person tried to pretend was helping me with my trade in and pay off. Eventually we made the deal and walked out with a used truck that had some cosmetic issues that were not disclosed at the time I was there. Sales person called me after few days just to tell me that my pay off was couple of hundred more so I should go back to them and give some accessories that were worth more than 2 k just to cover the $200 . When I brought up the cosmetic issue that will cost me more to fix them they stop asking for money and stop calling or answering my texts. Conclusions....nice people but everything is about money and customers are not a priority.

After finally visiting the Dealership and looking at the truck , I decided to see what kind of deal I could get. Spoke with Kevin in sales and let Me take a test drive. After returning We went in and talked numbers and was offered more for My Ram pickup than the Ram Dealer in Springfield Vt gave Me. I called the bank and picked up the new truck 2 days later on the day of the worst smowstorm pf the year . I couldnt believe they were open !It was a no hassle /haggle experiance . Open an honest sales Team ! Will definitely go back there for My next vehicle .

Kevin was extremely helpful throughout the whole process of arranging for us to come from out of state to pick up my new Bolt. He had the car and paperwork ready in record time, so everything was all set to go as soon as we arrived at the dealership. After the papers were signed, he spent a considerable amount of time being sure that we understood all of the controls on the Bolt. And even though I was familiar with the controls on a previous model of the Bolt, there were enough changes that I found Kevin's explanation to be very valuable. I especially appreciated learning about the lane keeper feature and the automatic dimming of the headlights. At all times during the purchase process, Kevin was friendly, helpful and professional. He even called to ensure that I made it home safely and offered his help if I should have any further questions about the Bolt. That's the kind of exceptional service that keeps a customer coming back.

My daughter was looking for a new truck Key GMC gave her the best deal by far, but she didn t like the new dash, She bought a 2021 loaded GMC truck she liked from a Toyota dealer, that was fine, after a week or so the truck would shut off while driving on the highway, and not start on occasion. Two other GMC dealers tried to fix it, with no results. We took it to Key GMC of Newport NH. Josh the service Manager and team worked with GMC engineers to solve the issue . It took several weeks, Josh got GMC to add 3 more years to the warranty. I and my family are thankful for Key GMC and Josh and team.
