Mike is a very nice and honest mechanic. He worked hard to get my needs met and also made the whole experience similar to bringing my car to a buddy to have it worked on.

Went in to get an alignment for my car. I m fairly new to the area and my boyfriend recommended I went to C&R services center. I am so impressed with the service. I was in and out in an hour (the service itself took 45 minutes). I HIGHLY recommend this father and son duo. Very professional.

We live between Westbrook, Conn. and Newbury, NH. We bring our cars only to C&R in Newport, NH. By far the most reliable and honest repair shop I ve dealt with in over 50 years of driving.

I had an appointment first thing in the morning for a second opinion on suggested work from the dealership. They were honest with me and showed me it wasn't necessary. Saved me a great deal of money. I will be bringing my vehicle here for future services.

Took my Mazda there for an inspection and oil change. The work was quick, service was friendly, and certainly a great price!! Definitely will be coming here for any car needs, and would definitely recommend to friends/family!

I bought expensive tires. Got a flat 11 days later, had to make appt for it to get fixed. I was not charged for the fix. Got another flat a few months later had to wait a week to have it fixed. Really, an appointment after paying high price for the tires!!! I think not!! I will not return there ever again!!

Not surprised to see so many 5 star reviews. Finding good Auto service is one of the most difficult things in life. CR auto takes the stress out of this reality. Great people, quality repairs, honest service.

On a Monday late in the afternoon.. I received a call from my son that the front wheel of our car had become dangerously loose. He was on the interstate and we had to call a tow truck. The car was over an hour from our house and needed to be immediately adddressed mechanically. The tow truck arrived and after a short discussion I asked who he would recommend in the area to fix the car. C&R was his immediate response. The car was towed and going out of their way.. Mike from C&R had the car ready for pickup on Thursday mid day. While anyone could have fluffed up the repair bill... taking advantage of someone in distress... C&R was forthright and did the work along with an alligment... all for about $200. I cannot say enough about the satisfaction I experienced in working with C&R... and I would HIGHLY recommend them and their service. They are a credit to the business community.
