This company did not have the proper tool to remove the hubs on my tires. They made me turn back to drive home to search for the tool which they claim apparently dealerships give a specific tool for hubcaps when purchasing a vehicle. I looked and looked everywhere in my garage, around my home, inside the vehicle but unfortunately NO such tool was found. Given they are a "tire" company, one would think they have the right tools to remove hubs. Well, they said they would able to remove them after I spent half day going through a fiasco so I drove all the way back to Stratham tire and spent HOURS waiting for them to just change tires but only to discover they kept my hubs because according to them I do not have any use for them anymore, they had to wreck them in order to get my original tires removed. Those hubs cost me extra due to special cool looking colors when I bought the vehicle at Toyota but Stratham kept them.

Had a great experience at this location. I bought new tires for my car since I do a lot of driving. James was very patient with helping me pick the right tire for my driving style. When I went in, I asked them if they did oil changes and if there was time, if they could do it for me. James said they will do their best to do the oil change. This was a very busy day and said I d come back for the oil change. James and Dylan did the change anyways and it was so appreciated.From ordering and picking my new tires with the James to installation of my new tires with Dylan. These two gentleman went above and beyond to help me. I will definitely be coming back with my family s cars in the future.

The guys at Stratham Tire Newfields do great work at an honest price. I've come here on a number of occasions, most recently for a leaky tire, and they fixed the problem in short order for a very reasonable amount. I'd be happy to come back.

Money-hungry crooks! To think we thought our loyalty over the years actually mean't something.Vehicle failed for a wobbly bumper and an oil leak at the cam seals. I replaced them, but at the re-inspection they accused me of never replacing the cam seals (which I DID REPLACE) to pass inspection. They then found an entirely new issue with the vehicle at the re-inspection. Even if it's not illegal to come up with a whole new reason for failure at the re-inspection (pretty sure it is), that's pretty rotten.After several years of taking multiple vehicles here for service and inspections, this most recent trip will be my last.

This place is absolutely amazing I needed 4 new tires was Quoted at 650! I went to stratum tire They mounted balanced 4 new tires 450 out the door! After opening early for me so that I could get to work on time! Amazing people amazing service couldn't be more happy! Highly recommended they've been there for me in the past and we'll be in the future!!

I Love Mike and his team! I recently moved to town, and stumbled on Mike the first time when I needed to get my car registered. I thought Mike's personality was very likeable. I have since brought my car in for service and Mike and his team have caught some really important things. Mike tries very hard to show you what's happening in your car and educate you. He's excellent at explaining why work should be done. His fees are reasonable, and his team is through and conscientious. I trust his honesty. I cannot say enough good things about this mechanic. If you are looking for a trustworthy, thorough mechanic - this is your place. A great local business.

On my way home from getting an oil change from another business my car started making a horrible noise. I stopped into Stratham Tire and asked them to look at it. Even though they were busy and I had no appointment they took a look at my car. They caught a mistake that would have seriously damaged my vehicle, as well as another lesser problem that would have eventually caused a flat tire.I can't thank them enough. They fixed the mistake and had me on my way in no time, even though they were under no obligation to do so so quickly. They even contacted the first place I had been to and told them about the issue, ensuring I had no problems getting a refund.They were kind, helpful, and quick. Unbeknownst to them I'd been having a pretty awful day, and their empathy and kindness helped turn it around. If I could give them ten stars I would. I highly recommend this business and location, and will be returning in the future.

Very happy with Stratham Tire! I needed tires and called five other local shops before settling on Stratham Tire. They gave me their lowest price right off the bat - no putting me on hold to talk to the "manager" for a better deal. They got me in the same day I called and had my new tires mounted, balanced, and installed, plus a free alignment, in just over an hour. I was able to get some work done while I waited in the comfortable waiting room, using their wireless. Great service!

Since my father retired from working for a trucking company, he asked the garage mechanics at his former job to suggest a good all around place to get state inspections and other miscellaneous car maintenance done (he felt it was inappropriate to take advantage of his work ties to continue to use them to get repairs done and state inspections). This Stratham Tire has always been our go to guys since then. They are very knowledgeable and friendly and always want to make your experience as painless as possible (both to your wellbeing and your wallet).

I was in dire need of tires fast. Thanks to the incredible staff at Stratham Tire in Newfields. Van hooked me up and I was good to go by the next day. Service was impeccable and extremely courteous. I will make sure all my service is done here going forward. Highly recommended. A+++

Thought I had a slow leak in my tire and took it into their shop today; despite me showing up unannounced, Rick and his team said they'd put some air in the tire. Turns out I had a screw in the tire, so they squeezed me in and patched it up in a quick 30 minutes. Super snowy day today out and everywhere else is pretty much closed and I would have been in a serious bind had they not have helped me out. Thanks again!

They got me in last minute for an emergency tow and was able to work around their schedule to get the work done quick and at a reasonable price. Really impressed with these guys. Mike was really helpful!

Mike and his team are probably the most knowledgeable and honest group of mechanics I ve ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Nothing but professionalism at this shop! Highly recommend for anyone looking for an honest and skillful mechanic.

I got a flat tire traveling from Pa.to NH.Mike from Stratham Tire was able to get my car in quickly .He arranged to get a tire delivered from their other store for me.He was friendly, helpful and made the whole experience easy for me .Their prices were reasonable. I highly recommend them.

I sent my Explorer in for a left rear wheel bearing. The price was good and it was done in a day. But that is where it ended. I was told to bring it back in @ around 50 miles to re-torque the wheels. Well @ 40 miles I almost lost my wheel. The lug nuts were NOT even finger tight, a couple fell off in our hands. All I got from them was, "Well i don't know how that happened, we use a torque wrench on all tire work. " I'm just glad we were not on our way to Maine and on the turnpike doing 65-70.

I was looking to have two front tires put in my car and was told they had an opening the following day. I told them I already have the tires and didn't need to buy new ones. They then changed the appointment and said they couldn't see me until "late next week". I understand they want to sell tires but that's rediculous.

Saved me hundreds of dollars by recommending Uniroyal Tiger Paw that cost lest and performed better than the Michelin's they replaced. Also told me I didn't need a wheel alignment. Honest and great service.

These guys just saved my day. I broke my valve stem due to corroded metal valve cap. Showed up just before closing with tape on the stem, James and Larry took the time to help me out so I wouldn't have to miss work the next day. Extremely greatful these guys took the time out of their day to help me out.

I never ever write reviews for anything but today I went into the Newfields location because I literally could not make it up the hill to my apartment. Van helped me when I walked in. Helped me with no problem and they took me right in. Can t remember the last time I felt so frustrated and ended up so happy. I got home and up that hill with no problem. Thanks again guys! We will be back.

Great service and they are always able to squeeze me in which is great considering I never have time for car service. I trust all 3 of my vehicles to these guys and have been very happy they opened up in the last couple of years.

Newfields location is great.. we go with 3 vehicles for inspections, tires, wipers whatever we need.. They fit us in and get the job done.. Good group of people.. Mike is the manager and quite helpful..

Great experience. My first time there and I was treated courteously and respectfully. I was also in and out in under 1/2 hour with a fixed tire. Very pleased.

They were able to get the car and for an oil change same day we called. Good job and done when promised.
