Tom ( Sales ) and Nick ( Finance ) are hands down terrific people to work with! My experience was beyond exceptional! Professional and both have a great sense of humor! Definitely would recommend these two when shopping for your car! HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!!UPDATE.I had to come update my review, as the sales person was still great, the whole service team who works for this place isn t the greatest. I had boxes on my certificate of title that were incomplete. Sitting at city hall waiting for someone from the department to get my information. With a possible if we don t have it today we will tomorrow a huge inconvenience as I took the morning off of work to make this appointment. I ve been sitting here waiting for a call for almost an hour

I recently purchased a vehicle from Tulley Mazda in Nashua. It was a 5-star experience thanks to my sales manager, Kai. Kai was very friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable about cars. Kai facilitated the negotiation process to help me achieve a final purchase price close to my budget and made the whole car purchase experience painless. He kept me informed about the status of the paperwork and the delivery date of the vehicle. He was genuinely concerned with providing the best service possible. I highly recommend asking for Kai to anyone looking for a Mazda at Tulley Nashua.

Once again Bravo to Johnny K, Toby and the rest of the folks at Tulley Mazda in Nashua. So happy with my new CX-5. Hands down the best dealership I have ever dealt with and that's going back a few decades. There is no nonsense with these guys. I have bought or leased 5 vehicles from them going back to the Tulley Volkswagen days. Yes, I switched to Mazda because they did. And my son and daughter in law are both driving Tulley Mazda's. There is nobody I would rather buy a car from than Johnny K.

My sales consultant Carlos and his finance manager Ezequiel at Tulley Mazda, were extremely helpful. They both stayed late, on a Sunday, to help me and my girlfriend buy a 2017 Land Rover, got us through the finance process, answered all of our questions and even called back the next day to let us know they got us a better rate once the banks opened. That's the kind of service I appreciate having been in the financial industry for over 20 years. They were friendly, personable, and made sure that my girlfriend has the car of her dreams. Now she and her two daughters have a beautiful car they have always dreamed about, and this is literally changing their lives. So, thank you to Carlos, Ezequiel, and the team at Tulley for such a wonderful gift on St. Patrick's Day!

Initially eyeing just a Mazda Miata without any trade-ins, Bobby s innovative ideas managed to get both me and my roommate, Matt, behind the wheels of not only the Miata but also a Honda Civic.Matt, a first-time buyer, and I were pleasantly surprised by the sincere, honest, and open approach of both Bobby and his manager, Zeek. Despite my less-than-ideal credit situation, they went above and beyond, offering us fantastic deals on both cars, including an unexpectedly great trade-in value.This visit stands out as probably the best car dealership experience I've encountered, and I've purchased more than five cars in the past. Salesman, Chad and Nick in finance were both wonderful. Bought my daughter her first car and she loves it. I had found the car online and made the arrangements to come in for the test drive. The entire process was very smooth and easy. Chad was great when I asked if there was any way it could be delivered to us the following day because my daughter was so excited for her car and he came through. Would purchase from them again. Overall great experience! Chad from sales was fantastic to work with. He was efficient and knowledgeable, with no painful, long drawn out negotiations. We were in and out with purchasing a CX-5 in under 3 hours. Great inventory selection and very competitive prices. Overall would recommend car shopping with the Tully group. I bought a 2024 Mazda CX-5 this past weekend from Tulley Mazda. I am super happy with the car and got a fair amount for my trade-in. My first time purchasing a car from Tulley and I don t think I will ever buy a car anywhere else again. This was honestly the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership. I was recently at Tulley Mazda to help my brother purchase a new car. The interior of the dealership is very nice and a really clean appearance. They had a lot of options to choose from and good prices. We found a Mazda 3 that was used but in great shape. The finance process was quick and easy. All together a great experience.

Recently purchased a certified pre-owned vehicle with the help of Bobby. He made sure to find me a vehicle with all my must haves and within my tougher budget. Bobby was very personable and helpful and made this first time vehicle buyer comfortable. I haven t purchased a new car since 1998.Boy have things changed.Walking into a dealership was very intimidating for me.Much to my surprise, I was comfortable in the Tulley DealershipMy salesman Derek Horgan made the entire experience wonderful & exciting. He is a real professional & super patient with someone like myself who is not tech savvy.I will refer anyone I know looking for a new car.When it came down to the Finance Department that is where Nick Luggelle came through with all the warranty coverage at a reasonable rate for. me. I bought a brand-new CX-5 at Tulley last week after either shopping at or corresponding with all the dealerships in a 90-minute driving radius of my home in greater Boston. Tulley had the best price (by far) and I worked with Bobby Cronin who was exceptionally responsive and helpful. Definitely recommend this dealership!

I don't buy a ton of vehicles but I have purchased a few and as often stressful as that experience can be, I have to say dealing with Tulley did not feel that way. My only minor complaint was how strong they tried to push the extended warranty. I think I had to say no three times. But I get it's often a commission item :)This is my second purchase from a Tulley dealership and both were relatively painless, stress-free experiences with fair pricing on both sides (vehicle price and trade-in value). Bobby C was a straight-shooter to deal with on the sales floor too - highly recommend asking for him.

"Disappointing Experience: Lack of Respect from Manager":My first visit to Tulley Mazda was average, with Salesperson Tom doing his best. However, negotiations on price were unsuccessful, mainly due to his manager's disrespectful attitude towards customers, leading us to leave."False Promise and Poor Communication":Received a promising quote via text, but upon revisiting the dealership, they couldn't honor it due to a mix-up. Despite agreeing to proceed, they insisted on the original, higher price. Disappointed by the lack of transparency and unwillingness to accommodate, we left empty-handed, opting to purchase elsewhere

My experience at the Mazda dealership, where I found my dream car, the CX-90, was a mix of highs and lows. Tyler, who assisted me in the initial stages, was very friendly, but I wish there had been more in-depth knowledge regarding the car's features. Additionally, there was room for improvement in communication regarding the final prices during the sales process.However, I must commend the manager, Robert, who stepped in and made a significant difference. Robert was exceptionally informative and went above and beyond to help me secure the car I wanted. His assistance was invaluable, and he made sure I was well-informed throughout the process. Even when I had to return to resolve some paperwork issues, Robert handled everything without hesitation, leaving me completely satisfied with my purchase. Thanks to Robert's dedication and expertise, I'm now a proud owner of a Mazda CX-90 and couldn't be happier with my choice.

Went to this dealership after a terrible experience at another Mazda dealership. Chad was amazing to work with, very laid-back, no nonsense, no high pressure sales. No one made me talk to a manager to get a good price. Everything was Top Notch, would definitely recommend this dealership and Chad to anyone looking for a mazda.

She was very professional, helpful, and kind.She always called me by my preferred name, as well as treating me with respect and kindness. I had great experience at the Tulley Mazda in Nashua, NH. One thing I ve noticed about car dealerships is that there are several sellers running up to you to get a sale going. Not here. Brian Martino approached me and was able to help me with exactly what I was looking for. It was an easy process and I didn t feel pressured into having to buy something I didn t want.Another thing I really appreciated about this place is that they have someone come out and show you everything on the inside and outside of the car. It was also very nice that they set up the Bluetooth for you and show you how to download the app to navigate things.I would definitely recommend Tulley Mazda! Not only for such great service, but for having safe and reliable cars.

Service at Tulley Mazda - Buy ElsewhereI strongly recommend the Tulley Mazda service team.I firmly advise against the Tulley Mazda sales department.I highly recommend the Mazda service team! Marc, Alex, and the rest of the service team are extremely customer centric. They re prompt, friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. They make you feel valued and always take all your concerns into consideration. They always work with you, regardless of the problem or concern. I appreciate the entire service team.From my experience with the sales team and sales manager, however, it is the complete opposite. Their inability to perform basic communication left me feeling the entire interaction was disingenuous. While I understand it is a business, it was more about the poor customer experience and insincere communication/interactions from the sales team/manager, leaving me feeling unwelcome and unvalued. It left me feeling I was just another transaction, rather than building a relationship. This was surprising to me, since the service department always makes you feel like you re part of the team.While I advise finding a different sales department to purchase a car from based on my experience, I do highly recommend the service department if you ever need work done on your car!
