Outstanding service and experience. Declan Wold and Meaghan Curran were so good at communication with the insurance companies and customers to move the repair forward. They went above and beyond in their effort and always kept me updated about the progress. The actual repair work was done quickly with top quality. 100% recommend Tulley Collision Center and Tulley group as a whole. Fantastic team.

Fantastic service and great communication. Work was exemplary. As a BMW shop you pay a premium for that work, but for me was well worth it. Meaghan also worked incredibly well with my insurance company to make sure supplements and paperwork was done well and done quickly. I'll only go here from now on!

After someone hit my new car that I purchased from Tulley, the collision center fixed it up beautifully. Communication is key & I am happy to say someone from the collision center updated me weekly. The body work came out great. A very detailed repair was done. I thought it took a little long but I was continually updated with progress and was even sent some pictures as the repair moved along. Service from the office was excellent. I hope I never need them again but if I need autobody repair then I will return.

Great repair and outstanding service. These days, the wait for parts and paperwork can add time to repairs, but Meaghan Curran was very diligent at keeping me updated regularly and always helped to move the process forward. Excellent customer service.

Simply amazing experience. Holly handle the claim from the beginig till the end with ease. The body shop and paint shop made my truck look like nothing ever happened. I had a ding that took off the paint right above my driver side door handle and a gouge on the passenger side in between the windows on the passenger door pillar. The only one thing I wish happened was a day to day progress report on my vehicle. Holly mentioned that the messaging system was acting up that week.

I'll admit I was a bit nervous selecting who should work on my vehicle, I am very happy I chose Tulley! The entire process was very smooth. Communication was friendly and accurate. I had a great experience with Tulley. I selected them through my insurance and within less than 24 hours I got a call from them to set my appointment up to to inspect my damage. Once I got there the car was inspected quickly and I got a written estimate within a few minutes. I was also told how long it would take to fix my car. The estimate was sent directly to my insurance company who approved and paid Tulley directly. Tulley even called Hertz and arranged for a rental car to be there when I dropped my car off. I was told my car would take 3 days to fix but they finished it earlier than expected. When I got my car it looked fantastic. Without any extra charge they fully detailed my car inside and out. I totally was not expecting that. Customer Service was excellent throughout my claim process. It is reassuring to know that if I have to use their services again they will do a fantastic job.

This is a first rate shop, and believe me I have experienced a number of body shops over the years due to various unfortunate events, like for example when part of a tree fell on my car in 2016, or 2018 when my brother only put salt/sand on the part of the driveway where he parks...First of all Tulley Collision is frickin huge, and looks like a science lab. Super well-staffed, modern, and clearly well-maintained. Most importantly, they did a fantastic job replacing a door and matching the metallic paint on a nearly brand new BMW of mine that someone who shall not be mentioned backed into in my driveway with a pickup truck. And they did it quickly, like within a week.Almost equally important, they were excellent from a customer service standpoint. Rick the manager is an easygoing, knowledgeable guy who hears you out and helps make a plan. I talked with him a few times on the phone over the course of the repair. When i had a few things I wanted the shop to re-visit (like i m obsessive and noticed the door alignment could be tweaked by another 1 mm), he was like bring it right back in and we ll take care of it. The guys working there - including, if my memory serves me - Mike and Neil - were also friendly, communicative, and did what i consider a stellar job getting a damaged car as close as possible to factory condition. I should give a shout out to the front desk staff as well. They were consistently polite, and on top of things. Hopefully I won t need to have any more work done in the near future (unlikely however, if history is any indication). If I do, I will definitely trust Tulley. Highly recommended.

Dropped my car off (2nd car I bought off them) for insurance repairs. I got the car back with accent color's painted the wrong color!Manger said "he was fine with how it was and if I wasn't happy I could leave and do something about it!"So after I got off the phone with insurance and financial institutions and waiting on a call from the body shop that will fix what they are fine with. I write this review to hopefully save someone from this unprofessional and over-priced place that see you as a number and not a customer!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I needed some body work done on my old BMW following a collision. They did an excellent job and were patient with me with all the questions I had. The service was done incredibly well, and my car looks like NEW again. It looks and drives far better than a 12 year old car should! I picked up my car after dark, and even under the lights in the parking log, I couldn't help but smile when I saw how great the work came out. Washed, buffed and detailed.. I first came here in 2013 after a bad accident, and having a terrible experience at the first place my insurance sent me too. Tully was amazing then and continues to live up to that standard. My most recent claim was in 2019. From start to finish, they are helpful, expedient, courteous and forthcoming. it is easy to schedule for the appraisal and they work hard to make you comfortable during your wait. They do impeccable work. Everything looks brand new when it is done. Holly in particular is wonderful! they will email and text you pictures throughout the process as well.

I brought my 1992 Mazda Miata in for reconditioning. While the car had been garaged every winter the paint and body showed the wear of 28 years of use. After extensive body work to remove the dings and dents, the car was fully repainted, new windshield installed, carpeting pulled out and cleaned, multiple trim pieces replaced, and new radio put in. Throughout the process, the manager Rick kept me up to date with the progress of the car though emails, phone calls, and pictures of the car at various stages of the process. I now feel like I have a brand new car again! In short, I am extremely pleased with both the process and outcome of the reconditioning. My experience with Tulley Collision Center was unbelievably terrific. Not only was everyone so nice and pleasant to deal with (namely Dano and Olivia), but the level of professionalism took me by surprise. What amazed me the most was getting daily updates, together with pictures, of the progress of the body work being done to my car. They really did treat me like I was their only customer, and I certainly know that wasn't the case because I had to wait a month to even get my car in to be fixed.

Had a bad experience just trying to get an estimate on my vehicle. I was up front, just get the estimate for the insurance company and the schedule the work. Didnt matter the price as i jad insurance. Took almost a week just to get the estimate emailed to me. Called and they woudnt even go over the work they emailed. With running a business I don't have much time to waste to chase another business.I have bought 2 vehicles here. However, i will go else where foe repair work. I Wouldnt recommend them at all just based on this experience.

Holly Roderick was awesome! She was so very helpful throughout the process and kept me updated daily. Mike, the mechanic, was awesome too. When I first arrived and did not know where to go, he drove my car into the garage himself and was very kind when he reviewed the damage. My car was returned to me spotless. I highly recommend Tully!

This dealership is awesome! Went there after my mazda was rear-ended. Cliff from the body shop is an unsung hero - he did SO much behind the scenes work with the insurance company to pull everything together so I could get an OEM bumper, not an aftermarket, at a fair price (insurance wouldn t cover all of it). Bumper and staging looks great. They also worked seamlessly with Enterprise so you can get your car rental right at the dealership. They made the whole experience as least stressful as possible. Highly recommend! Will definitely be going back there for any future car repairs!

I crashed my brand new car and chose Tulley Collision Center to get it repaired at. They did a fantastic job, communicated in a very timely manner, and provided updates along the way. They re great and I highly recommend them, I just hope I won t be seeing them again anytime soon :)

No, I will not waste my time with these clowns again. Luckily it took only one visit and few e-mails to figure them out.I came in with insurance estimate and asked them to repair car I am leasing from Tulley. Even before taking look at the car man started negotiating parts and labor with me, not insurance!The other shop that comes highly recommended took the car, took estimate promised to install genuine BMW parts, got car back to me in four days looking like it just came from showroom.Happy I found them.

I was so sad when my beautiful BMW 135i got rear ended. After going through my insurance company, I had told them I wanted my car repaired at Tulley Collision Center because of the great service that I had recieved in the past. I dropped my car off the next day where I was pleasantly greated by Kayla. She gave me a great feeling that my car and myself were in great hands. She set me up with enterprise and I was on my way back in business within minutes. As my car progressed at the shop, Tulley began to send pictures of the work that was being performed. I thought this was a great feauture seeing I was already having seperation anxiety at this point. Kayla had contacted me the following friday to inform me that my car was ready at my convienence and that it looked great. When I arrived at Tulley and saw how great my car looked I knew immidately that I had made a great choice by letting TCC handle my car. As I was crusing away from Tulley, I thought to myself I definately dont want to get rear ended again but if it does happen, I look forward to do businness with Tulley again. Kayla and her team really made this terrible situation into a great experience. Thanks!

This BMW collision center is absolutely awful at communicating with their customers. No communication whatsoever and the car is overdue by almost a month. AVOID at all costs. These guys are a joke. If they tell you your car will take 10 days to fix add on another 2-3 weeks. They tell lies to your insurance company to make themselves look good and take no accountability for delays caused by their own lack of time management, parts ordering etc... They will blame you (the paying customer) for everything. Rick the body shop manager is the most arrogant and classless person I've ever spoken to. Zero customer service skills and won't admit fault when there is clear evidence against him. Bottom line, go find a body shop that treats their customers with respect and dignity.; DON'T go to Tulley.

Brought my 2019 Black Ram Rebel in for some damage from a shopping cart on a Monday. Got it back on a Thursday, freshly cleaned and you would never know that there was a 4 inch crease in the door which was scratched down to the paint. Pictures a long the way, and great staff as well.

Got a small scratch on my BMW and thought I would go through the dealership to fix it. I was told it would cost $125 just for them to tell me how much it would cost to fix it. Total rip off.
