Everything was excellent except the front desk. The representative was able to walk me through all the needs of the vehicle and regularly updated me and made me completely clear on the service done on the vehicle. Unfortunately I had to wait in the front desk unnecessarily to collect my vehicle because they heard my name wrong though I said first and last name and not bother to check with me again guiding me to chase the employees. I respect everyone s time but this was not a pleasant front desk experience for me with my 4 years with Tulley.

Treated my Senior Mom terribly, what has changed are this dealership since her last purchase there? First off I'm in the car business of high end vehicles for over 5 years I was in touch with her the entire time. They advertise CPO vehicles get 500 off and 3 months no payments, as well as CPO rates etc she knew what she wanted and it couldn't have been easier for them but Chris tried to tell my Mom who is out of state which they know that the price was only a weekend special which needs to be disclosed but was not so obviously they had to cave also they knowing she is a senior who just had eye surgery was trusting in knowing they have documented conversation knowing the deal right down to the deferred 3 months payments but had her sign a waiver form, incredibly non treatment transparent, dishonest and lack of professional and honestly. The certified pre owned manager said sorry we can't fix it now again she has all written communication so this will go to the BBB as well as new Hampshire motor vehicles. Also if course she got no copies shame on you this is not what we do in this business if you want to last and keep repeat customers because my Mom will not be back for her next luxury car to this dealer unless they find a way to make it right... So disappointed

Advisor Tyler has been amazing since day 1. I have had multiple issues with my vehicle and he has been extremely helpful, communicative and friendly. Tyler is always willing to stay late, come early to fit within my scheduling needs. When most people dread going to service, I enjoy comig in, being greeted with a smile and knowing I will be taken care of like family!
