Just left with this 2024 M2. Great experience with Ben in sales, he was an excellent help with putting the deal together. Angel was A+ with teaching me all the new Technology. Thanks again to the Tulley family for another great BMW. It was time for an Upgrade.

One of the best experiences of buying a vehicle I ve ever had. I have purchased used RAM 1500 From them. It was Internet sale. The team was very accommodating. They provided all the information even the video of the vehicle. I flew in to pick up the truck. The truck was ready by the time I arrived at 8:30 in the morning. Paperwork was prepared and it took maybe 15 minutes. They did offer me additional Insurance options but with no sales pressure at all. They did not have any last minute charges a price was fair. If you ve ever been to a used car lot, usually you expect some form of shenanigans. But here it was clean, straightforward and quick. Five. Stars to everyone.

Buying a car isn t a pleasant process for me but the salesperson at Tulley, Bobby Cronin, was so great to work with. He was straightforward, sincere and helped me negotiate the best price. Even after my purchase was complete he made sure I had everything I needed. The rest of the team at Tulley were polite and professional. Thank you Bobby and the Tulley team, I love my new truck!

I will never go here at all for any reason . All you are is a number to them. Me and my wife spent five hours at the dealership with a salesman that did not look like he wanted to be there. Just to apply for the loan I had to give 10 documents to them to get approved. Once we got approved we still had to do a conference call with the bank and our cell phone carrier to prove that that was my number. I said I m done with this. I said the hell with you all. I went to a competitor of Tully and got a better deal, a better vehicle, a lower price and I only had to show two documents for proof and I got approved within 24 hours from test driving the vehicle.What really rubbed me the wrong way was when I asked Thomas for my deposit back that I had put on the vehicle, it s almost like they didn t want to give it back to me. I had to chase him and Justin the finance manager down for two days until I finally got a check made out to me for the deposit. Thomas salesman gave it to me. He gave me this to say thanks for nothing to me. It looks like he was pissed that he lost out on the sale and he was not too pleased he had togive my deposit back to me. This is the second time I ve gone to Tully. I ve gotten a bad vibe. I will never do business with Tully ever again.

I went to a few dealerships and it didn't quite feel right, so I kept searching, I came across this place skeptical at first due to this being the first time I've ever bought a vehicle at a dealership, when I walked in, there was positive energy and vibes and a bunch of salesman waiting to help you, I quickly got helped by a salesman called Michael torigian who's business card I have posted in the photo who was nothing but respectful, charismatic, and professional and helpful to listen to and questions I hade and did everything possible to meet my commands which in the end he and another gentlemen help make happen, before I left I met with the sales manager mark Pike who was nothing but professional, courteous, and humble and did everything in his power to make it a smooth transition getting this jeep, they really do treat you like family and they are very good at what they do to make sure you happy with a new vehicle. I highly recommend if you are looking for you're next vehicle these guys will go above and beyond to make sure it happens. Thank you so much again for helping me to make this happen!

I am often leery when it comes to buying a car from a dealership due to my past experience with many dealerships with aggressive sales practices.I went to Tulley as I saw a car that is listed that very much interested me due to its being in good shape and having a competitive price tag. I decided to move forward with the car. The staff were very helpful and professional. They scheduled an appointment for me and confirmed via email before my appointment which I appreciate as I drove over 60 miles to get to the dealership. I loved the car, their professionalism.

Tulley is simply the best in NH, and probably New England. We worked with Thomas Saliba who was incredibly patient, helpful, and friendly. They also have some of the best prices in the area. We re so happy with our new Mazda!

Tulley had a used car from a manufacturer that they do not typically sell. There were minor discrepancies regarding the trim level of the car between what was listed on their website and what what actually on the lot. Abby from the sales team was extremely helpful in working out a deal that addressed those minor differences. Overall the dealership was very fair to work with for a used car from a make that they typically do not sell. If 4.5 was a option for a review, I would have rated it that way.

I wanted to test drive a truck im looking at buying which is a at4 or high country colorado/canyon he asked me if im gonna buy it today i said probaly not today i dont know how it drives idk if it will be what i want. I need time for a decision after the test drive. He said i cant test drive it after waiting 30min to get a Manger i was pissed just cause i wasn't buying it today i cant test drive it. He said if ur not buying it today test driving aint gonna do anything cause when u are ready the next one will drive different which made no senses. Bad business to let a customer walk out and not let them test drive a vehicle. Forcing customers to buy it thats how u push customer's away that wont come back. Plus all the times i brought my terrain in for serivce there to its not like i havent done business with them i probably wont be back to buy a vehicle. Btw this was from a Manager very rude.

Unfortunately, we drove a ways to be completely ignored. Sales staff were chilling together by the entrance. We spent a good half hour looking specifically at Mazdas (couldn t be closer to sales office).I hope it wasn t a factor, so I can t assume. Clothing attire is not always indicative of bank account. Wanted a car yesterday

I had a great experience here...Reid was a very good sales person. Transparent, professional and knowledgeable about the vehicles...also, John the "finance" guy was also very professional. As we were purchasing rather than leasing the vehicle, he walked us through all the maintenance and warranty options available to us and the pros and cons of each. When the need arises, I will return to Tulley!!

To whomever replied to my review. I said the staff sucks because I have reached out to the general mgr, the sales mgr, the business mgr. You think anyone of them called or emailed back? That is reprehensible treatment of a customer. I initially reached out 12/4. Almost a month ago. I have been treated poorly and the only resolution you offered me was to trade in. So I lose the money I put down and value and I have it less than 30 daysDoes that sound reasonable to you? If i wasnt a woman doing this alone my treatment I am sure would be entirely different. This has been not only the biggest mistake to do business with Tulley but the single worst car buying experience of my life.

I had a good sales experience here. Amanda was a great salesperson as she listened to what I wanted and didn't waste my time trying to sell me something different. The rest of the staff worked to get me a good finance rate and worked in a good deal on my extended service plan. I paid a fair price for my new to me BMW. I would recommend Tulley and would return in the future.

This review is in reference to Tulley BMW, Manchester, NH. They have two locations, Nashua, and Manchester. Made a deposit on a car, a few days later came back with the intention of using my trade-in as part of the transaction. On the way to the dealer, someone rear ended me. That is my trade-in that got rear-ended! The people at Tulley worked with me by having the necessary repair work on my trade-in be completed in house, at their body shop at the Nashua location, and when repairs are finished, assuming not totaled, they will cut me a check for the car. Also, on top of that, my car insurance network went down for 5 days during that period. So was a convoluted path to a Certified Pre-owned BMW. Bottom line, the people at Tulley will work with you and do whatever it takes to make sure you are happy with your purchase. And of special note, their pricing overall seems better then Herb Chambers. So in my book, Tulley is the top BMW dealer in New England. Highly recommend them when purchasing a new or certified pre-owned BMW.

Bought a new car, and warrantys after reviewing the details decided to cancel the warrantys, they said we could and the money would be applied to gm loan ,said it would be 2-3 weeks after calling to confirm if ethos had refunded the money they had, all but service plan they said that was a dealer refund and i would have to talk to them still waiting for my $1267.00 Tully was fast to get their money but not anxious to refund if not for my salesman peter no one else would return call customer service is horrible be wear!

We ve been Tulley BMW customers for a long time and always had an outstanding experience. It s been a while since I posted a review for them, but I feel they truly deserve a shout out for their continued support.This time was a bit different for us since we were trading in one of our BMWs for a GMC truck and upgrading a lease on another BMW. The lease upgrade was as smooth as ever. Jim found me a car that suited my needs, Val worked his magic to accommodate my financial requests, and Reid finalized the purchase. They are the BEST!We ve never worked with Tulley GMC team before, but they were just as good! Cam, you are doing an awesome job! Keep it up! Jordan, I think you will be a GREAT salesman. Worked with Warren, rep and Bob M, sales manager, both were great to deal with. This is the second BMW we purchased from Tulley in the past 15 mos. Both times Bob made the experience very enjoyable and low stress. We got very good deals both times and would highly recommend Bob, Warren and Tulley Automotive if you are buying a BMW.

I will be calling the manager about what happened with my car. I came on today and found my review was deleted. You can't figure out a noise coming from my front end, can't figure out my AC/heating, and then leaving my oil cap loose. You will be hearing from me. What has the world come to that people can't even man up to something, they just delete it and make it go away like nothing happened.

Not pushy, and no marketing speak! I bought a Miata from these folks and received an significant discount. I am a judgy, impatient person who enjoys whining about things, and I'm struggling to come up with anything. I felt like I was driving them, and not the other way around. They answered all of my questions, communicated regularly throughout the paperwork process and made sure I felt comfortable, and entertained even.
