Dropped my car off at 4:00 AM before work for a 7:15 appointment. Called back at 1:00pm to check if it was done and they asked to give me a call back. Never got a call back awesome. So, I show up and ask if my truck is done. The service guy told me they just pulled it in it should be about 30-45 minutes. Mind you I just saw my truck sitting in the parking lot 30 seconds ago. I have Toyota care and only used one of my free oil changes but I will never be returning here. They do not care about you, your time or your vehicle at all. I thought it was nice to have free oil changes but they can t even get that right. Avoid this place.

Great service had a lot done and they got it done in a reasonable amount of time and not to mention they have a top notch food caf� upstairs .

Went in for oil change with coupon for $19.95... ended up with a $386.00 bill for fuel injection work added to it "because it was time". Never received a senior discount since I am over71 years old. 2nd time they've done this.

I visited the Toyota parts department. I needed new windshield wipers for our 2003 RAV4. They knew exactly what I needed and were able to get them quickly and at a reasonable price. Couldn't have been better. Great folks!

Very knowledgeable and has a well thought out waiting area with complimentary coffee or tea, a full cafe & grill, as well as charging kiosks near comfortable chairs (that require cords.)

Excellent service! I made appointment and in and out with a basic oil change! Great cafe on 2nd floor! Love their service department! Steven Gulezian is great!!

I will confess this review is not about the actual vehicle service at Nashua Toyota, as I haven't finished that experience yet. Rather, I'm reviewing the caf� - that's right, there's a caf�! Look at that beautiful veggie omelet and fruit cup. Plus outdoor seating. Amazing!

Still working it out. Miss diagnosed 1st time, which was $2,700. Did not fix problem. Second time "found problem " another $4,800

Excellent service awesome techs and service writers. I have been going there for over 15 years! Highly recommend it!!! Would not go anywhere else even though I live in Concord!
