Great atmosphere to buy a vehicle!! From the time we walked in, we were greeted right away and everyone was very courteous. I normally dread going to dealers due to all the pressure to buy but Derek gave us a comfortable buying experience. He was very knowledgeable and did a great job of staying within our budget. The staff even stayed past closing to finish purchase, however we weren t rushed at all and the truck was beautifully detailed and ready to drive home. I would definitely recommend and will be returning for future purchases.

My wife and I were very happy with our experience at Toyota of Nashua. We were greeted by Mike Howard, a sales associate, when we entered the dealership. He was very polite as he offered us water. He gave us a bit of history of his employment at the dealership. Mike listened to our concerns of the color, make, model, accessories, and the size engine we wanted. He got it right on the first car we got to test drive. Lisa and I love our Toyota 4 runner. So if you re shopping at Toyota of Nashua, ask for Mike Howard by name.Great sales associate, great dealership. They take the guesswork out of buying a car. Very satisfied customers.

Tom sold me an amazing car and made the process very easy! Great guy! The dealership is good, they don't hide any fees and have great deals. I drove from another state for 8 hours to trade in my old car and bought one from pre owned inventory. Totally worth it!

Such a great experience from another McGovern Dealership getting my first truck!I was introduced to this dealership from my previous salesman at McGovern Ford in Lowell, and was corresponded by Bridget Keenan. She was very helpful in getting my information and shopping interests and assured me that the team would work with me to get me the deal I was looking for. After a few texts back and forth, an appointment was set up for an in person visit. When I arrived, I worked with Derek Yerardi. He was professional yet laid back during the entire process of showing me the Tundra trim that I had requested to test drive. No fake salesman personality here which I really appreciated. He knew that I was also cross-shopping the market for full sizes but also had interest in the new Tacoma so he was respectful of what I was interested in and never pressured me during the process. At the end of the process we sat down and he worked with me way down to a number I'd be comfortable moving forward with, all organically and pressure free.I moved onto Scott Jackson who helped me through the financing process. No pressure buying any service plans but I always pick up an extended warranty on my vehicles anyways (always negotiating down to the 45-55% of the starting value). Scott worked with me and gave me the employee pricing on a long plan and the process went quick. Scott was also knowledgeable and laid back so it was a comfy, speedy and efficient process also!Took delivery today and Derek helped hold the detailing (I do my own) and took the time to run through the electronics/features inside, something that most sales people skip nowadays in the post covid environment. When stepping out, my wife found 2 deep scratches on the driver side door and a mirror cap blemish, and Derek quickly got his manager and a used car manager to OK a post delivery fix on these defects at a later date.All in all, great experience. A lot of dealerships and sales people play games, but I felt none of that here. I highly recommend you check this Toyota dealership out and hear them out. You'll be pleasantly surprised!

Alex was amazing with keeping me updated on the car I was interested in and even sent me multiple photos and videos. He made the process super easy and was understanding with all my questions and concerns. Glad I got to work with him and left the dealer excited!!! Thanks Alex!!

Thanks to Alvin & Grant for making the process so quick & easy! Alvin was very detailed & educated on everything I had asked regarding the vehicle I had in mind and he listened to all the things i said i wanted and didnt, when showing me the options they had. He made me feel welcome, and wasn't rushing me to just pick a car. I appreciate his help and effort so much, I definitely would ask for him if you're ever thinking of visiting this location. Grant was also amazing, he made the signing so easy to do and understand while also being as informative as possible about every single step. The perfect duo for sure

My experience at Toyota Nashua was awesome. My salesman Michael immediately connected with me and made an effort to make the experience as stress-free as possible. I will Note that I did have an issue with the windshield washer fluid dispenser on the vehicle I bought and as soon as I made Michael aware of it, he was willing to contact the service department and have them reach out to me within a few days of that conversation to schedule a time to Bring it in to get looked at. In addition, there was some trouble locating the second key for the vehicle, which again a Great effort was put into the locating of. A great place to buy a vehicle, and I would definitely recommend people buy a vehicle here. Too bad I won t see them again for about another decade at least.

My wife and I took a few weeks to narrow down the right make, model and trim for our new car. After visiting 5 local dealerships (2 of them Toyota) we finally stopped by Toyota of Nashua. They had the rare trim and option setup that we were looking for available on the lot and provided an unmatched buying experience. We had the pleasure of working with Michael and Ben, who both treated us with respect, patience and fairness. They were both extremely knowledgeable, friendly and low-pressure. Their sales manager, Anthony, worked with us to reach an agreeable deal for our trade-in and new car purchase. Shopping for a new car and visiting dealerships can be an exhausting and painful experience, but not at Toyota of Nashua. I would absolutely recommend this team to my friends and family. Even after�the sale was completed, the exceptional experience has continued. Ben and Michael have answered questions, facilitated requests and communicated�promptly. I went into the service center today for my free state inspection and even that was a wonderful experience.�McGovern Auto Group clearly has a recipe for success with their culture and vibe across all touchpoints. I'm grateful to have made this exciting and important purchase with such a respectable business and group of people.

What a great experience! From start to finish Nick was an exemplary professional and one that you don t often meet, hence the reason I am quick to write this review but long winded on how it went.I made an appointment to come see the car and when I arrived at the dealership Nick was out front with the vehicle I was interested in ready for a test drive. It was at this point I knew I was going to have the best experience.Every step along the process the experience just got better. I even helped myself to a cup of tea while waiting, I commented to a service customer how nice the coffee/tea/refreshments were and she raved about the service she gets there and how it helps her on a busy morning when she forgets breakfast. In my opinion nothing better than a current customer reinforcing a buying decision.Jose then took over with the finance portion of the deal, because of my experience up to that point I was relaxed and learned a lot about the additional products. I never bought gap or the extended warranty, but his explanation made me purchase both.I could continue to explain how awesome this was but there is probably a character limit. Safe to stay, this was AWESOME! Thank you Nick.

I can say this was one of the best experiences I've ever had with a dealership. Kyle and Chris went above and beyond for me after having a bad experience at ira Toyota in Manchester. Kyle paired me with a 2010 Toyota Avalon XLE. After Kyle knew I wanted he worked do diligently to help me get into vehicle. After purchasing the the Toyota Avalon XLE the dealership needed to complete some work with the car so they made sure that I had a rental car while the dealership completes the work. I will refer any to everyone to this dealership for sure. Thank you for all of your help and the service that you provided to me

Best experience I ve had buying a vehicle hands down. The salesman Derek was great he helped me through every step including my trade in and setting up service appointments for my new vehicle. I also showed up pretty late in the afternoon, Derek and the finance manager Scott both stayed late to get me the vehicle I wanted that day. I greatly appreciate all the help and I would 100% recommend this place to anyone

I recently purchased a new Tundra from Lance Winnika at Toyota of Nashua and wanted to share my wonderful experience. Lance was helpful and informative during the whole buying process, but most importantly was there to answer questions in the weeks after taking the truck home. He helped organize the addition of an extended warranty, and helped us navigate concerned related to installing a plow on a hybrid tundra. (FYI it is safe and approved by Toyota and will not void a warranty.)He even helped with the purchase of some after market pieces as well, getting us a discount on them.If you are heading here looking for a Tacoma or Tundra, go see Lance.

I was searching for a reliable used vehicle for my newly licensed daughter. I looked at several different vehicles and my salesman, Bill Cavanaugh, was informative, patient and honest throughout the entire search process. He was very pleasant and easy to work with and made the whole experience stress free. I changed my mind more than once before we purchased a used Nissan Rogue.I highly recommend Toyota of Nashua and Bill Cavanaugh for any of your new or pre-owned vehicle needs! McGovern Toyota is the only place to go if you want professionalism, great prices and great sales people. Our Salesman is named Josh O Shea. I ve purchased many cars through the years and you could not ask for a better person to work with. He s very informative and just a great person all the way around. The finance person, Jose is outstanding. If this man cannot get you financed no one can. He knows all of the avenues and people to get you approved. Totally impressed with McGovern Toyota of Nashua. Great deals going on over there. Thank you Josh for being honest and personable. The sales people are not your average sales people. They are there for great customer service without the pressure. Buying a car has always been like going to the dentist, a dreaded experience. Not this time. The staff at McGovern from start to finish was professional and courteous. Information was given straight up as asked, beginning with online inquiries. We dealt with several people in the process who were all experts in their roles: Bridget, Joshua, Dany, & Kevin. Especially Dany who was our salesperson on site today. He was helpful, funny, and was able to make the process smooth and enjoyable. He did an excellent job today. Thank you!

With my Tacoma totaled recently, I needed a new truck ASAP. Came to Toyota of Nashua and immediately greeted my Mike Howard. From the beginning, Mike listened to my needs and took the time to research inventory to find my dream truck, 2024 Tundra Limited. Mike was patient with my questions and answered each one. If he didn t have the answer, he researched it and got me answers to all my questions. Also covered the advantage of buying from the McGovern Group over other dealerships in terms of all the extra care options McGovern includes when buying from them. The buying process was explained thoroughly and he kept me updated every step of the way while it was being prepped for me to pick up. Once I picked it up, Mike took the time to explain all the new technology in the truck, how to connect my phone to it, and all the special prep that was done to deliver my vehicle. Couldn t be happier. One of the best vehicle buying experiences I ve had, hands down. Mike s obvious priority in providing customer service is more of a partnership in the purchase. Highly recommend that if you re looking for a truck, visit Mike Howard at the Toyota of Nashua Truck Center with two thumbs up! My husband and I purchased our new Toyota RAV4 Hybrid from Toyota of Nashua last week. We were very pleased with the service we received. This is the first time I ve ever left a Google review, but if ever a place deserved a 5 star rating, it s Toyota of Nashua. In particular, Bill Cavanaugh (who I worked with throughout the buying process) was extraordinarily professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I cannot express enough how impressed I was with him and the entire staff. Highly recommended.
