We purchase a used vehicle from Dan last summer. He is likely the most honest salesman out there. I had test drove probably 10 vehicles from facebook marketplace before finding Dan. The car drove really but it was low on gas during my test drive and it failed before I could make it back to the shop. Dan was quick to rescue me during this time. We really liked the car but we were nervous that it broke down for a reason besides running out of gas and needing a new filter. Dan assured us that of we took possession of the vehicle and something else was the cause of the breakdown then he would pay for it. We took him for his word and brought the car home. Shortly after the check engine light came on and the car seemed to stutter when it would get under a half tank of gas. We reached back out to Dan and he always responded quickly and helped us trouble shoot the issue. We half expected him to ignore us since we only had a handshake agreement really but he never did! We ended up taking the car to his repair-shop and it needed a new fuel pump. We got it replaced and Dan kept to his word and paid for it directly! He also paid for $120 uber to get me home because I lived about an hour from the shop. We ve had the car for almost a year now and no additional problems have appeared. He also had his vehicles very fairly priced. Dan is a good, honest man and I wouldn t hesitate to buy from him again. Thank you, Dan!!!

Star Auto made buying our new car stress free. Dan was absolutely amazing finding a car that had everything and more than we wanted. The communication was absolutely fantastic they were constantly checking in, answering all questions and responded quickly with all information. I definitely will be going back for any future car purchases! Thank you so muchFYI, my 3 cousins and I bought our cars from there in the last 8 years, so it s our #1 dealership when any of us need a car.

Amazing, smooth and easy vehicle purchase. Dan is very polite and accommodating offering competitive and fair pricing. He is very honest, he made everything simple, and he is fast answering calls and texts. He does everything he can to help you get the best deal. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking to buy a new vehicle!!

Bought a Jeep from Dan in 2020 and I have to say that he got the best model for our family! He is extremely kind and cares about your family s needs. Helps you find the best option for your budget. Definitely will come back to Star Auto whenever we want to upgrade to a newer version. His love for Jeeps is definitely contagious!

Dan was great! Walked me through every detail of the Grand Cherokee I purchased and let me take it for a test drive by myself. Made buying a vehicle so easy. All the bad reviews are BOGUS!! I had a few issues when I got home and he was on the phone with me very supportive through the whole process. Even willing to do the repairs himself. He also offered me discounted rates on repairs! In my experience not to many people would do that after signing! Got my registration and inspection no problem. drove all the way from Central VT to buy a Jeep from him and I would do it again. If your looking for well priced used jeeps Star auto is the place to look!

Everyone at star auto is great! I bought a 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee and I love it! Dan and his cousin were super helpful and great to work with. They have great prices and help you throughout the whole process and even after you buy. They care about their customers and do what they can to make them happy, like opening at anytime on any day even holidays. They are very honest people and I would definitely recommend them to all my family and friends!

SIX STARS out of FIVE!!!!!! Dan won my business long ago and if you re in the market for a used Jeep I absolutely recommend giving him the opportunity to win yours. Dan is honest, friendly and family oriented. I live 80 miles away but have purchased three Grand Cherokees from him over the years and will definitely continue to buy from him in the future. I can t say enough good things about Dan or the excellent experiences I ve had as his customer.

We just bought our 5th Jeep from Dan, got a great deal. Bought my 1st one for 6k, had it for 9 years. They may need new tires and other minor things but you can't beat the price! If you're looking for a used Jeep Grand Cherokee, Dan is the Man.

Our family drove all the way down from Maine to get a Jeep from Dan! Was an awesome deal and great service! We drove all the way back to Maine and have continued to drive around with no issues, we love it! 10/10 recommend, when we someday need a new vehicle we will definitely be coming back!

Very Satisfied Customer! Great Experience!I recently was searching for a Jeep on Craigslist and used dealers when I happened to come a cross Dan's ad for Star Auto on CL. I was skeptical at first because he was priced at market why he was so low because he had great quality Jeeps for great deals. (He makes his money off of repetitive business.)Meeting Dan I was very impressed by his demeanor he was very straight forward and had a conscious unlike some used dealers I met. He did a Carfax for the Jeeps I was interested in and told me he gets them from dealer auctions. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about Jeeps considering he has been doing it for so long and specializes in Jeep sales. I ended up buying my first Jeep Liberty from him and was very confident with my purchase, he encouraged me to test drive it twice. The Liberty was under book and was clean through out. He let me keep it on the lot until I was able to get plates for it considering I was from Massachusetts. I have had no issues with getting it inspected either and if I did he told me to come back. (I uploaded a picture as well)I have already recommended a few people go to him for their next Jeep and I will be repeat customer.The other bad reviews on here I asked him about since I was buying for the first time. The circumstances were not created by him and therefore I feel are very innaccurate. He also stands behind his sales. Ask him yourself if you like he is very honest.

we did buy 2 Jeeps from DAN in the past . First one was 04 Grand Cherokee that was in 2014 for my son ,his first jeep . we had good luck with the jeep , we only had to put new tires recently , the jeep still running strong with 192k . the second one we bought several months ago 2008 grand cherokee with the Hemi for me . I love driving the Jeep , has Power , and smooth ride , feels way better than my mini van i was driving , kids were younger then .Thank you Dan , I know now why you love Jeeps , I did send few of my friends some bought Jeeps from Dan , they all happy and All. think he is a nice guy they will go back again to buy from him , and has a good reputation in Nashua from other people who knew him , he has been selling jeeps for long time in Nashua .

This week my son who was looking for a car found a jeep at a decent prince at Star Auto. We test drove it and after doing so we had a few concerns. We asked to take it to a mechanic for them to look it over and they refused us that option. They did tell us it would pass inspection without any problem. He purchased the vehicle and it failed inspection. After over $1,000 in repairs and new tires it finally passed inspection. Would not recommend this place to others.

Love this place! Dan Nafez is the best auto dealer I've ever met! I will return here for any & all future Jeep Grand Cherokee purchases. Even my extended family wants to buy a Jeep from Star Auto now. I have a pretty hard & fast rule against used car dealers & dealerships, but Star Auto is unlike any other entity I've ever dealt with. I feel like I made a friend. I cannot say enough wonderful things about it! Thank you Nafez! You're the best & I will continuously share my positive experiences with anyone willing to listen!

When I bought the car, next week it has a engine leak problem. The car has also transmission problem. When I went to get the car, the car was always warm. I understand that next day why the car engine was warm when I starter to drive the car, during the cold weather, I see that the car has a transmission problem. After two weeks, whole power steering hose was broken, it needed to replace whole hose system. It costed me $400. Right now the car has power steering pump problem. Another $400. I don't know what will come next.I read the comments and the most of the comments say "Dan is reliable person and truthful" I totally disagree with them. I agree with one of the comment, which is Lil slam. It looks it is only right and accurate comment in reviews.***I highly recommend you stay away from Dan and his business.Best,

Hello my name is Garen,I bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee from Star Auto. This letter is long overdue. I just want to say that I am very happy with my Jeep, and I'm very happy with my whole purchase experience. Bought my first car from him, and didn't even last 2 month. I had to donate it to salvation army as the engine was beyond fixing. Go with someone who knows a thing or two about cars. And he just like the typical car dealers who will say anything to make a sale!!!

Terrible customer service and refuses to stand behind any truck he sells. E ery single truck me and my daughter looked was gross and dirty inside and far to lazy to spruce up the trucks . He had the roof locked on 09 liberty and refused to sell the truck fully operational
