St. Laurent did an awesome job repairing my Tacoma. Staff is friendly and easy to deal with. They even detailed my truck inside and out which I did not expect but greatly appreciate.

I ve had a few unexpected trips to St. Laurent recently. Kyle & the St. Laurent team always do & have done a fantastic job start to finish. This is my go to shop no reason to look elsewhere.

Absolutely amazing work!!Got my front bumper and front lip fixed and repainted. The customer service was amazing. Working with me regarding an estimate and last minute additions that I made, they were great! Super professional kept me updated and timely on their work. If I had the ability to rate this place lower I would. Most negative reviews are written by people who are unreasonable and just irrational. Let me assure you, this is not the case. To be fair, the work performed on my car was top notch. I have zero complaints about the body and paintwork. However, I cannot speak the same on the business practices of this place and more specifically, the owner, Kyle. He is a con artist and a scumbag of a human being. If you don't care about being taken advantage of, lied to and stolen from then this is your place. Don't get me wrong, the work is excellent but it comes with a price.

I have a service business that has appointments assigned to each van. One of my vans needed a door repaired and I was told to take it to this outfit. They told me parts needed to be ordered. 2 weeks later I had not been given any update so I called and was told parts were in and we scheduled Monday 11/1 for the work to be done. Van was dropped of the Friday before. We received no call or updates and on Tuesday 11/2 called to pick up the van and was told it was not done. I explained that I now had to cancel several customer appointments and that they had told us it would be done Monday 11/1. They then said "we make no promises about when a vehicle will be done....." . I then pointed out that this van had several appointments assigned to it which must be cancelled and they should have called on 11/1 to at least tell us the van would not be ready. Now I have several upset customers that were rescheduled due to this companies bad communication.Long story short, their communication and customer service is TERRIBLE. And if you have a time sensitive repair - DO NOT GO HERE!Best Ford in Amherst sent us here so I had hoped they were decent - big mistake.Service: Body & Trim

Having a lot of work done on your car can be daunting and overwhelming. The professionals at St. Laurent did an incredible job from start to finish. The amount of work done on my car was substantial, but they stayed honest and open with communication in regards to my car s needs. I was able to pick it up earlier than anticipated, which was a nice surprise. When I picked it up, I was thrilled to see how great it looked! The paint job was immaculate , and they had even cleaned the inside and outside of my car. It looked incredible. A few days later, they followed up to ensure everything was still okay.100/10, would recommend! They are true professionals!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Brought it in to get my tailgate fixed. It made a terrible noise when it opened or closed. The top of the tailgate was hitting the edge of the car and chipping the paint. They fixed it perfectly. Works smooth and quiet as ever. Great job guys!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Had another great experience at St Laurent Collision. The entire team is great - friendly, caring, and experienced professionals! They always work seamlessly with my insurance company. They saw me immediately for an estimate and then scheduled the work quickly. They kept me updated and even finished the work early! The work looks perfect like you'd never know I had an accident. Everyone I spoke with highly recommended St. Laurent Collision Center, and they were right - this is a business that is well run, professional, efficient, caring, and very competent. A hit-and-run left minor damage to my 13-year-old car, but I loved that car so felt it was worth paying the insurance deductible to get it fixed. They worked smoothly with my insurance company, arranged the rental car, completed the work early, were friendly and helpful throughout the whole experience, and did such a beautiful job that the car looked new. Chris and the rest of the staff at St.laurent collision are great. Very friendly and communicative. My truck needed warranty paint work done. They did all the leg work with the warranty company. I couldn t be more pleased with St. Laurent Collision Center. I brought my car to them after my (not at fault) accident where my bumper was cracked and I had scratches and damage to the paint. I also needed a rental car during the repair. They coordinated with the at faults insurance company and Enterprise for the damage appraisal and rental car. They made everything very easy for me and kept in contact. They were very friendly, professional, and went above an beyond. In addition they corrected an unrelated dent free of charge. They even stayed open late for me to pick up my car and drop off my rental. To my pleasant surprise they cleaned the inside of my car and vacuumed which was a very nice touch. My car was swiped and needed repair to the front corner bumper, the grill, and edge of the hood. They dealt with the insurance company. I didn t need to do anything. The repairs were top notch and they used OEM parts. My car looks brand new! The owner, Kyle, was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I knew my car would be fixed without any problems arising. Great customer service. This is my new shop for all my car needs.

If you want good service dont come here. This place has no concept of customer service. Kyle is not helpful nor does he care about the customer. They think the rules dont apply to them and charged me extra because they were too lazy to coordinate with my insurance to cover it. There are many other repair shops and I will be using ANYWHERE else than this dump in the future.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I received a list of local collision centers from my insurance and after asking a friend with knowledge of local collision centers I opted for two quotes. Timing was the deciding factor- St Laurent was 2 days (competitor was 4 weeks!) to start the job. 6 business days later had vehicle back- you d never know the entire front quarter was crushed. So impressed with the quality of work and their customer service- if needed in future I wouldn t hesitate to return. Also had interior detailed while they had it- amazing transformation!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I first found St. Laurent on "an insurance company approved list" a few years ago. They have become my go to shop since because their work is very good, they kept me informed of any loop holes they were encountering during the process of dealing with the other insurance company. I highly recommend you use them for your auto body needs!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Someone hit the side of my car on Christmas Eve and I took my car to St. Laurent s and they did a fabulous job! Not only did they treat me with true professionalism but they had a rental ready for me when I arrived and detailed my car to perfection. When I left the collision center, my car looked brand new! Wouldn t take my car anywhere else. Thanks to the crew !!

Thanks very much to the guys at St.Laurent A/B. We were in a car accident when life was really busy at that time. They took the car in ,dealt with the insurance company and Enterprise rentals. Every thing went as smoothly as we could have imagined, the car was returned in a very reasonable amount of time and the Quality was outstanding(they have a superb painter). We highly recommend these guys to anyone !! They turned our nightmare into a very comfortable experience. Thanks again to St.Laurents.

Just recently dropped of my car here to get some work done. They did such an amazing job. The car looks brand new, inside and out! Great customer service, done quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend coming here!

Awesome customer service and my car looks great! They handled all the insurance paperwork and I got the car back much quicker than I anticipated. Very friendly staff. Hope I don't need them again anytime soon, but if do ... I've got a car guy now!

Fantastic! I pretty much have a new car. I had to get the both bumpers replaced, new hood, side mirror, grille, and paint. They made it easy with the car insurance, kept me in the loop with what was going on, and my car was completed timely. When I went to pick it up I didn't even recognize it. Highly recommend!

They were fast, knowledgeable, and extremely friendly.The insurance company ended up totalling my car before it could be repaired, but I am so impressed with St. Laurent's staff that I will be back for any future repair needs!

Place has been around forever. New owner but same great service and quality. I'm in the business and if I don't fix it myself I go there. Super people to deal with they know how to deal with insurance adjusters that try to cut corners. Great place for bodywork and detailing.

The people that work here are absolutely amazing. Some of the most kind and hard working people I ve met. Their work and attention to detail goes above and beyond, and they treat their customers as if their car is the only one they have to work on. After going here twice, I wouldn t go anywhere else.
