Went in to bring the wife's car for an oil change, was able to get right in, stayed in the car and they did the oil change, topped off all fluids, did a safety check and I was out of there in 10 minutes. The entire staff was professional, friendly and courteous. Highly recommend if you are in a rush and need to get an oil change. Pleasant surprise as well as you get a free car wash with the oil change.

BUYER BEWAREWe just brought our car in on a Friday to get an interior detail and an air cabin replacement before going away for the weekend with plans to pick it up Sunday.Well, they waited until last minute to do it clearly because it's Wednesday of the next week and my car interior windows have condensation everywhere because it didn't have time to dry.They also popped out our glove box and didn't put it back in correctly. When my wife asked about this they were extremely rude and were probably hoping to take advantage of a small woman. Completely brushed her off and said it was like that.I called the place when she told me this and they said they would get back to me once they contacted the owner. This was Sunday. Today is Wednesday and nothing.DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR MONEY. THEY DON'T DESERVE A PENNY.Honestly I should have charged back through the credit card company because we feel completely ripped off. I'm typing this in wet clothes after driving the car regretting not shopping this out.Services: Auto detailing, Auto interior vacuuming

I have a monthly unlimited Wash pass for two vehicles for this place, and at $40 per month per car the passes are well worth the cost. The staff are helpful and friendly and the Car Wash itself is modern and constantly being upgraded. Seems like every couple of months something inside the wash garage has been replaced or modernized. The Wash is thorough and safe for the car's paint job, and it keeps my Tacoma looking shiny and new even after 100,000 miles. I've used their detailing service twice so far, with excellent results.

Love this place! Had my car detailed and it looks like new. I also signed up for their monthly carwash pass. For $34.99 it pays so I can go in everyday if I want and also received a $50 credit on the car detail because I signed up. The pass is for the top of the line wash, not just a basic wash. My Lexus is 10 years old and it looks so good. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Got a car wash here a few weeks ago to clean up the winter mess on my car. Not a bad job getting my car cleaned. The staff are friendly. I just wish the DIY washes were 24hrs like they are off of exit 7W

Worst self wash I've ever used. Quarters only but $1/minute. None of the low pressure options work, but there's no sign indicating this so you waste a minute or two being confused. Brush needs repair and might have added oil to my paint. One of the vacuums just swallowed my quarters. I was refunded but it seemed like just another day to the employee.

I used to come here all the time so I got the unlimited membership for $25. I was told by the kid who has his pants down to his knees that it covers the undercarriage and it does not so I had to cancel when I was charged again.

Stopped into have my car washed with the pull through. First time stopping in and the car wash ended up pushing my car into the vehicle in front of me, causing damages to the grille on my car. Asked for some reimbursement for the damages and was ignored for 2 weeks before being told they will not be providing compensation. This is an extremely poor example of a business. I will definitely not be recommending this place to any of my friends or any of my customers. Do your selves a favor and find another place with better business practices.(Side note)the wash was less than adequate.

Poor service, had car cleaned in and out, over 3 hours. They have people walking around doing nothing, but no one helps each other. This place is a joke. Think twice about using them for your car. Years ago it was the number one place to go, not anymore. Do not even ask the a question.

I have been coming to this location for years. You recently changed to a drive thru facility and the service is unacceptable. They put the wrong oil in my truck and though changed it and put the correct oil in, the Manager Gabriel, refused to give me a refund. I spent $87.98 on an oil change that could have damaged my vehicle. I expect exceptional service if I'm paying nearly $90. The oil cap even states 5W30 and the manager continued to argue with me that the right oil was put in even though the receipt says 5W20. How can someone continue to argue when the receipt says he's wrong! And then had the audacity to tell me not to be so emotional. When I told him i was going to contact corporate, proceeded to mumble "Corporate can't help you here". This who you hire to manage your facility and work on vehicles worth $50k+ vehicle and I'm not supposed to get emotional?

I love this place and highly recommend it! I've been going there for my oil changes for a few years now. They are quick, clean, professional && always very friendly! They are great with answering any questions, and they never try to push extra stuff to be done to your car just so they can charge extra money, (like a lot of other oil change places). && A lot of the times they have some sort of deal going on. && You don't even have to get out of your car which is a plus! Also you get a free carwash when you get an oil change!! Thank you guys for all your hard work!!Service: Oil change

This business advertises an underbody wash when you choose "exterior wash # 2" or up, which is $13. Upon examining my vehicle after the wash, it was quite clear there was no underbody wash that was completed (see photo) It is very troubling when you see false advertising like that for a service. The rest of the wash was satisfactory but the underbody was untouched.

I like the car wash that still let you do it all yourself quarters = for how long you will be doing it yourself. At this particular DIY it is $2 = 2 mins. I'm not sure but I think inflation has even affected this factor

I went in this morning to vacuum out the family car. I grabbed a hand full of quarters and put them in the vacuum. It turned on but no suction. While it was running I walked over to the car wash and told the attendant. I was told they would get manager. I then moved and tried a different vacuum. It worked well and I vacuumed all three rows of my land Rover. 30 minutes later as I'm trying to pull away I'm assuming a manager comes over. Instead of giving me a refund and letting me leave he went to the vacuum and attempted but failed to get it open. Not planing on waiting any longer I left. Just keep in mind that they never placed an out of order sign on the dead vacuum. As I was leaving I was told it's been down before and they just left it.

This guys are literally the best when it comes to detailing any car, I have tried different type of shops before but this guys price is totally worth it. Very professional and helpful people.

Had gone in for. car wash and interior detail. It was not expensive. The staff was cordial but above all my car was cleaned very well. I would recommend anyone to try them out. In fact i plan to visit them periodically

This was by far the best car wash I have had. The service was imma usage and each worker was extremely polite. After 15 years of of getting oil changes for 2 cars here I will not be back. The sales tactics have got ridiculous!! All I want is a oil change, I don t want to spend $200-$300 every time on filters and oil change.

Been an unlimited wash member for a year now. Go through 3 to 5 times a week. Around 200 washes this year Can only count a handful of times I was disappointed in the wash.The guys and girls are always nice and courteous.Well worth the $35/mo investment. My car 2014, looks nice and new almost 365 days a year!Great value

New in the area. Needed a wash and vacuum. Car wash was good I just didn't notice a itemized list of different washes only monthly price. The vacuum was very disappointing. 1st spot had no hose. 2nd one had no power or suction that was a complete loss of $2. I never seen a vacuum cost $2 and it would be worth it all day if it worked. I always need a good vacuum at least 2 times a week with my kid. Hopefully I can find a good place.

Good wash tunnel but used to be better when it was Sonny s touch-less car wash. The second wash mitter hardly ever works and just drags the fabric over the top of your vehicle. Also the pre wash attendant spray gun doesn t have hardly any soap. The parking lot is a disaster with uneven surfaces and recently they patched the many pot holes. They should repave the lot and landscape it to bring it back to what it used to look like.

Car wash was a nice extra. But when my cars engine light was on because they wanted to upsell a air filter and busted the plastic housing which caused a vacuum leak. That wasn't awesome. Would of been nice if they told me they broke it. It was obvious it wasn't put on correctly.

Been taking my car here for years and have never been disappointed with the service. They check my air filters and always let me know their state. They do not pressure me to use them to change them when I tell them thanks and I will change them myself. Prices are reasonable and a few times a year they offer a discount when you purchase a second oil change in advance as a way to give back to their repeat customers.

Poor Quality: Automatic Car WashI decided to try this place out instead of my usual wash spot, and I regret it. I spent $23 on the full automatic wash package, and my car came out worse than when it went in.Despite having all the spray and scrub brush gear out and ready to do the usual manual pre-wash by the attendants, the only attendant swiped my card then immediately went back inside, so the rear of the car (something automatic car washes struggle with on hatchbacks) stayed quite dirty.The automatic wash did okay, but my big issue was that the only rinse was both underpowered and poorly placed in the tunnel: after a single relatively low-flow rinse pass, there were still large amounts of suds all over my car, and there was a nearly 25 foot gap until the drying unit that could have easily held a second rinse arch. Because of this, my car dried covered in soap spots and streaks, and combined with the spots on the rear the automatic wash failed to get that's usually handled by the manual pre-wash, I feel my car genuinely looks worse than when I brought it in.Overall, the quality was not horrible, but certainly could have been better, both in service and design. Needless to say, I will not be returning.

Decent car wash that if you get the top wash it will last for a couple of weeks or longer. Everyone has always been nice when I have gone and never any problems. Beats doing it yourself if you are too busy or just don't want too. Just wish they did the inside windows and vacuumed.
