DO NOT GO HERE IF YOUR CAR HAS AFTERMARKET PARTS.I brought my car to this dealership for repair work. My car had an aftermarket remote start that was installed already when I purchased it. After diagnosis the rep I was working with told me they wouldn t reinstall it. After everything was said and done I was left to believe the remote start was still there but disconnected. Fast forward 6 months and I can afford to have the remote start reattached and made operable and I come to find out the remote start was completely removed.I called the dealership and they claim it was put in a box on my passenger side seat. I can reassure you it wasn t left for me and I was lead to believe the remote start was there just not wired in as it s against their policy to attach aftermarket stuff. This place will screw up over if you have aftermarket parts on your car. The service manager is condescending and will lie to sure you further.Avoid at full cost unless there is no other option.

The whole buying process was quick and simple. My Salesperson was Ron Stella. Ron showed me what I was looking for and with my price range in mind. The finance guy was great too! I took delivery immediately same day and I'm very satisfied.

Eurhy Paulino was by far the best salesman I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. was excellent and a pleasure to interact with! he is very knowledgeable and will assist you with all of your needs as well as thoughtfully answering each of your questions. He positive demeanor makes everything more enjoyable and I would definitely recommend him to anyone in need of assistance.

What an awesome experience! Some of the nicest people I have encountered at a dealership in a long time. Tim was excellent to work with. He was not pushy and he was very understanding and honest. Everyone there seemed to genuinely enjoy their jobs and working with each other. Overall such a refreshing and positive experience I can t recommend them enough!!

My wife was bullied by the sales manager Lucas! We were told to leave because she asked to negotiate the price! Never thought car sales were still like this in 2023. We never go back there!

Actually this time my visit was very bad . I will never ever go back againJust a little advice to the peter Nissan manger you should choose your salesmen well. They should be nice to the customers . It isn't the first time to buy a car from peter Nissan. I used to buy all my family cars from there and we do our car services also there . But now I will never recommend this place again to anyone .

Peters is a bit out of the way with Autofair close, but the service you get from the first call to walking out the door is PROFOUNDLY A BETTER experience. They were kind, informative, and helpful at every turn. They even washed my car before I picked it up. I will go out of my way every time I need the dealership. Paul my service advisor and even tho everyone is awesome there I'm hoping to utilize him again he was so great!Thank you Peters.. my advice to the public use them and definately stay out of Autofair.

Spoke with Joe and Terry about a car. Joe completely ignored me and treated me like a child, and I believe it was because I was a woman and he spoke to my father rather than me, the person actually paying for and buying the car. After finding a car I liked, I put money down. They then found that they didn't have the title, despite the car being on their lot for weeks. I decided to wait and four weeks later, they kept pushing out the title arrival. I wouldn't fault them if it was a one off occurrence, but my parents bought a car last year and had an identical experience, with it taking 5 weeks to get the title. When I went to get my down payment back, I was treated unkindly and coldly. Overpriced and unprofessional

Peters has always been very good to me, whether it s my car being in for service or purchasing a new car. I m always gone above and beyond for me. I guess that s why in the last 35 years we ve purchased our cars only from them.

The car we were looking for was clearly shown and described on the Peter's website. Finding the perfect car and comparing it to other cars and information presented, led to an appointment request that was promptly answered. Six hours later we were taking a test drive in a beautiful well equipped car at a great price. The sales team was excellent and made the entire car buying process a breeze! One of the best car buying experiences ever!

Awful place to get your car fixed I have brought my car in THREE times now for the same issue because my car is driving rough and making unusual noises. The first time they blamed it on the passenger side axle. Went on my way issue was still there. I bring it in a second time ok they re now replacing the driver side axle for no reason, I went on my way issue still not fixed. A couple months later the car is still having issues so I bring it in again. I tell them the axle boot is leaking which has no relevance to the issue I ve bringing my car in for. Instantly without even diagnosing my car they immediately blamed every issue on a leaking axle boot. They will blame any issues on anything that can be found in 5 min to make their paychecks. They keep telling me things I already know and will not put the time or effort into figuring out what s going on with my vehicle. I work in a shop myself so if I m bringing my car Into the dealership it s an unusual difficult issue that I expect a superior mechanic to solve. If an axle breaks three times with gentle regular driving there is another issue at hand but they are refusing to figure it out and brushing me off. I would not suggest bringing your car here they see customers as money and don t give a care in the world about you or your vehicle

This is my Nissan dealer. Service is top-notch.The advisors and mechanics are always friendly and very knowledgeable.The waiting room is comfortable with the usual amenities.I've bought multiple cars from them and highly recommend them.

Took the pathfinder in for service to figure out 4 wheel drive error along with abs and traction control lights. They did an exceptional job figuring the problem and fixing it. Great job guys! It's been a few weeks and everything is going good with the pathfinder. Great prices here on oil changes and a comfortable waiting area. Professional and courteous staff.

Sometimes they want to market adjustment, sometimes they don't...I don't think there are any times where it's reasonable though.I was trying to like them on personality but really I think shopping on price is the way to go

Great people. The sales people are nice. I liked the no haggle low price. Most dealers are asking above the list price. This dealer is not doing that.

I recently purchased a used late model vehicle here. Unlike other dealers, I got quoted an online price and that was the asking price after I went in for a test drive. Total transaction time to include a trade as well was quick and under 2 hours total. No hard selling tactics from both Rafeal as my salesperson or Jeff in finance.I would shop here again in a minute and would suggest this dealer to everyone looking for a new vehicle.

I bought my used Chevy trailblazer from Peter's as one of their wholesale vehicles and I had a great experience. My salesman, Jim Jackson was by far the best salesman I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. This man took the time to go over 3 separate vehicles with me and make sure that I was happy with the one I chose. He also recommended someone outside of Peter's for the maintenance on the vehicle to save me money as it was an older used vehicle and I was tight on money at the time. Thank you very much for your help Jim in getting me into a vehicle in a tough time. Will only ever speak highly of this dealership!

Brought my new 2021 Honda back for her 1st oil change and tire rotation, I was told they would vacuum my car, they did not. I was told they would wash the outside, they did not. This is my 3rd Honda from Peter's, who I highly recommend, but apparently their excellence does not reach the service dept. Very disappointing.

I purchased my 2020 Rogue from Peter's Nissan of Nashua. I have to say that this was the best purchase experience I have ever had. Aaron E was very knowledgeable and made the experience a very pleasant one. Everyone at the dealership have made my experience very pleasant. I will come back for all my car needs and recommend them to all my family and friends.
