Once again, Tara and the crew went above and beyond to make sure my husband and my car were up to date on maintenance. Tara is always beyond lovely, patient, accommodating, and just truly the best. She puts customer experience first and lays out any concerns for us to understand if there is something wrong and any futuristic needs. Always feel welcomed when we walk in to the moment we pick up our vehicle's. We love Peters of Nissan!!

Don t bring your car here the most rude people. I brought my car for inspection and it failed because s wire issues, it was repaired than they told me it need to be driven at least 100 miles. I suspected something wasn t right, so before I went on a long drive I checked my oil and it was almost empty and the oil tank cover has been tightened so tight that it needed a range to be opened one of their sales person had to opened it. If I didn t check the oil my engine would have been ruined. After all of this I brought the car to get the inspection sticker and they denied again. The reason why is a chip on the windshield that came with the car when I bought it and I had been going through inspection for the last 4 years without any issues until now. I was given free inspection as long as I owned it without that being a problem. Awful service. (Clarification) The Racist card was never used instead discrimination was, which not necessarily implied race but gender, identity or religious preference etc., And in this casa a female being deceived and forced to drive 100 miles without engine oil and an extremely tight oil tank cap raised many eyebrows and??? Thanks goodness I checked my oil before I went on a long trip require in order to pass inspection by the dealer. Yes it will be a legal issue if the engine was damaged after the car being inspected and not being notified of being very low on oil. I have the whole visit recorded cause I suspected foul play.Ty

Recently got an oil change at Valvoline because I was on the road and needed to get a quick oil change. While I was getting an oil change they told me whoever did my last oil change put in over 6 quarts of oil in my car. The people at valvoline showed me the excess oil that was put in and explained why this could potentially be a big issue. My last oil change was done back in October of 2023 at Peters Nissan. I called the service desk on Tuesday 2/27/2024 and spoke to someone about the issue. I was told this has never happened before . I told the person I did not want any money just wanted an explanation of how this would happen. The person told me the service manager may call me and speak to me about this issue. As of today 2/29/2024 the service manager hasn t called me. Makes me feel like it s not a big issue to them but to me it is. The few times I ve had issues with Peters, they have been very helpful and they do whatever they can to help but for some reason this is isn t an issue to them. Hopefully this reaches someone at Peters Nissan.

I ve been coming to Peter s Nissan of Nashua since I got my vehicle and always work with Tara in the service department! She gets my vehicle in quickly, She s extremely communicative through all of my repairs even if I m sitting right in the waiting area. Tara is Super friendly and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend working with her for your next service visit!

I bought my car here this weekend, after going to many dealerships (all pleasant, just didn t have the car I wanted) I walked in and Chris T approached me and assisted us, and I was not impressed. I didn t feel comfortable, he didn t like answering my questions and overall made me feel pressured to buy instead of making sure I was doing what I wanted. I didn t want to give him my money. I left upset, came in the next day and the Manager, George, listened to my issues, set me up with Jim instead, who is LOVELY (answers all my questions, thoroughly explains everything, and very personable). We worked out a deal and I am very happyJosh was extremely knowledgeable and nice when he brought me to my new car before I drove off and showed me features and how to use them.Mike who does the financial part of everything, helped me SO MUCH. I had a bit of a tricky situation since I recently bought a house, hurting my credit and making it difficult for finding a good rate with banks. He tried all morning with every bank to find the best rate for me. Used his connections, and saved me big time. I am so beyond happy with my purchase. Goes to show, if you have a problem, see what you can do about it and you never know how impressed you will leave!

Morgan in service is amazing!!! This is my first experience with bringing a car to a dealership for repairs, was always afraid of cost, but Peters Nissan of Nashua has a lifelong customer out of me. Could not be happier with this entire process and the customer service I was given-I m a hairstylist at an high-end salon, so service and how people are treated and is incredibly important to me. Morgan went above and beyond, was incredibly kind and knowledgeable, and I hope he understands how much I appreciate this. Was able to get a loaner car which is imperative for my hour long commute to work and my son as a single mom I have no help, Peters Nissan came to my rescue. Can t thank everyone enough, I hope Morgan gets the recognition he so deserves..THANK YOU PETERS!!!!

Went here to see if I could buy a new Frontier. Man, the shenanigans going on here. The first thing, the sales manager was a real piece of work. The tool disrespected my wife, thinking he s a funny guy. So, we let this pass. Can t fix stupid, right? Then came the numbers. Adding things on one offer sheet that wasn t even on the truck, then the numbers didn t even add up, always trying to get the price higher. They didn t even add up correctly. Man, they must take advantage of a lot of people. You need to watch them like a hawk. The '70s used car salesman reeks in this place. It's too bad I bought a Honda from Peter's Honda years ago and the experience was great. Not at Nissan

I blew a tire while driving to Boston the day before Thanksgiving as I was on my way to Boston to get my sister from Logan before heading to Maine. I called Peter s and spoke to Jenna who was beyond helpful. She was able to find me 4 tires and get me in immediately even though they were busy. The service was fantastic, and I can t say how grateful I was. Although I didn t buy my Pathfinder at Peter s the way they treated me has earned them a customer in the future. The first thing I told the salesman Chris that I wanted was a price to buy my old lease he proceeded to tell me that I didn t want to buy it and basically bullied me into a new lease. I have always leased from Peter s first was a Honda then this will be my third Nissan. If it wasn t for Kim and her awesomeness I would have ended up leaving my and going elsewhere that day.

I had an issue with vibrations in my car. The process of getting an appointment was great. Ryan the service rep was very nice and explained everthing in detail. The repair was going to cost a lot of money but he said it was safe to drive. And informed me about payment plan available.

We were lucky enough to get Shyane as our sales representative. She just started a few days prior but we would have never known the way she worked with us and helped us find the vehicle we ended up purchasing. She was very knowledgeable and never pushed anything on. After the fact, while going over the functions of the vehicle, we found out we were her first sale. Peter s Nissan of Nashua exceeded my expectations!!! Bought my car in this dealership last year, and last week, one year later, brought my car for state inspection and oil change which for my surprise when my car was ready, besides the services, they did a car wash!! Wow!!! What other place will do that, they really take care of their customers and I really appreciate it! Highly recommend this place :)

My car's problem took a long time to diagnose so the company lowered the cost of the total repair to compensate for the waiting time. The agent also helped in looking at different warranties that could cover part of the problem. The waiting room was clean and comfortable.

Although i did not buy my Nissan here, i come back to the service dept any time i need anything. Morgan is always there to help with a smile. The vehicle is always returned to me promptly and well taken care of. they make getting your car serviced easy instead of a hassle.

From start to finish, Josh Santos made us feel comfortable; he's very knowledgeable, confident and has a great sense of humor. Mike in Finance was just as nice, professional and was extremely helpful. My 75 year old mother has leased 2 cars from Peter's Honda and Joe Orlando is the reason why I bought my Rogue at Peter's. Wanted to recognize Service Advisor Ryan Reynolds for providing outstanding customer service that directly resulted in the positive customer experience I recently encountered at Peters Nissan of Nashua. I had to bring my 2016 Nissan Altima Sl to Peters to address a Voluntary Nissan issue related to faulty rear suspension components that give out due to residing in "high salt" states. My passenger side rear suspension gave out while driving home at night with my wife and son in the car, traveling at 60 MPH. Not Good and lucky I was able to maintain control of the car, despite warning lights illuminating my dashboard, the steering wheel going out of alignment. From the moment I entered the dealership and assigned Ryan Reynolds as my advisor, I felt he always had my best interest in mind. This excellent service continued throughout my experience, including timely, concise updates via texts and phone calls.To both Nissan and Peters credit, all required repairs were completed successfully, at no cost at all to me and I was also given a 2023 Nissan Altima as a loaner, while the repairs were being made. What I originally expected to be an excruciating experience, akin to going to the electric chair, ended up being a great example of tremendous customer experience and satisfaction. Kudos to Peters Nissan of Nashua and extra special thanks to Ryan Reynolds, who was a true difference maker. Well Done!

Tara in the service department was extremely helpful and went out of her way to get answers to my questions. She was pleasant and extended her help with future questions I might have. Also I just assumed inspection at a dealership would be more expensive. I was very surprised at the cost. Less than I ve paid in the past at garages.

As always the service was excellent. It's hard to rate surpassed my expectations when my expectations are so high coming in. I have become a once a year customer since I am only driving about 5000 miles a year but I am always treated as if they see me several times a year.Very satisfied!

I was in a car accident 9/10 and my car ended up being totaled. After waiting weeks for the claim to be settled and was finally able to start looking for a new car, I had originally wanted to get a car of the same make and model that I had but had a bad experience while attempting to do so. I then decide to branch out and came to Peter s in Nashua. I worked with Andy here and he couldn t have been more helpful and understanding of the situation I was in. He got me in the car I had been looking at prior to coming and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Couldn t be happier!

Peter s Nissan advertises a fast charger for electric vehicles on PlugShare, yet has the power turned off so no one can use it. I highly recommend Nashua Kia on DW Highway instead! It s 6 minutes away and has the exact same charger and as of March 2024, it s free to charge. THANK YOU Nashua Kia.

I have been a customer of Peter s for over 40 years. Each time I have leased and/or purchased a Nissan vehicle it has been a good experience. The sales staff, Cheryl Tinkham and her group are the best. This time we had Joshua Santos. He was great. They make it easy and enjoyable. Kim in finance was wonderful also.
