I worked with Eurhy Paulino to buy my used car from Honda. He truly went above and beyond to ensure my experience was great. On busy Sat didn't keep me waiting to test drive all the options I came in for. He gave me a full download of the used car from its history, to the repairs etc everything. This truly helped me feel confident in my purchase. I have used it everyday for the past one month and I love my car. Hopefully it keeps strong for the long haul! Thank you Honda and Eurhy for helping me find the best car for my family.

Had an awesome experience with Peters Honda! The process was simple and was able to find a great certified used car.James was a spectacular salesman who went above and beyond to make sure I got the best car for me and even helped me find the best car insurance which he did not have to do.I highly recommend looking for your next car here!

The 2015 HONDA CIVIC I bought from Peter s Honda cost me about $400/mo but works great, I m regretting getting the extended warranty right now because any issues I ve had it inconveniently did not cover, maybe it d help in the future, who knows, I was under the impression that if anything went wrong with the car it d cover it, that s not the case, but anyway when my door lock malfunctioned I took it in to get serviced, they checked it out for an hour and told me it d be over $400 to fix. I couldn t afford that so I went to a local mechanic to get that fixed as well as an oil change, a tire rotation, coolant, a slow leak in my tire, and air filters. The local mechanic did all that and fixed my door lock for under $200 and did not charge me to fix the lock. I just don t see why Peter s mechanics wanted over $400 for something the other guy did for free. The sales department was very helpful, but if you want to get your money s worth on repairs don t go to Peter s, go to a local mechanic.

Grumpy rude sales team. Sales people are pushy, pompous and arrogant. They give you less than half standard trade-in cost for the value of your car. Lies about buying trade ins to auction them at whole sale price when they're going to resell it at triple the price. Bait and switch tactics. They're lucky we desperately needed a car and they had one decent sales guy and that they were the only one who had the exact car we wanted or I'd never come here. Raked through the coals.

Sales staff are typical slimy car salesmen, very pushy and sketchy, spent over an hour dealing with low ball offers on my trade in and no price discounts. They ignored me showing them comparable vehicles price and my Kelly blue book price. Avoid at all costs!

I had originally scheduled a service to be done on my car due to a recall. When I got there, I also mentioned that my car smelled like gas inside. They diagnosed it and thankfully, there was a warranty. Great. They did a report and said I needed brakes done. Fine. I said yes to getting it serviced. After picking up my vehicle, I noticed it drove a little weirdly. Mind you, upon bringing my vehicle in, I had nothing wrong with the alignment or the tires feeling unbalanced. I brought it back and explained the issue The total came to $500, which is whatever its dealership price. What irked me was that I was told by the advisor, "Stephanie" there was nothing wrong with the brakes and it was the alignment and tire balance. if this was an issue why wasn't this addressed at the same time they told me about my brakes? I drove off the lot after the brakes got done Peters Honda was the last to touch my wheels. And of course, part of her job is to not say that it is their fault, so they are not responsible for the repairs. She then continued to tell me that whoever touched my wheels might've had something to do with it. yeah! Peters Honda touched my wheels last to put on new brakes! I said, Get me my vehicle. She said, "Okay, let me do the paperwork. My car was sitting in the carport for 15 minutes because she didn't want to walk out and hand me the paper. oh, and another thing, they did the oil change and never reset it, so it's still at 40%. It makes me wonder if they even did the oil change. I couldn't continue to drive my car knowing there was something wrong; it just didn't sit right with me. I brought it over to the town fair tire and told them my issue. They said they would check it out. I was told they over-torqued my lugs.! It was grinding for 5 days! I had them do the alignment and tire balance for $129! Peters Honda has gone downhill. Very unprofessional. Everyone there sits with a face like they have no idea what they're doing. I've been coming to this Honda for 6 years. I never mind paying the dealership maintenance prices. but they don't seem to know what they are doing anymore. it's just too bad.

Typical of so many dealers today is the markup scam. Posting a new civic si for mrsp and then when you call it is at least 2000 over mrsp! To top that off the saleswoman made out like it was a Porsche, "were only allowing serious buyers to test drive it" Not a great way to start a sales pitch. I wouldn't be calling if I wasn't interested. It is a sports compact just like a GTI or Wrx which by the way are selling at mrsp and you can test drive. I get that Honda has produced less si's than demand but bad dealers like this trying to take advantage of the said situation is horrible. Do not buy over mrsp as it just makes this situation continue. This is a dealership to stay far away from!!!!

Brought my 2022 CRV Hybrid into the service department today for a recall. Booking the appointment online was quick and easy, the waiting area is nice for getting work done, and my service advisor (Dave Lamb) was very efficient and friendly. Overall a great experience.

Bought brand new car with cash and was barely told anything about the vehicle have had some issues with the window and scratches on the vehicle that Honda refuses to seem to take care of or believe that was there before I purchased the vehicle. I ve took it to Honda in Nashua, and they even said that they window could not have been like that from anything in it. They re not sure what it could be, but there s no way that I could ve done it. It s scratches down the inside of the window. It s something I ve never seen before. All I know is that I made a mistake. I should ve never purchase a vehicle at this place. I should ve went somewhere else.

My first and only experience with Peters Honda of Nashua is awful and I will not ever return. I had scheduled two recalls and a hitch, wiring harness and transmission cooler installation for this morning. When I scheduled this over the phone two weeks ago, they asked if I wanted to wait with my car and I mentioned that I can t because I have a dog. They then offered me a rental. I accepted. Come in this morning to pick up the rental and drop off the car and the blonde lady behind the desk at the cashier area, with a snarky attitude, said that no animals are permitted in the rentals. Had I known this prior, I would have made other arrangements for my corgi, especially since I clearly indicated upfront two weeks ago that I had a dog which travels with me and that s why I couldn t wait.Do yourselves a favor and find a better dealership with friendlier people because this place is not that place.

Really unethical poor business. Crooked. Payed double what the car was worth was ripped off the car was worth 6000 they charged 12000 and in top of that they charged an additional 450 for work that should have been included and they did not do things they should have like scan the tires into the car computer did an incomplete inspection they should get their inspection license taken and business shut down very unethical dishonest from the beginning taken advantage of for being women overpriced charging double what the car was worth . God sees their crooked ways . God will judge .

Came in for an alignment. Afterwards, the steering wheel was crooked and it still pulled to the right. Brought it right back and had to wait another 1.5 hrs while they redid the alignment again. They also rotated the tires for the inconvenience. HOWEVER they destroyed my lugnut key, 4 locking lugnuts because they were installed with an impact. They were SO TIGHT that my impact gun at home wouldn't remove the lugnuts snd I had to use a cheater bar. This is the 3rd time and 2nd vehicle they've done this to that I've owned over the years. I will never go there for any sales, parts or service ever again. Too many lube jockeys working there now who are careless and sloppy in their work.UPDATE: Noticed that the driver's side front tire was wearing quickly and abnormally, plus the handling never seemed right. Another shop checked over and redid the alignment. This is where the alignment where Peters shop had left it! UNBELIEVABLE! Just goes to show that they don't care about their work! And charged me $179 for!

Very bad experience. I GAVE MY CAR for passenger mirror change and oil change. I received a text saying my car was ready...When i went for pickup.. my sales advisor is not there and i was asked to take my car. After going to the car. The cover looks like they replaced damaged piece. It had some scratches already and oil change was not done..the car had all dirt on my front mirror and banut... I went inside again and asked for help at front desk. They directed me to service station.. i went and spoke to Dan (employee) and asked him to check it out as my advisor left for the day already. After he looked at it he asked me to take picture and asked me to call tomorrow to the advisor to talk to him.. I told him i didnot carry phone and requested him to take picture... which he denied first but then took it. I asked for service manager and i was told that Joe (service manager) left for the day. I asked if i can officially/formally log a complaint on the whole issue. I was told that there is no formal paper to write a complaint and sked me to call to the number on the invoice. When i called the number, it again went to the font desk. I am going to talk to the manager first thing in the morning. I request the service manager to take the action immediately

After going to multiple dealerships I arrived at Peters Honda. Lincoln was professional, friendly, and wasn't pushy at all. He worked with me to find a certified pre-owned CRV that was within my budget. My family felt immediately it was 'the one.' Lincoln and managers went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase! My family recommended and I 100% understand why. Thank you Lincoln and the Honda team!

Even though I didn't ultimately purchase a car from Peters Honda (I was looking at the wholesale selection), Kary McEmery spent a lot of time with me, both on the weekend when I came in for a test drive and then over the phone about a week later. When the time comes to trade up I will definitely call Kary!

Was having a stressful time trying to locate a part code for a trim piece online. Spoke with the gentleman from honda parts and he got me the correct part number and paint code within maybe 5 minutes of speaking to him. 10/10

2023-08-05 they serviced a Honda CRV 2003. They replaced the Valve Cover Gasket. They never put back the 4 nuts for the screws that holds this bar. They also replaced the Driver's Power Window Master Switch. Nobody bothered to test it. It also needed a new window rail. When you close the window it leaves a 2 inch gap on the back side of the window.I put in written, typed letter, that it needed repairs on door locks and no one bother to ever check. The car was 3 days in the shop. $3,400 bill ( on other items) and now I have to go back due to all the above.Seems like nobody takes pride on their work.Heading there in hopes to find a Service manager that can explain and mitigate this poor-poor service. If what I can see, does NOT work how can I trust what I cannot see?

I had a great experience purchasing from Peters Honda, I went to 2 other local dealers and decided to go with Peters! Andrew Billingsley (great kid) was my salesman and didn t press me into purchasing anything, negotiated a sales price on the vehicle I selected and gave me more then I was asking for my trade in! No gimmicks on the website, everything accurately displayed! I hope others find this review useful and have the same experience!

We had to get a car quickly as our son s car died in Baltimore, half way to college. Paul Morrison and the Peters team worked with us very quickly to get us a deal that would work best for us, logistically and financially. They really focused on our needs and helped us find the right solution. We loaded it up and I drove it to my stranded son in Baltimore. Great team who reacted to my urgent needs with great care.

I bought a brand new 2016 Honda CR-V in 2017. After a year I've had nothing but problems. My battery keeps getting drained. Both of my front doors have had the internal guts replaced and the car is sitting in my driveway now because the battery is drained. It's a lemon and I should be compensated.

Once you have a down payment on a car they will ignore you. Very not customer friendly. Took over 3 months to get the original title for a car I had the money to buy upfront, originally said it would be 2 weeks, but kept increasing the time so I went and bought a different car and got a refund on my down payment. Was a terrible experience. Also had no warranty or any type of service agreement for an almost brand new car, which is sketchy. Kept saying we understand your frustrations, but as a customer I shouldn't have to deal with things like that. I am not sure what shady stuff was going on, but I won't ever be going back here, and the amount of lies I was told was inconceivable.

Title: Beware of Unfair Appraisals and Lack of Honesty at Peters Honda of NashuaI recently had a disheartening experience at Peters Honda of Nashua when attempting to sell my car. Unfortunately, their appraisal process left much to be desired, and their lack of honesty was evident throughout the encounter. When I brought in my car for an appraisal, I was met by a manager who displayed little friendliness or professionalism. After a brief inspection, he appraised my vehicle at a value more than 7k below what Kelley Blue Book had estimated. This blatant undervaluation left me feeling undervalued as a customer.Feeling unsatisfied, I decided to seek another dealership within a 10-mile radius of Peters Honda. To my relief, the other dealership not only treated me with respect and courtesy but also offered me a deal that was 6k higher than Peters Honda's appraisal.I cannot emphasize enough how crucial honesty is in any business, especially when it comes to appraising customers' belongings. It is evident that Peters Honda of Nashua lacks this important trait, which has undoubtedly left a sour taste in my mouth.I strongly advise potential customers to exercise caution when dealing with Peters Honda of Nashua. Their unfair appraisal practices and lack of transparency make them an unreliable choice for both buying and selling vehicles. Save yourself the frustration and seek a dealership that values their customers and practices integrity

I came in to get my tires swapped (winter to summer), and get new windshield wipers. In the process of trying to sell me add-ons, they messed with my air filters (told them no), I didn t realize until after I left that the A/C fan was ticking and catching on something. When I called, I got a text in response saying they already knew what the problem was (why wasn t it fixed before I left?). Very inconvenient to have to drive all the way back to get it fixed. Not to mention, I had to wait an hour for them to remedy it. They didn t offer me any form of compensation for my time or the inconvenience. I have been going to Peters for over 2 years, but I am very disappointed with the service I received today.

Was in the market for a vehicle, but wasn't sure what I wanted. I had a lot of questions, a lot of back and forth with the rep, and they could have just blown me off at any time thinking this guy isn't going to buy, but they stuck with it but weren't in my face. When I decided to pull the trigger, I got a much better trade offer than I had seen anywhere else. The Sales Rep, Joe Orlando, was fantastic. Not the typical car salesman. Very friendly and down to earth and not pushy. First deal sheet they came back with was better than I was looking for. Signed that night - very quick, very professional, great followup after the sale.

Our visit to Peters Honda last week to purchase a CRV was marred by a terribly rude manager who treated us very badly. After working with his sales associate to run the numbers and finalize a deal, the manager came over to our table and snatched the paper we had signed. He abruptly walked away, stating that he would not honor the agreement. We were left stunned and speechless, and the poor sales associate was clearly taken aback as well. We cannot in good conscience recommend this dealership to anyone. Peters Honda needs to learn how to treat their customers with respect if they want to maintain their reputation and avoid ruining their image.

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Kim Richards. The ease of the effortless process Kim provided me will go unmatched. I walked into Peters with no real idea of what I wanted or needed for my next car and walked out (after what felt like a few minutes) with a beautiful CPO Honda. Kim found me the perfect SUV that exceeded my expectations and lowered my monthly bills significantly. If you are looking for someone in the car industry for whatever you need Kim is 100% the person you should call!
