After an 8 hour drive terminating in Nashua, my car was making funky noises and my check engine light was on. It was later in the afternoon but PDM said I could drop my car off and they would take a look at it the next day. Next day they called and let me know what the issues were and recommended I take it to the dealer to try and get the repairs covered by warranty. They told me the car was drivable so I picked it up and they only charged me a minuscule amount considering the urgent nature of my request (needed to be able to drive 8 hours home at the end of the week) and once I was able to take it to the dealer, everything PDM diagnosed was correct and all covered by warranty!! I feel like other shops could have taken advantage of my urgent situation and lack of car knowledge but PDM took care of me and helped me find the best solution even though that meant they didn t get my business getting the repairs done by them. Any time I am back in NH I will gladly go to them with issues and recommend them to all of my friend!

Mike and Paul are genuine people and stand by their service.I trust them and their judgement. They aren't people to upsell or try to make an extra buck off you.I won't go anywhere else. I am a new customer, and just got my 2001 Honda Odyssey oil changed and state inspection at this location. I received excellent service. I would like to recommend this garage to anyone in the neighborhood. Here are the couple points I'd like to highlight.1. I was with Lake Street Garage Nashua for quite long time. As usual, I called the same phone # and made a reservation. I dropped off my car there early in the morning, and dropped my key in the box. Then later I realized that PDM took over the phone # and the customer base from Lake Street. So I drove there with my another key in the afternoon. Mike at the front desk told me no worry, and will take care everything for me. So he drove the car from old garage to his location, completed my service even I gave them my key very late that day, and then contacted the owner of Lake Street and got my key back. Thank you Mike for your the extra effort.2. As you can tell, I had 2001 Honda Odyssey. Yes, not a typo, 2001. Some other garage always trying trick me to get this and that replaced in order to pass the inspection. But this did not happen in Lake Street Garage, and not in PDM Auto Service as well. Mike told me that the car is getting old, but it is still in good condition for drive. Thank you Mike for your honesty.Services: Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

After number of experiences here for fairly small, routine things I can safely say that this is my preferred auto shop. It seems that they don't have the equipment in house to do some stuff but I've never had a need go unmet.For the first few years I was going here I would check to see how reasonably priced they were every time they wanted me to spend money.There's never been a discrepancy and nothing that they've ever done has led me to believe that I should ever consider going to another shop as long as Mike and Paul are doing their thing.I found these guys because they do a fancy undercoating that's pretty helpful on older vehicles and if you have one and are concerned about rust, consider it.

PDM auto has a friendly and responsive staff. They are reliable and have done great work on my car. I have gone to them for everything from an oil change to brakes and inspections, and each time they are speedy and have great rates that you can't beat. I would highly recommend visiting them the next time you need something done on your vehicle. Paul and Mike will take care of it!

Decelles has recently come under new management and I'm very pleased with the staff and service. Not only did they repair the things I knew to be wrong with my car, they also called me to discuss additional issues they found. Mike explained everything so I understood what was being done and my car was ready to be picked up at the time we agreed upon. Checkout was quick and easy, and my car runs much more smoothly.

Not the cheapest place around but not most expensive either. And what you can't put price on - is trust. Owner is most upstanding guy. I've been bringing my car there since he took over and I can not say enough about his honesty. He proved times and times again that he's on your side and not out to take you for your last penny. And he's a nice guy to talk too, upbeat and always greets you with a smile.

I have taken my cars to PDM exclusively for the last 7 years. I am impressed with their knowledge, and willingness to explain the situation. I have told my friends about PDM, and I think it is worth sharing on google maps. If you are looking for skilled honest mechanic, look no further.

Decelles is great and if you're looking for good mechanics, this is the place you'll find them! I've been going for 4 years (back when it was owned by Dave Decelle) and they always did a good, honest job. Dave sold the shop this past year and when I went in for my inspection, it surprised me that he wasn't there. Guess he's off bass fishing full-time now. = ) Wasn't sure if the new ownership would do the same quality work Dave did, but I am SUPER pleased with the man who bought the place and the crew he's hired.Paul Michaud is the new owner and the other mechanic in the shop is Mike. Both of them are honest, straight-forward, and give you all the information and pricing estimates they can before doing work on your vehicle.I'd known my truck wouldn't pass inspection for a couple of reasons and those were the reasons it failed. Nothing extra. They also looked at some trouble spots I asked them to check out and fixed them.Just a week ago, the battery in the truck died when I was out running errands. (Truck is a 2004 Ranger, original battery.) I called up Decelles and asked if I could drive it over after a jump. When I got there, it was clear they were busy, but Mike quickly dropped a new battery under the hood and the truck ran smoothly.I can't recommend this business enough - they're honest (and I'm a girl, so I know what it's like to have shops try to run you over with unnecessary repairs!), efficient, and clean. You can watch them work on your vehicle and they bring you out to show you what needs to be repaired and why. I'm moving 60 miles away at the end of the month, but Decelles will still have my business, simply because I am so pleased with their work. Thanks, Decelles!

Today my car was making a terrible noise. PDM got me in right away, and it turned out to be a simple fix, so they took care of it at no cost!Been going to PDM for a couple years and the service there is always fast, friendly and at a fair price.

These guys have always been great. Excellent customer service, reasonable pricing, and they really know their trade. Every time I need to have work done to my vehicle I take it to them.

I would recommend PDM 100%. I have taken my vehicles there for years and my family has too. The best automotive shop in the area by far. Great guys that you can trust. They do their best to steer you in the right direction. I am a retired mechanic of 22 yrs. I have no problem bringing my vehicle to them.

Really friendly and knowledgable staff , with reasonable pricing. Never had an issue and nothing but pleasant experience working with them.Family has had multiple cars serviced here and always good service. Never had an un-needed service pushed on me.

Always does an amazing job for a great price, my Santa Fe kept having problems and I was always bringing it back even though it was a pain to have for a car they always did what they could to fix it, I only have gone through this place they know what they are doing. Never had an issue with them.

Never feel overcharged. Usually deal with Mike behind the counter but the owner is a great guy too!

so, this business has new ownership and management, and i think its a great place....i had to have my power steering pump replaced and a new belt replaced....they were fast and did great work....they have awesome prices as well....i highly reccomend this shop to all my friends...
