Anybody have a problem scheduling an appointment on line?I felt the lady at the front desk didn t want to help me because I m black. That s just me and what I felt at the time. The manager Mike didn t even want to hear me out about it just saying we don t discriminate here. He threatened to end the conversation! End it because I expressed how I felt when I came there. Not to at least hear me out on how I felt when I went there is so disrespectful. He said he would fire anyone who discriminates. How would he do that when he won t even listen to what or how the customer feels. Nor would he believe the customer if it happened. So any prejudice people out there is safe working for Mike I m really disappointed in the service department.I m a travel nurse working 48 hrs a week. I made an appointment and have a confirmation email only to be told I don t have an appointment when I showed up because something is wrong with the website. Well take the website down till it s fixed!They did nothing to try to accommodate me but tell me it s a two hour wait. Didn t ask to see my confirmation email. Mike was ready to end the conversation when I mentioned I felt discriminated against. No I m sorry you feel this way, I assure we don t discriminate here. If he said that or something like that I would have made another appointment.I m ready to leave New Hampshire. Didn t think it would be like that.Sorry Mike! That s how I feel and I m entitled to it. You shouldn t disrespect or lessen someone s thoughts about how they were treated because you felt it didn t happen.

Absolute worst! Should not even get 1 star! The service advisor, Darlene, was the rudest person I have EVER encountered! Not only was she rude to me but also coworkers right in front of me! Luckily in between her attitude, complaints about the company and all the problems with the cars they sell, she advised me to go somewhere else if I was unhappy and I did just that. Funny seems like she should do the same I can t believe I almost bought a car from them and would ve been stuck with them servicing it. Yikes! Trust me Stay far far away from this place!

I had Darlene helping me with making an appointment for my car, she is the sweetest most patient customers service person I ve had to the pleasure of encountering. I look forward for the next time I m able to speak with her!!!:)

This is the worst car buying experience I have had since buying used cars in the 1980s. So much I'm considering taking my Eclipse Cross to another nearby Mitsubishi dealership for service. It's too bad because I built a good relationship with Nashua Hyundai service (same people) but other than having to pick up my registration there, I want nothing more to do with the Thompson Auto group.

The whole dealership is welcoming , the staff in the service department are super helpful and friendly. They know their stuff and take time to go over things clearly with you . Will always recommend this place.

Well I went from a 700 work to them telling me it's 12604.18 on a transmission work .that if they would to tell me they got a transmission for 9000 .I would of told them he'll no .the suv not worth more then 5 grand .so I just lost my suv to them cause I will not pay that I could of traded it for a newer year .and they never called me till end . Have fun with it never again will I go there

We just got the oil change done today. The wind shield washer fluid is totally empty and coolant tank is half empty. Also, there's no sticker on the windshield about the next service.What kind of a service is this? Work order says fluid is top off, like what fluid?

Darlene is the best! She always goes the extra mile and gets me in when I need to. She s always up front about costs and if there is a manufacturer or dealership deal going on she makes sure to apply it. I would be remiss if I didn t also mention Domingo, Dave, Jay, and Joe in Sales and Finance. They re always great to work with. They listen to what I m looking for and go out of their way to make it happen. These outstanding employees are why I continue to get vehicles from here. My family has a Mitsubishi and 2 Hyundais from here. We highly recommend this dealership!

Very happy with the attentive and care I experienced with Domingo, especially after coming from bad experiences with other local dealerships. He was a help from the moment we walked in and was so accommodating to my mother since there was a language barrier. He really treated her with the most respect and found her a car that exceeded all her expectations. Will highly recommend Domingo to my friends and family in the future. Couldn t be more thankful!

I had my car serviced at this place.I was so impressed over Darlene Duncan.She went way beyond to help me with my issues. She made extra calls to help me with issue I had about a certain protection plan I had previously bought at another dealership. She called to help me get an issue with another service Departments (in a different town ) resolved.She even came out from her lunch break after I still had some concerns about my tires.The mechanics was so nice also and took a ride with me to ensure I felt safe and explained my car.I couldn t ask for a better place to bring my car.This is the place to go if you want quality service.Darlene is awesome and so are the mechanics.

What an amazing place! Got my car in right away, found the problem no one else could find and had the parts ordered and here the next day. Employees were friendly and super helpful!! Highly recommend, will be going back for all my car service.

3 weeks ago, I arrived by myself and received a quote for a repair to my husband s car ..my husband arrives this week by himself to follow up and receives a quote for the SAME repair that is $700 LESS than what I was quoted. Disgusting and predatory.
