Peter s Nissan advertises a fast charger for electric vehicles on PlugShare, yet has the power turned off so no one can use it. So I drove to Nashua Kia and they made their charger available for public use! RHANK YOU! You saved me in a pinch and I ll definitely remember you when my lease is up and I m ready for my next vehicle. Thank you for supporting the EV community. It isn t going unnoticed!

I had the pleasure of working with Heidi during my recent visit to the dealership, and even though I ultimately didn't make a purchase, I felt compelled to share my positive experience. Heidi was not only extremely helpful but also remarkably knowledgeable about the cars on the lot. Her friendly and approachable demeanor made the entire process enjoyable, and she took the time to answer all my questions without any pressure. If you're in the market for a car, I highly recommend reaching out to Heidi for her expertise and outstanding customer service. She's a true asset to the dealership!

You need to put in deposit in ordered to get any test drive for Sportage Hybrid model when arriving. They do sell quickly . It's the only way during 2023. Thank you for their help , knowledge, and expertise . Happy New Year in 2024.

The whole environment was inviting and accommodating. I ve had my 2024 Kia sportage for about a month now and I am in love. This car was everything I was looking for and Gamalier made the process of buying so comfortable and easy I truly felt heard and respected through every step. Couldn t think of a better place to buy my first new car. Highly recommend!!

Great experience from start to finish. We stopped into Kia on a whim after researching other different makes, and visiting numerous dealerships over the past few months. Gammy and Heidi served us immediately. They addressed all of our concerns, and answered all necessary questions to help us make an informed decision before considering a purchase. Although the dealership does seem to be limited for staff, they were completely respectful of our time as well as the other shoppers. Everybody seemed to be having their needs met. We stopped in without making an appointment and we're still immediately provided with the knowledgeable and informative information -without feeling pressured. Following the purchase, they have taken the time to check in and make sure we were happy with our decision and understood the different features of the vehicle, etc.. Because I do so much research prior to purchasing anything, I was hesitant to stop in while being uninformed. Luckily, the sales team were great. I'm spoiled by the customer service I receive at Mercedes so other dealerships have paled in comparison. Gammy provided the same experience I would expect from higher a priced dealers. At this time, it is a dealers market, so I have walked out of quite a few places, agitated by being made to feel as if they were doing me a favor by allowing me to shop. I didn't get that feeling from this dealership. Not to mention, the Kia that we purchased offered a lot of bang for the buck. Worth checking out- it was a pleasant surprise!

Service department was great. Took care of my service bulletin easily. Courtesy shuttle took me to and from work while the car was worked on.

They have really good Kia Fortes. Test drive them, these cars drive smoothly and have really good gears. Very reliable and flawless cars. Had there Kia forte before, and they never tend to disappoint me. Would buy again!

Last week I randomly showed up to check out the new Kia sportages, Heidi immediately came outside and was so helpful and accommodating! This was my first time buying a car without a co-signer or someone there with me and she was so helpful and awesome! I didn t even think I d be able to get the car I wanted and even when the deal kept getting complicated she stayed on top of it and made the whole process as seamless as possible! 10/10 recommend Nashua Kia and Heidi! I was so happy driving away in my brand new 2023! Thanks girl!! :)

This is an odd dealership with some odd sales practices. They make you sign odd hand-written "napkin sketch" offers and quotes that have no meaning. They make you wait in service waiting rooms for sales people even though there are no other customers in the showroom. They don't answer their main phone line which then makes you leave voicemail messages in random people's mailboxes.I would've been fine with all that odd stuff (small potatoes/oddities) but now they tell me they don't offer legitimate written offers?! What dealer doesn't do that unless they're doing sketchy things or their offers are so bad they're embarrassed to show them.I recommend avoiding. However, there are worse dealers doing worse things. Heidi seemed nice- seems like a company problem and not a person problem.

Had to get a new car the day after Christmas as mine died for good. Great staff! Told them the car I wanted and what I can afford as a payment, and they made it happen!! Tyler was respectful and kept me informed of progress all through the process. Can't beat the warranty on these and my new (less than 10k miles) Soul drives SUPER smooth and is incredible on gas. Already have my first oil change scheduled

Best car buying Experience Ever! Our salesman Gammy was very professional and took all of our needs in account. We had to bring it back for an inspection sticker and they discovered a couple of recalls annd took care of them immediately. Also, they replaced the front brake pads, windshield wipers and gave it an oil change. Highly recommend this dealership.

Good experience at this Kia dealership. Learned that when we test drive a car, it must be accompanied by a salesman. Also, the test drive route was a limited 5 minute short route that limits the driving experience. No refreshments were offered (other dealerships had water bottles). There was a nearby Dunkin Donuts to get a drink. Negotiations were a lively 4 hour experience for leasing a car. First reduction of cost was $2600. Then $1000. Then $360. That is about $4000 reduction in 4 hrs. Declined offer (talk was pleasant, though), but with more research after the visit, more discounts are available at other dealerships. So, please do your homework before going to buying a car. It would save time and money.

I left my Kia here for service. What should have been a short service ended up taking almost 7 weeks. The service techs are all super nice, my issue is not with them. My issue revolves around:* No loaner vehicle* Dealer phone system disconnects you after 5 minutes on hold. Reaching this timer is almost guaranteed, as no one ever seemed to know where the car was or what was going on.* No updates - no calls back, no follow through on "we'll call you with an update"* For many weeks, the only info was "waiting on corporate"It is hard to know where things ended up going wrong, but it has soured me on the Kia experience.

This is the second Kia dealer we went to for the new Kia Carnival. Kia makes fantastic vehicles and this will be our third Kia in a row. Regretfully, lack of customer service and sales experience makes buying a Kia a disappointing experience. After speaking with the sales person on the phone and texting during the day we thought we found the Kia we wanted at the price - $36K. Got a babysitter and took time off work to drive over and see/buy it. When we started to talk business the price went up to $44K. While I appreciate that dealers can set whatever price they want above sticker - $44K is asinine for LX model when down the street the SX models are selling for $43K. But that's not the point. The only thing the sales person had to do was communicate and set expectations for his customer, us, before we paid for a babysitter and took time off work and drove down to the dealership. It's sales 101 - manage customer expectations. My recommendation would be to skip Nashua Kia and seek another dealer.

Kia of Nashua took great care of me. My car sales Rep was Ty. I had gone to a lot of local car dealerships before going to this dealership.Ty was super patient with me. He answered all my questions and did not push as some of the other car sales reps at other dealerships had done. Ty did everything he could to find me exactly what I needed including getting my Kia Soul delivered from an other dealership. He worked hard to get me a great deal. Highly recommend. Test driving with him was like test driving with my brother. And that's a good thing : ) Low key and very knowledgeable about his products. Go see Ty. He will make sure you get the right vehicle at the right price with the features you are looking for in a car.

So I want everybody to know that me and my wife went to Kia of Nashua, met a sales rep named Heidi, and I honestly have to say that this woman went above and beyond to help us when all the odds were against us, she made us be able to get approved and into our dream car. She made sure that we got the best deal possible. She made sure that we were comfortable and through everything she helped me and our family out the best sales rep ever! So thank you, Heidi and Joe for your help you guys were above and be on expectations and wonderful thank you for everything!

I went looking for a Kia Soul in MA at different dealers. They were all trying to sell me what they had on the lot. I was in New Hampshire when I stopped in Nashua Kia. I was just looking around to see what they had in stock.Yuri came over to assist me and to show me around. Once he knew what I was looking for. He showed me the Soul EX in his show room. Went for a test ride and like it very much. Yuri worked with me and made that car a reality.I enjoy driving my new car and would recommend speaking to Yuri at Nashua KIA.

Recently moved here from NY and the service department in Nashua is better than any NY location I've gone to!!! Both Mike & Sam were extremely helpful, able to have my service contract transferred over properly, and had me in & out of there in a flash. Thanks for brightening my day and making sure my car is in tip-top shape!! Can't wait to come back.

Had a great experience buying a car from Heidi. I would highly recommend working with her if possible. The sales manager started out with an offensive set of numbers, which was not helpful. So we walked out. Heidi reached out a few days later and we worked with her to close the deal.

I began coming here for service on my 2016 Optima last summer after dealing with extremely long wait times and uncomfortable service at Gervais Kia since I bought the car there. I was very impressed by the speed of service and friendliness of the service staff. The majority of the time my car is able to be seen within a week of calling and I'm never waiting very long most of the time. Even though I live in Mass, it's well worth it coming here for my service needs and don't feel overcharged like I did at Gervais.

I called Nashua Kia and spoke to Ryan in the Parts department. I had enquired about how to install the license plate on the front of my Kia Sportage. After he provided a general answer I asked him if he could help me with it if I brought the car and plate in to the dealership, which he was totally fine with. A week later I brought it in and he helped me install the plate (it had to be drilled into the bracket). Great experience that I felt should be called out. Will certainly go to Nashua Kia for future servicing needs.

I waited until the entirety of my purchase was complete to provide a review. In July, we contacted Nashua Kia because they had a car we wanted showing available for purchase. We saw it a few days later, it had not yet gone through cleaning or inspection (under warranty), but we put down a deposit and they told us we could get the car fully finished in a week.We contacted them a week later for an update, they said they'd call right back. We called them a week after, and they said there was a part needed, but it would be a couple of days, and they'd definitely call us. It ended up being a full month before we could get our car, and not once did anyone ever contact us as they promised. Then, we made an appointment to pay for the car and pick it up, and *after* we had paid for it, they let us know "oops" the guy who does the sticker isn't here so we need to come back. We aren't local so this was very frustrating. We were also notified after purchase that they couldn't find the second key, so they would have to let us know when a new key was available. We called once a month to follow up, and were told in *October* that no one had ever placed the order, but they'd get right on it for us. We called again in November, and it was still not available, but were promised it would be ready soon. We called on Tuesday, December 27th, found out it had come in and no one had contacted us, but we could make an appointment for the next day to get it configured. So there you have it. It should have been a straightforward purchase, but it took 5 months to finish.2 stars because we like the car and no one was outwardly rude. I get that it's a pandemic, and everyone is understaffed/overwhelmed, but if you don't know the answer to a question, don't lie, and if you don't intend to call back, don't say you will. It wasn't just one employee, so it seems like a larger issue.

Bought a new stinger. It came with remote start. After about a month the remote start stopped working. Have been to the dealership 3 times to get it fixed. By the 3 rd time there I October they said they had to order a part which they said would be in by around Christmas. The part finally came in second week of January. Just spent 2 hours at the dealership and it is still not fixed. They have no idea why it won t work. For the amount of money I spent on this car why can they not just put in a new starter. And if this all is not aggravating enough, when the part came in they never called to tell me I have to keep calling them.

Where to begin? First off yes we did end up purchasing a vehicle despite many misgivings because this was the only place in a 3 hour range that had the model my son was looking for. That being said, the description on the webpage had some errors and several of the options were not on the vehicle when we arrived to look. No deal breakers so we kept engaging. The website also listed for $4000 LESS than what they sell for on the lot and when asked about this, they sell above MSRP due to market demand . They then list value that they include to show why it s worth it including a $499 charge for wheel locks when they were included in the MSRP list for $60. On top of this, they provide an incentive for your trade but then bottom out your trade value by that amount so that you only get what every other dealer has offered when you add the incentive. Lastly, we had a pre approval for a loan with a 5.44 rate but they stated that if we used it we would not be able to leave with the car because it s a draft check and wouldn t clear to give them the funds for 2-4 days. We d have to go home and return. An additional 6 hour round trip! So we let them check their 35 financial institutions and the best rate they could find was 6.99. Makes a difference. My son was set on this vehicle and after much discussion we proceeded but I would NEVER return to this dealer again and Kia may be making money off their many sales but should be embarrassed by how they are being represented.

Amateur hour and questionable ethics! Would have given zero stars but that's not an option. My wife and I stopped in to look for a replacement lease. The salesperson, obviously inexperienced, was somewhat helpful, but his answers were vague and not very helpful. The only reason we moved forward was that they had the model/color combination that my wife wanted on the showroom floor. The lease rates weren't great, and there were some warning flags during that part of the negotiations, but we put a "refundable" deposit down on a car that was due in to their dealership the following week. I should comment on the warning flags... The model in the showroom, which was sold, had numerous scratches everywhere we looked. We also noted cosmetic problems with a car that was about to be delivered outside. My impression was that they were trying to figure out if they could "buff it out" before the customer showed up. After test driving the car, we scheduled a time to finalize the deal. I figured once we had the car we could always take it to another Kia dealership for service. When we arrived at the scheduled time (2 days after the test drive), we found that our car was not fully prepped, had a large scratch, hadn't been inspected, and the finance manager was too busy chit-chatting with other employees and kept us waiting impatiently. They had plenty of excuses as to why the car was in such poor condition, but by that time we decided to back out of the deal. Very unprofessional and rude is the best way to describe the employees that we encountered. We're glad we walked away because we ended up at Quirk Kia in Manchester a few days later and leased a larger vehicle for less money. That proved that Nashua Kia was "padding" the lease rates as well. And lastly, we're still waiting on our refund.

Unfortunately my experience this time around I did not have a good experience. I walked out feeling they were trying to take advantage of me. I had a car they supposedly wanted and would have been willing to trade in for the right deal. They supposedly offered "more" for my vehicle and had the car I would have been willing to purchase $10000 over asking. Unbeknownst to them I spoke to someone a few weeks earlier who told me a totally different price, and I saw the actual price it was before they decided to raise it. It feel like to me they are trying to make up for lack of inventory, which in return they lost a loyal customer who will never do business with them again. On the other hand, Heidi was very nice and professional...she definitely deserves better.

I went to Kia after speaking with Heidi and was very cautious about buying another car after just buying one six months ago from a AutoFair and having to go through six months of the car being in the shop and still couldn t fix the problem but Heidi was very understanding and up front and explained everything to me, Heidi and joe got me into a 2020 Kia Sorento. Me and my family are very grateful and happy they are amazing people. Definitely will refer them to other people. 5 stars to both Heidi and Joe
