Got my car back and not only was the damage fixed but it was cleaned inside and out! Mike is THE best and very helpful. He went out of his way to help me and deal with my insurance. Would recommend this place to anyone

Mike was such a pleasure to work with! From start to finish, he was extremely helpful and even called enterprise to ensure my rental was on the way. What a great body shop. They are super friendly and easy to work with for car repairs. They billed my insurance company directly. The best part is they got the job done early; instead of 4 days, it was done in 2 days. Thank you Nashua Collision Center. Highly recommend!

After being told my car was going to not be able to be fixed until after Christmas by other shops, I gave Nashua Collision Center a call and they were able to get me in early November. They were super helpful and kept me in contact the entire time and walked me through the process. I can't recommend this place more, they took incredible work of my Volvo and now it looks brand new all before the holidays!

Super friendly and helpful staff, fair pricing, and good quality work. They even were willing to shuffle a few things so I could get my car back in time for work, and they left my car cleaner than when I dropped it off!

I can t praise this shop enough, the estimate process was super easy and they worked directly with the insurance to get this done very quickly. I dropped the car off and was given a ride to get my rental. Car was in the shop for about 2 days and they had returned it looking brand new. They also washed and cleaned out the inside of my vehicle. I was not expecting that and it was a pleasant surprise. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and I would recommend you give this shop a call.

Had the best experience I have ever had since high school over 30 years and I had to have repairs due to an accident. Between Mike, the Insurance Company and Rental company I had no worries at all they kept me well informed. picked my car up today and it did not look like it was in an accident one small cover they are waiting on but that will not be in until June and then just phone call and they will snap it on. I do not recommend getting in an accident but this is the place to go.Services: Tires, Painting, Body & Trim

The folks at Nashua Collision Center are courteous and helpful. They explain things clearly. We will be having work done on our car there in two weeks. The fact that they are authorized by our insurance company to do the repair estimate simplifies the entire process. It makes the best of an unpleasant situation.-- Now after my car repairs, I am even more enthusiastic about Nashua Collision Center. They are a great bunch of folks. I had some scarps from a separate minor accident, and they took care of them at no additional charge. Very friendly, helpful, and competent people. I can't say enough good things about them!

The friendliness and responsiveness from the happy sounding people on the phone is really a pleasant rarity to experience these days. I was kept informed of the status of my accident repair, and was very pleased with the result. They even cleaned the inside of my car! This repair shop was recommended by State Farm and they were fantastic to work with. From start to finish they were ultimate professionals. I was able to call and make an appointment. It took approximately 15 minutes from start to finish to get an estimate. They were able to schedule my actual repair for later that month. They also let me leave my rental car there and called Hertz to pick up my rental. Overall a fantastic experience.

I contacted this shop for car repairs, got a quote, dropped off my vehicle for a two day repair. On the day I was to pick up car I called to make sure it would be ready when I was told it wouldn't. Wait! Why didn't anyone call me? Well they didn't even touch my car after it sat there for two days.Mike told me over the phone there was damage to my hood. WHAT? I had a small dent on my fender. He told me the hood wouldn't close and he couldn't give me the car back.I drove over there during lunch and asked him to show me what he was talking about and he then said the hood was fine. (It should be it had nothing to do with why my car was there). Then he said I wasn't going to like it, but my car needed an entire new fender, but they had to order it and he didn't know when it would be in so I had them give me my car back since I need one to get to work. He then said he would order the fender and call me to let me know when we could have the work done and he graciously offered to have a rent a car there for me to use since I was already inconvenienced for two days.Anyway, can't help but feel like the story kept changing and here it is going on 3 days later and I still have not heard anything.I will be taking my business elsewhere just out of frustration. I cannot comment on the quality of their work because they did not work on my car.I am disappointed that I have to start all over and that I chose this place due to the good reviews.

Mike and his team are absolutely the best shop around. He fixed my 2018 Audi S4 and it looks completely brand new. Awesome job, and working with him and his staff is a breeze. Great customer service, if you need body work done bring your vehicle here.

We've dealt with Nashua Collision Center in the past, so when my car was damaged on a parking lot a few weeks ago, going there again was an easy choice. The only inconvenience was to wait a month for an appointment - yes, they're that popular. It was well worth the wait though. Besides, instead of 10 days to fix it as our insurance company estimated, the job was done in 3 days. Mike and his team not only did an excellent job with the car, they took care of all communication with my insurance company and the car rental company. As Mike said giving me the key, "Don't come back to us - but feel free to send friends and relatives". We sure will!

New Audi A4, rear-ended and my concerns were loss of value and getting the work done right. Recommended by the dealer, I dropped by and met Mike and the ladies in the office. Super nice, responsive, shared my concerns and provided good coaching. They set expectations right, over-delivered and were really professional, pleasant to work with. Oh yeah, the car came out fabulous. Really well done, very pleased and couldn't have asked for a better result or better experience. My #1 pick for any body work you need to do.

My car repair was covered by collision insurance and I opted to use one of the agency's recommended repair facilities, Nashua Collision Center. From the time I went for the initial estimate till the time I picked my car up, every person at NCC treated me with courtesy and great customer service. They gave me a ride when the car rental agency said they couldn't be there until later in the morning, and they returned the rental car for me. Everything was handled in a professional but also a caring manner, if that makes sense. My car was even cleaner than when I brought it in as they vacuumed the interior for me. The staff went above and beyond as far as I am concerned!

Our 20yr old daughter slid on ice and hit a telephone pole and did quit a damage to the NEW mini cooper. It was painful. I drove it over to Nashua Collision (bad idea) to get it dropped off. Nikki offered to get a rental for me but I declined since I already have a car at home. She did all the paperwork and got in contact with my insurance. I was planning on Ubering home but she offered to get me dropped off by one of the employee instead. The car took almost 3 weeks to get back but their work is amazing. It looks and feel like when we bought it. Thank you. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Extremely happy with Nashua Collision. Mike has the utmost integrity. When looking for a body shop, beyond their ability to do a great job, you need someone you can trust and Mike is that guy. My repair had several instance where I needed to make a decision and knowing I could call Mike and get his honest advice was invaluable. I highly recommend his shop.

Thank you to Mike and the folks at Nashua collision. My girlfriend recently got into an accident with rear end damage and without hesitation I chose Nashua collision. This wasn't our first time using them, they always come through with the highest level of customer service and integrity and all their work. The car came out amazing and you could never tell it was in an accident. Truly exceptional!

Honda accord rear bumper replaced recently, well done, very pleased and couldn't ask for a better result. They treat their customer with honesty and sincerity. Highly recommend for any body work you need to do.

I usually don't write reviews (this might be the 3rd in my life to date) but this was very disappointing. I had work completed on my car a couple of years ago and when my car started to make an odd noise I thought I would reach out to this business for their assistance once again. The first time around they were pretty fast and seemed to do a competent job however, after inquiring if they might be able to take a look at my car this time around the representative who answered my call accused me saying its their fault due to the previous work done. I didn't once think that! I was hoping for an expert in the industry to help advise me in the right direction so that I can drive a safe vehicle. She was completely rude, unattentive, and frankly, not helpful in any way. I do not plan to bring any business here again and would not refer my friends and family just to have them deal with representatives like this.EDIT after owner reply: I did not ask anyone to make any noises over the phone. She asked me what kind of sound my car was making and I informed her I'm really not a car person and I genuinely do not know if its a screeching, rubbing, clunking,... whatever type of sound. I mentioned it sounded worse when I used my breaks. Honestly, this just further demonstrates the lack of professionalism from this business as the reply is taking zero responsibility and instead is trying to make me, as potential business, seem arrogant, rude, and childish. I went to you because I was seeking expertise and advision. Instead I got disrespect and subpoor service all around.

Mike is a real nice guy, it's too bad that his sister had to be involved with my quotes for repair. She is not a people person and in my opinion shouldn't be dealing with people if that's the attitude she is going to have with her customers. They must be so busy to be able to turn away the 3 vehicles I wanted to have repaired. No matter how major or minor the work. Work is work and obviously they are so busy they don't need the business. Good for them to be so busy in such trying times in the world. 2 stars is all for Mike.

We were introduced to Mike and the team at Nashua Collision when our 2007 Acura TL was almost totaled in a rear end collision. Sunnyside Acura recommended them and we were very pleased with the work. It was done on time and looked like it came straight from the factory. We hung onto the Acura for 4 years after the accident and there was never a problem with the repair. No peeling, discoloration or rattles ever appeared. Since then, we have had Nashua Collision work on several of our other vehicles and the work has always been top notch.Their prices are fair, they work well with insurance and the results look like factory new. We can't recommend them enough.
