When we had our car inspected (and got an oil change), we were told it would need exhaust/muffler work before our next oil change. Took it to Midas. They did a thorough check. Exhaust system is fine. And not even a charge for doing the diagnostics. These guys are straight shooters. I highly recommend them.

Tristan took care of me great service and quick, didn t try to upsell at all only took care of what was needed fast and easy. Would recommend 10/10 and will be back for return work anytime I need work on my car, with a oil change and rotation for only 70 dollars full synthetic you can t beat it

We ve been taking our cars to the Burlington Midas for a few years now and have always felt well taken care of. I appreciate that they take pictures of any damage or issues they find and are very willing to talk through all our questions. In this last visit to Midas, Lance was very helpful in making sure we not only had our car maintenance and repairs done right, but he worked with us to find the best tires in our price range that had an excellent warranty. He was extremely patient and knowledgeable. Also, Midas guarantees brake pads for life! We will be back for all our car work! This is my 3rd or 4th time using this Midas location s services, and I have been pleased every time! The team is professional, kind, accommodating and fair. They do great work and have taken very good care of me! I ve been distrusting of mechanics in the past and this location has true integrity and customer service. Midas on Amherst street in Nashua NH did an amazing job getting my car fixed quickly. Tristan was an absolutely gem to speak with on the phone and talked with me through all of the things that needed to be fixed!

It was easy to make an appointment online (I booked two days prior). When I arrived, I was greeted promptly. I told the technician the issue I was experiencing with my car. I asked if they could also do an oil change. Luckily, they were able to accommodate the additional request. Within an hour, my vehicle was serviced, including the oil change. The technician added a $20 discount from the website for the oil change, before I even asked about it (I had the coupon saved on my phone ahead of time, just in case). Went for an oil change, car came off the lift with only half of its required oil. Person who rang me out told me i couldn t use a coupon because my oil filter costed more than it should have and he didn t charge me for the difference . Would have been cheaper to go to the dealership. Put their stupid miles until next oil change sticker right on top of my tint. I don t plan on ever going back. Careless people, careless company.

I tried out many different shops in the area before landing here. I hope I save you the trial and error process, and hopefully some money. These guys are friendly, honest, and get back to you. You won t get taken advantage of here, and they don t make you feel like an inconvenience like other places around. Carl is fantastic and very friendly. I bring all of our cars here for everything. They have made a returning customer out of me and I highly suggest checking here first. Free coffee and drinks while you wait.

I get the best customer service every time I come here, and today was more of the same. Jeremia was great to work with and very helpful and fun to chat with about motorcycles. I recommend them to anyone and everyone. Very friendly people all around.

I am a first time customer. After getting a flat tire and needing it fixed immediately I called/drove to 5 different places. I was told they had no time to fit me in or was told it was going to take an hour and a half to plug my flat tire. I arrived here around closing time and receive excellent customer service by the two gentlemen working. They fixed my tire in 20 minutes. They were kind and not bothered by the fact there was another customer right before closing. They treated me and my children with such kindness. I would highly recommend them and I will be returning for service at this location.Service: Tires

It was 3pm on Sat July 3 when we started hearing terrible grinding from the rear brakes on our 2016 Honda Odyssey. Since we had a 4 hour drive coming on Sun July 4 we really needed them fixed that afternoon. After calling several shops that were closed or closing soon, we tried Midas on Amherst St in Nashua NH.Dan who answered said they were there until 6 and sure if we could get there by 4 they would take care of us. We quickly headed there and were greeted very kindly.They took the car in and checked it out and as suspected, it needed brake pads and rotors.Billy called various shops to get the parts and it was hard to find the rotors. He was even willing to drive to Hudson to pick some up but was able to find a shop that would send some over.While we waited we had a very nice time talking to them about growing up in the area and passed the time quickly.Although we were the last customers of the day we never felt we were inconveniencing them.The work was done quickly and they even provided a few discounts!We were on our way before 6 and now feel confident for our drive tomorrow!Many thanks to Dan and Billy and the crew at Midas on Amherst St in Nashua NHI will be sure to use them and other Midas shops for future work!!!Service: Brakes

The workers are nice and professional! I recently had my car shipped in from Louisiana and needed my rear breaks replaced according to the dealership!They performed a brake inspection and told me my brakes are in good shape!I truly appreciate their honesty and time for helping me with this matter!!!Service: Brakes

Bill was wonderful! Extremely knowledgeable and helpful! He had a calm and even keeled approach which made for an enjoyable experience for myself and all the customers I encountered during my visit! The shop was clean and comfortable and he took the time to explain any questions other customers had regarding their vehicle. His staff was courteous and everyone wore masks! Thanks Bill we will certainly return!!

I originally went there because I saw a commercial for oil change sale. As a woman, I don't like going to new garages that I don't know. Usually they assume I know nothing and try to sell me repairs I don't need. NOT HERE! Ian was behind the counter when I walked in (with no appointment) and bent over backwards to help me. He didn't have time right then but gave me a later time to come back. When I did he discussed my options and we decided together on the services I was getting. Bill walked in shortly after my appointment and was just as friendly and kind! We all sat around talking and joking like old friends. When my service was done I didn't receive a large list of repairs that I knew I didn't need, only 2 issues that I was aware of that were not safety issues. I was extremely impressed by the service I received, the amount of time it took to receive it and the price I paid. I will DEFINITELY be back and will tell others about my experience.

one of the service advisors interrogate you about an accessory. not there for an inspection so why they even worried about it? They'll make you feel uncomfortable that s for sure

This weekend we Discovered that we had a nail in our front tire having lost faith in the dealership that that sold us the tires We were hopeful that the reliable Midas shop That we trust with brakes and transmission work could help. They did it quickly and free of charge! I have been to this Midas location on six occasions and each time they exceeded my expectations. Doing business with Bill and the other associates at this location has been an absolute pleasure. I bought a beater car from a dishonest and deceitful dealership to last me through school and they took on every issue as they were revealed. Bill made sure I understood what was wrong and what they were doing about it in a way that I could understand. They've done a lot for me over the past month and most notably, when my A/C was deemed unrepairable at a reasonable cost, did everything in their power to make it up to me. I'm going for one final visit (fingers crossed haha) in a few days to get some final repairs done and a clean bill of health worthy of an inspection sticker. They've certainly earned themselves a regular customer and I can not thank them enough for the work they've done on my first car.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Bill the store manager at Midas on Amherst Street in Milford is just wonderful and professional and made me feel so comfortable and safe! I am very grateful and lucky that they are open and willing to help with my oil change! Had great conversation and felt like I have known him for many many years!!! I am definitely making this location my permanent oil change home!!! Thank you again so much Bill!!! Everyone who needs works done on vehicle come on over they are waiting for you!!!

Excellent customer service. Both informative and affordable. Carl, Norman and Tyler are exceptional with their professionalism and kindness.Went in for a full synthetic oil change on my 2017 Camry. Upon driving off the lot, my engine sounded louder than when I brought it in. Turned out they didn t secure the air filter the first time, so I did have to bring it back, and the oversight was rectified promptly.Please give your engine a good rev before leaving the lot. Otherwise a satisfactory experience.

I cannot thank Midas enough for the help they provided to me today. After dealing with a less than reputable mechanic who sold me bad, used tires (one ended up blowing at the sidewalls), the team at Midas helped me get new quality tires on my car that same day. I was in a tough spot financially, and they even went the extra mile to help me get financial assistance and discounts for the new tires. They were thorough and clear about the options they had available, and were extremely professional during the process. They took the time to explain the type of tires that were available, and what would work best for my car and me. They are a good group of people, and I never felt pressured the entire time. They even made me laugh a lot to help me forget my worries!The whole process was VERY quick, and I got all my tires changed within the hour. I will definitely be coming back to Midas the next time I need new tires! 5/5 stars!

I love this Midas on Amherst Street! I brought my truck here for u-joints to be installed on the driveshaft. The manager gave honest diagnostics, estimate, and wait time. There's a place to sit, which at this location is very pleasant. My vehicle was completed on time and the price was fair. Next time I need mechanical work, I will go to Midas on Amherst Street.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Body & Trim

Bill and his team run a professional store. Our family makes appointments to bring our vehicles in for oil changes and state inspections. The appointment times have always been honored and the website offers good coupons on a number of services, including a 'buy 4 get one free' standard oil change program. The couple of times that an issue had been found on a vehicle, the mechanic explained what was wrong and took us out to the bay to show us the situation. One time we decided to fix it ourselves and the other time, we asked Midas do the work. The rates are reasonable and they do a good job. Will keep coming back!
