I needed Exhaust work, shocks, brakes, and Tires due to a Failed State Inspection at the Chevy dealership next door.Matt beat the price of the dealer and I felt allot more comfortable with him I picked up my truck 2 days later and brought it back to Chevy for the Sticker and they were impressed with the work that was done, the parts that were used.I will forever recommend Matt at Midas for taking care of me quickly, professionally, and I didn t have to pay a dollar. I have less than stellar credit and he got me 0% for 12 months on a $3800 invoice!! Thank You Matt and the guys for your help I will be back for all of my routine Maintenance!!

I typically hate going to car places to get my car fixed. This time, however, I was happy to be recommended to go to Midas for my services. Matt greeted me with a very professional attitude. He put me at ease with getting work done on my vehicle. I will returning for future services. Very satisfied customer.

Matt was amazing! I came in at the last minute with my windshield wiper motor not working properly. He was able to fix it efficiently and was very timely and kind. Definitely recommend Matt to anyone that needs their car serviced!

I would like to say thank you so much I'm taking care of my emergency if it weren't for you guys I would have missed the plane Fair tire I am not at all content or happy with their service I bought my tires there All I needed was to them check when tired I got there at 11:00 and they told me at 4:00 4:30 that could take care of me even though I said I had an emergency they still could not resolve my problems so I give thumbs up to you guys that right away you help me out and my emergency thank you guys I will not forget your service and your kindnessService: Tires

Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service, management, and experience. I took my vehicle to Midas for an oil change (due to a promotion they were having) & state inspection.When I got there, I was told my vehicle didn t qualify for the oil change promotion because it took extra quarts of oil than most vehicles . Furthermore, my inspection failed for the front brake pads/rotors. I was told to bring it back within 10 days and they ll re-inspect it for free. During this time, I had my brakes done by a Firestone shop and was told by the mechanic that the it shouldn't have failed because the pads were above 3MM and the Midas shop was just trying to take advantage of me. I still got them done because I needed to pass inspection.I bring it back to Midas for the inspection within the 10 day allotted time and they tell me they have to CHARGE ME AGAIN for the inspection even though management said I wouldn t have to pay to re-inspect it.Very dissatisfied with the service I received & the poor communication and transparency of this shop location in Nashua.

I went in for a state inspection and found out that my car needed some important repairs. I know people are usually skeptical of being told you need all this work to their car however this came with pictures of the issues sent and documented to my by phone so I could see the damage to the parts needed. I went ahead with some of the quoted work and they had it done in a day. Matt was a huge help and transparent about everything. Wil be using them again.

Man at the front desk is very rude. Tried to make me pay more for my oil change due to the year of my little sedan car. Never have paid for full synthetic. Always conventional. Coupon was online on Tuesday, suddenly gone by Wednesday - when I brought it up, he had a snark remark about it. Not interested in a response from this company, with rude staff like that, wasting my time trying to reason is not what I care about. But I will voice my reasons for never returning to this company (or atleast this specific store!) again. It felt like this man thought he could get extra money out of a young girl that most likely didn t have much experience with cars. I don t know a lot about cars, but I know the price was ridiculous and the year of my car was not the reason for it. Took it to Valvoline and the year of my car was not a concern.

Great service here! The owner/manager Jose is genuine nice man. Was in and out in a timely manner. Even with a rude customer starting problems for no reason he handled it with such grace. Will definitely be back for my next oil change

Scam artists! Made an appointment for Monday at 10 am for an inspection. Dropped my car off the day before. Called around 12 to see if it was ready. Told the plow buried my car and they were shoveling it out now and taking it in. Ok understand that. Took half a day off work, had a friend pick me to get grab the car. No word by 3pm. Called again said they would call right back. Called said I failed inspection needed a new flex pipe for my exhaust and 2 back control arms. Completely rusted thru. Funny because i replaced one 2 yearz ago!Quoted 1800. Said no thanks ill go to my regular mechanic and on my way to get the car.Was told it still wasn't ready and would be at 4pm. Got there a little before 4 pm and my car was still in the garage. Finally got my car and made a joke to the guy sorry you had to dig my car out he says oh it was nothing took a few minutes.Guy at the front desk gave attitude about how long it took. All day!! When trying to ask the mechanic a question got attitude and he walked away.Went to my normal mechanic and there was absolutely nothing wrong and passed inspection. I even told them what midas said and they said absolutely not your car is fine.I would not go there they are just a rip off!

I have been here twice and got help from Jos�, he was absolutely amazing and was 100% truthful when my own dealship tried to tell me I had an issue with my transfer case and it would cost me over $1500. Jos� checked my car and told me that it was okay and didnt even charge me to look for me. He is a very honest and amazing guy!

I must admit, at first the counter person was slow to input auto information and asked for my plate number too many times.. I was on a tight schedule, but to my surprise, Jose, ended up being really pleasant, efficient & informative. I ll be returning for future visits!!!

The staff at Midas were incredibly helpful. It took some time to get my parts but they made sure to update me every so often so I didn t feel like I was waiting unnecessarily. Super polite and personable. They did a GREAT job trying to get me in and out for an inspection. Recommend this business for any service! Thank you Midas.

I had an exceptional experience at Midas, the front desk was run by the owner (an extremely kind gentleman), he was extremely professional with me and kept me in the loop for when my car would be next and when the work would start on it. While a few of us waited for our cars to be done he would make small talk and made us feel like more than just a paying customer. I ve NEVER had a good experience with auto body shops before, till now. I ll definitely be coming back and I ll be recommending this location to friends and loved ones. Brought my car here for state inspection. Nothing seems to be wrong with my car, and it's relatively new, 2019 Subaru Crosstrek.They come back to me saying the control rod bushings need to be replaced, brakes and there's a lake in the exhaust, and that is going to cost $1,500.I decided I can do my brakes and exhaust myself, but I let them do the control rod bushings, for $700They replace the bushings, I take it home and replace my brakes and exhaust, and call to make an appointment to get it re-inspected. Phone tells me it's going to be either free if they did some work on it, or $25 to get re-inspected, but it will likely be free.But alas, when I show up, he says it would be another $50! Incredibly annoying, so I'm bringing this somewhere else.Also, replacing the brake pads, the old ones still looked like they had a year or two of life left... Incredibly annoying.Edit:Yeah, I brought this to a different mechanic, they said the brakes look fine (didn't have to replace/change anything) -_-

What a joke this place is. I got new tires put on my car yesterday. I go in today for an all wheel alignment, the owner tells me he can t do the alignment. Shows me an estimate for $3,500 dollars. Then he still charged me $100 for the alignment he never did. I go to another shop down the street, showed them the Midas estimate they inspected my car and said there s absolutely nothing wrong with it. Then I go to town fair tire and get my alignment done for $89.00. Midas is a complete scam. Carlos the owner is a joke.

Honest work. Fair prices. Pat was friendly and knowledgeable. My car needs control arm bushings replaced. Instead of overcharging me for parts, Pat suggested I call Monday for an appointment that will allow time for just as reliable, and more affordable parts.4 stars because the technician left grease prints all over the interior (seats, consol, doors stearing wheel). Paper mats were not used and now I have grease on the small section of floorboard not covered by my mats.

These people are not honest and they scam people, recently my boyfriend when to get his inspection done, however they didn't pass him supposedly because he needed new brakes.when another mechanic took a look, it turned out his brakes where fine, they both whent to ask why they failed his inspection if his brakes where in great condition, they refused to show ether of them what Midas claimed was wrong with his breaks. He ended up taking it to the dealer ship to figure out what was going on and surprise his brakes where in perfect condition and Midas almost scamed him for brakes ,on top of the $300+ he spend on changing both air filtes and tire rotation. Highly unsatisfied and Untrustworthy place to get anything done. I would think twice before going.

I called in the morning and made a same day appointment for a state inspection at 1:00 in the afternoon. I had to take time off from work and arrange childcare etc and the guy on the phone said it would be done within the hour. When I showed up for the appointment they said it couldn t happen then and were blaming a guy at the call center for making the appt. If I was a walk in, I would understand but definitely stinks that they wouldn t honor the appointment.

Baddest place ever! Don t even think of taking your car there before you shed a tear. I m speaking with a grudge...With facts and proofs on the invoice that they gave me.There is an old man there, i forgot his name..whose intentions are not really good. As i brought my car for inspection, he found that my car was in a perfect condition.. but he did not get happy with that.. he had to invent a problem saying that they need to repair the suspension coz it s in its way of dying.. In brief, i can say: Very argumentative, a real scam and unprofessional garage representative. Not transparent with repair or cost details. Extremely bad and horrifying experience. Please guys, if you think i m lying i can even upload the copy of the invoice and see how scamming they are on puting the prices for labour, car parts (this is even worse), and definitely they don t repair well after this overcharging!
