Was sent here on a recommendation from a coworker and man am I glad I did. Best prices around, and got my tires and brakes done last minute on a weekend no less in just a few hours. Kind, courteous, and informative. Would definitely come back again.

Great experience at the Nashua Mavis Tires & Brakes. Online order and appointment process very easy. They listened and understood the plan for my 3 new tires and full spare swap out and took the car in right away. Saw some good hustle from the techs out in the bay, moving with purpose. Duration of work was as expected under an hour. Check out was quick and courteous. This kind of customer service = repeat customers. Keep up the good work!!

Loved my experience here! I walked in and they were so helpful, professional and quick. They were able to pull a nail out of my tire and patch me up for a very decent price and in less than 20 minutes. Fully recommend

I went into Mavis Tire this morning for a simple job - a repair of a leaking tire on my wife's Mazda. I was treated professionally and with a very friendly manner, my car was fixed very promptly, and while it was in it was given a service and underside check (which I appreciated even though i do my own maintenance in the main).As opposed to the old NTB in this location, these folks are friendly, courteous and know what they're doing. I highly recommend them.

Went in at 8 am for 4 tires and 1 tpms sensor. 6 hrs and 3 attempts at a front-end alignment later, I took my vehicle home. I noticed a minor front-end squeak that was never there before. Shortly thereafter, the front end felt loose, and the traction control went crazy. I limped the car home and had it towed back.The next day, Mavis called and said my left lower control arm was bad and needed replacing. I drive 80 miles a day to and from work with no issues other than worn out tires it went in for.They had it for 7 hrs this time. When I picked it up, the drivers seat was reclined flat, and it smelled dirty. They would not say how long the alignment had taken, but at least the steering wheel was straight now.The guy behind the counter was very helpful and understanding. However, due to this incident, I will no longer do business with them as my past experiences with that location have been mediocre at best.

Friendly staff, good communication.I brought my car in for brakes/oil change and they called to tell me I did not need to change the brakes just yet. I appreciate the honesty and will continue to go back.

Appreciated the kind customer service from the gentlemen at the front desk. Good pricing for synthetic oil, also provided me with a print out and quotes for things that my vehicle needs in the future which is always helpful. Overall great experience!

These people are awesome! I was in the area and had a sudden flat. They not only advised me appropriately but they stayed open pass closing to wait for me. I highly recommend this location! I only wish I could ve purchased my tires from them.

Had a great experience getting my car fixed at Mavis Tire & Brakes. I had a flat tire and Charlie at the front was very kind and was able to get me in right before they closed. Would come back again!

I got to say these guys are great! awesome service.Charlie the manager went above and beyond. I will only get tires here from here on out! Charlie was great, kind ,and caring. Other tire places should note on how to treat your customers because of Charlie I will be a life time customer.

I will never go to any other store ever. This place ,the staff like seriously you wonder where they have been entire time. Got my 4 tires done , awesome deal, polite and professional stuff who are there to take care of your needs. Found out they even have a credit where by u can pay in 6 month without any interest.. I salute them. I love them and I am their fan from today.

Just left Mavis in Nashua after experiencing a flat tire on a recent road trip. They were able to accommodate our schedule and changed out our tire quickly and efficiently. Staff was super friendly and the cost was minimal. Would definitely recommend them.

My experience changing tires at this shop was extremely unsatisfactory. The service provided left a lot to be desired. From the beginning, I faced difficulties, and the situation worsened when the employees refused to change the tires, even after payment had been made.The lack of professionalism and the refusal to resolve the problem demonstrate a total disregard for the customer. This unpleasant experience will definitely influence my future car service choices.I do not recommend this workshop to other consumers and I hope that measures are taken to improve the quality of service.

I went in today because i thought i had a slow leak in the tire. They took it in right away and got it up onto a lift. It turned out to be a bubble in the rim which they fixed. The staff were all incredibly nice and physically showed me the problem before performing any work. When it was time to check out i couldnt believe how incredibly low the bill was. Great group of very professional guys and i would recommend this shop to anyone. I will be a forever customer from here on out. Thanks again guys

Haven t had the best experiences at mavis s before, but let me tell you how exceptional this one location is. A diamond in the ruff! Took me immediately and provided a friendly speedy service. 10/10 rating. I was able to continue my route without any delay :)Go see my man Charlie!

All around great team who actually care about each other and the clients they serve. This is in no way a disservice to their hardwork, but rather something that must be spoken about or questioned. I had my front brakes done and the mechanic did an excellent job, absolutely no complaints, tires x4 were changed as well and no complaints from that. The complaint comes in afterwards in reference to the tire balancing that is included. After leaving mavis once my new tires were installed, I had noticed a wobbling come on going 50+ MPH, confused I brought it back and they diagnosed it as tie rod issues who my personal mechanic also agreed with. After replacing both inner and outer tie rod ends as suggested, the issue was still very much apparent. I went to Mavis on 2/9/2024 to resolve the balance issues and the balance issues associated with the tire are still very much noticeable. Now I m beginning to wonder if their calibration for their balancing technique is imperfect and leading to these results. Again, I want to reiterate, these people are great workers and I don t want to discredit that. But I can t help but feel shortchanged, tire balancing is very precise and if not done correctly can lead to serious issues down the line. All in all, it s hard to give 3 stars but I definitely feel a bit bummed after paying for balancing of my tires twice with no discernible difference in the wobbling. P.S. they re great with brakes, the mechanic is awesome.

Tremendous experience. These guys took my car at their earliest convenience, did troubleshooting on my brakes and repaired the issue. I was in and out in about an hour! The best thing was the rate was fair and affordable!
