Called and spoke with Thomas about an issue I was having with my car, he was extremely understanding and very professional. He told me to bring my car in and he will take a look at it, took the time to explain everything in detail and was very honest about the issue I was having. I would highly recommend this place. Great customer service.

I'm am so glad to say that after moving to nashua nh. I found a very honest place to get my car repaired. The people are so friendly and trustworthy I would recommend them to anyone for car work. The men named Thomas and Arthur were so great and explained everything they were doing. They don't just stand and take your money. The work done was professionally and I left very pleased. I'm back for a oil change and thankful to have honest people to come to. I'm a single woman and must have car work done that Is reliably and qualityThanks to all the staff your honesty and friendly is great

I've had my car serviced here for issues with my AC. It took over 3 times coming back since the issue wasn't resolved. Then for State Inspection, I needed new breaks and was blindsided by the cost. So, I definitely feel management is shady in not being forthcoming in what to expect. I will not be coming back here ever again.

Arthur is an amazing guy and his work is incredible! Quality work for a great price! If you ever need anything done to any vehicle I highly recommend going to Matrix!

I am new to the area and was looking for a good and honest mechanic for my 2001 Toyota. So happy that I found these guys. We have our vehicle serviced here so when it came time to buy a used car, we decided to come here (we ve had horrible experiences buying used cars elsewhere in NH), and what a REPUTABLE place this is! As we test drove our 2013 Mitsubishi outlander sport, issues came up and they said they would fix them before purchasing, and they did! All our questions were answered, they did EVERYTHING we asked. I can HIGHLY RECOMMEND to buy a car here ( we definitely will again) and have your car serviced here as we do! Thank you Matrix for such an INCREDIBLY awesome experience. We will have all our automobiles repaired here when need. Avoid using this mechanic. I had been a customer at this location since prior to it being bought out by Arthur and renamed to Matrix Auto. (Previously known as Steve King). Arthur and staff were friendly and amicable at first but after a year or so in business have become unprofessional, conniving & rude to their loyal customers.There are various issues that have occurred with my car and many times have visited the shop to have issues fixed which often times resulted in having to bring the car back after short time since they were not fully fixed.Most recently I needed a state inspection. The inspection failed for tires and a tail light bulb out. I shopped around and had found tires at a local tire shop for $60 less. Arthur being a business man and focused on money rather than continued fostering of customer relationships would not honor the $60 price difference for the tires. I ended up having my tires done at the local tire shop for $60 less.Since I was charged for my inspection at Matrix Auto I went back with new tires installed at the lower price and had asked them to replace the light bulb and re-inspect the car so I could obtain my inspection sticker.I waited in the waiting room and was told that my car would now not pass inspection as a plastic cover for the taillight now needed to be replaced and was quoted over $300 for this piece. I asked why this wasn t shared the first time upon failing inspection and they had said sorry we didn t really notice it. I can tell you that if I had gotten my tires fixed at Matrix Auto that the new surprise charge would not have come up. Arthur had proven time again that he does not value his customer service and is just in business to make money. Arthur was able to steer me through a difficult situation, taking pictures of my car while I was out of state. Ultimately I towed my Mini Cooper back to Vermont but I appreciate the time and attention to detail they were able to provide so that I could make a decision, even though I don't know much about cars. Thank you!

I travel from MA to get my car fixed here. My car is older 2005 Buick and different parts keep wearing out. Matrix gives me excellent service. They give me an appointment right away and Rick Muchata always handles my repairs. He is a very knowledgeable mechanic as evidenced by the twelve service awards and training certificates framed on the office wall. I'm a disabled senior citizen and having my car kept in tip top shape is a necessity. The owner Arthur always treats me fairly and shows that he appreciates my business. Another mechanic Kristina is usually on the desk and always greets me warmly with her beautiful smile and nice personality. She brings a chair outside for me so I can enjoy the fresh air while I wait. The other mechanics are always friendly too. Matrix has a good crew working at the garage. As much as I dislike having to keep repairing my older car, at least I feel comfortable knowing my car is dependable when I leave Matrix Autoworks. We have been customers if Matrix Autoworks for years! We bring our vehicles in for regular services - oil changes, tire rotation you name it. The service that Arthur and his team provides is excellent, they treat their customers like family. They are attentive and thorough and their prices are fair. I have never had a problem, unlike other places I have tried. I highly recommend their services for any of your auto needs - they get 5 stars from me!

Steve King was the previous owner and he was great to work with. These guys are great too. Best price on NH state inspections ($29). They get you in and out quickly. And staff is knowledgeable and helpful

Excellent place for work. Staff is very helpful and clear in the communication process. Thanks very much to Gabe and Arthur who gave me a clear picture of what my vehicle will soon need. They also answered a guesting about why the tires are weaning the way they are. Thanks guys.

My car had trouble while I was in town, many hours away from home. They had an opening and were able to see me immediately, even though it was early on Monday morning. They diagnosed the problem quickly and were able to get the problem fixed in a few hours. The staff were friendly and helpful. Can't recommend them enough.

If you like dealing with crooks, this is the place you go. They will fail you on basic state inspections with nothing actually wrong and give you an exorbitant estimate for repairs. Save your time, sanity, and money and go elsewhere that s not this explicitly shady.

I am so grateful for the work that Arthur and his team provided. When I brought my car to subaru for a diagnostic they basically told me my car was not worth fixing and I should just put a down payment on a new car. Matrix auto got my car back up running great for a fraction of what subaru quoted me for. Major work was done on my car and it did not break the bank. Also, I was not left without a car. They provided a very nice loaner car that I was able to cruise around with while my car was being repaired .Service: Engine repair

The place is great! My AC has a problem, they ran a FREE checking on my AC and explained to me what happened. The workers are very nice. Although, I didn t have my car fixed here because it requires special machine to recharge, I will still recommend this place to my friend. If my car have other issue in the future, I ll bring it here, too.

I've been going to Arthur(the owner) for car repairs for years and refuse to go elsewhere. Arthur had a shop up on Amherst st for a long time before transplanting onto main street; he is honest and upfront about repairs needed and the cost is not jacked up like the horror stories from other places.Arthur genuinely cares about his customers, their cars and how they feel about the work done by himself or his employees. He is a man of honor in business that can be shady.I recommend anyone who wants great work stop by and talk with Arthur about your issues and see for yourself what a great guy he is and the great work his shop does.

Matrix Autoworks is the only place I take my car for any repairs. They provide professional and friendly customer service. They are very accommodating and flexible with their schedule.Another plus is they provide you with a loaner while they are working on your car. I have met the owner a couple of times and he is such a friendly man. I would definitely recommend them any day!!

I have been taking my vehicles to Matrix Autoworks since they have been in business. The owner (Arthur) and his team are extremely professional. They are truly masters of their craft. The service is ALWAYS exceptional. The experience is ALWAYS positive, And the prices are ALWAYS fair, Not to mention the great promotions and deals they offer throughout the month. I trust NO ONE ELSE when it comes to my vehicles needs. I wish I could give them more stars but unfortunately google cut me off at 5.

Arthur and his crew are great! They make a stressful situation no big deal. And if your car is that far gone, they even have nice ones they can get you into. Like a dealership would, but a lot easier on your pocket! Thanks!

I have now been to Matrix Autoworks twice this year, once to replace my VSA modulator and today to fix my tire that got a nail in it. Both times Arthur and his staff were so kind and knowledgable about how to fix my car. I am clearly someone who doesn't know much about cars, and they were great at explaining everything in detail. I never felt like they were trying to upsell or get me to spend more than I needed to, and he also would give me options on what I could do. The prices are fair and they have great quality service, can't get any better than that!

I ve been going to Arthur for my car needs since 2009. He s always pleasant and so easy to work with. You can tell he works really hard and will ensure you and your car will have the best possible treatment. Highly recommended!!

I have a 2006 Infiniti G35x, the toe and camber adjustments were perfect for my style of driving it feels like a brand new car I don t the guys name who did my alignment but I thank him so much for the hard work he put in for my car. The customer service was phenomenal I wish her nothing but the best going forward; much love I ll come back for sure and my mom is interested in coming for her alignment also.Service: Wheel alignment

Great place everyone I dealt with was super nice & the work was done sooner than expected. Reasonable prices & very straightforward. My tech Christina was friendly & explained everything that needed to be done, with no surprises. Arthur comes off as a caring and honest individual. He tells you what's wrong and sends proof of broken parts. Will put you in a loaner car to make sure your kids get to school. You don't find old school mechanics like this. I highly recommend matrix of you want a shop you can bring your car too and your children's car too. Extremely honest and caring. The staff is great. They are really knowledgeable and their prices ate competitive. The owner, Arthur, is routinely there and is a great go-to guy if you have a problem---which doesn't happen. If you need auto repairs please check them out.

I had high hopes for this place but not the friendliest group. I also wanted to make an appointment for some additional work because I just purchased the car but they said it was all set. They didn't get it that I wanted it done anyway.

This place is amazing, I had a bad experience elsewhere and this place handled and fixed it within an appropriate time and for a lot less. Prices are great, the staff is very knowledgeable. Both Arthur and Christina were super nice and very helpful. This is my new go to shop ! COME HERE !

Matrix autoworks is the only place that I will take my car. Rick is the best mechanic out there. He is super professional, takes the time to make sure that the work is done properly the first time and makes sure to answer any questions that I may have. Overall I'm fully satisfied and feel confident when I bring my car to Matrix Autoworks.
