Staff was friendly but 2 and 1/2 hours for an oil change is unacceptable. Got there 5 minutes before my scheduled appointment and was told it would take an hour. Figured I come here because of a coupon and it s where I bought the car from.

Great place to buy a Corvette and see lots of Corvettes. They sell something like 1,200 Corvettes a year. They know their cars and are easy to work with. Here is my car!

The hospitality and service is always very good. It's just sad that this country has fallen so far behind in producing new vehicles. This push to the ev is just way to fast. The gas vehicles they produce today are very environmentally friendly. I say just make them better. Besides what is anyone going to do with their batteries after they are done. Talk about hazards waste.

Not happy with the service I've received here. I purchased my Nissan there it wasn't clean, I purchased it back at the beginning of June and I already have to replace my brakes. I will not be making another purchase there. Also I had to buy new battery for the vehicle. In 6 months after purchasing the vehicle I had replaced the breaks and new battery. Not good buyer beware.

I am so done with this place! I've been going here for over 8yrs the first 5yrs were good. I typically like going to the dealer to have all my service done. I do it for the security of having it done right. But this place, has some mechanics there, that are so untrustworthy, that you can't count on them to do thier job and have caught them not doing work i paid for.

Picked up new 2020 Vette.I knew more about vehicle than Vinny did.Very nice people and even filled tank with gas.No dealer prep fee. As promised only MSRP.Tough climate for dealers to work in.Overall good job. These folks are the second largest corvette dealer in the country.Took 53 weeks to get delivered.Dealer was as much in the dark through this time period as I was.Told would be notified when shipped. Next call was arrived at dealer.Tried to upsell me a couple times throughout process, but my LT2 was exactly what I needed. Will most likely never return to this dealer.35-40 miles from my home, but in the end ,all is good. Not excellent, but good.

I've bought my Volt two years ago from MacMulkin. The service that I've had has been first rate however the car is still relatively new so I haven't had anything except routine service, you can't really tell how good a dealer service is until your is 10 years old and it's falling apart. The buying process was the best that I've experienced, they made no attempt to sell me any unnecessary services or extended warranties, we just negotiated a price and that was that.

Came in to take care of an appointment i made a month prior only to be told my appointment was not in the system. Had asked for a laoner vehicle during the service time and had to make due with a shuttle. Advisor was quick to get my vehicle into the system and get the service done by days end. 3/5 for lack of upkeep, bit for getting it taken care of.

I had my 2013 Cadillac ATS in there to have the control panel screen replaced. It was cracked due to the extreme heat. They were very friendly and polite to me. I will continue to bring my car there to be serviced. Very happy with what they have done with my Cadillac

I got there for service of my vehicles, which have all been Chevy models since 2006.They are all very cordial here, and when I purchased a box truck, it was consuming too much gas, they allowed me to trade it in for a new 4 door pickup truck, with 2 miles on it. Title for title, as I had purchased the box truck outright, no bank involved. The trade was smooth and they even paid for a sprayed in bed liner, which I was not expecting.I only had the box truck for about 2 weeks and put 300 miles on it, a 15' Unicell box truck, brand new, 5 miles on it.I never had any problems with the service department, they warranted a vehicle I had purchased in Norfolk, VA. And had to have the transmission rebuilt, before they were allowed to give me a brand new one, all with in the 36,000 mile warranty. It cost MacMulkin money to rebuild the 1st tranny, and then install a new one.So as many time as I have been there for service of any sort, it has always been very friendly service.

Great service, got car inspected, they also checked for leak. They determined it was a/c dripping. Car returned clean, new sticker was installed properly and old sticker was removed completely.

I was actually here because Nashua Kia is undergoing massive renovations so they shuttled myself and my son there to wait while they serviced my van. They have a large, comfortable waiting area with several tech charging stations, a tv, complimentary water and muffins, and a cafe for those who end up stuck there for longer than they expected. Their employees are welcoming and helpful. In fact, when my ancient phone died prematurely while I was waiting for a couple of very important calls and I discovered that the charging stations are only set up for Apple devices and micro USB (mine is USB type C, of course), a service advisor plugged my phone into his personal vehicle which needed to be running in order to charge my phone. He ran his car for 15 minutes which provided ample charge to my battery.

The customer service was deplorable. I called and spoke to a Steven G on the phone about a vehicle. That same day my husband went up to see the vehicle and spoke to a Larry who gave him his "absolute lowest price" I went online and check the stock number only to see the price on the website was $2,200 less than Larrys "lowest price". So he called Larry when he got home in which Larry had to "go look into it" two times and call back. Then I went up the next day and was told by Steven G to talk to a Steven B when I arrived and that the vehicle would be pulled up for me and even set up an apt time. I get there and the receptionist wouldn't allow me to speak to Steven B and directed me to speak to Larry once again. Well Larry was selling another vehicle to a couple and was occupied but they wouldn't let me speak to any other sales member. I was beyond annoyed at this point, and didn't feel like a valued customer. I spoke to a Phil and he couldn't locate the trucks keys or the truck that was supposed to be out front for my "scheduled appointment." Then Larry attempts to juggle selling me a truck as well as the couple he was originally taking care of. Then Larry takes my keys and has someone else check out my vehicle. That person normally works in used vehicles and is not familiar with the new car department. He comes back with an extremely low number on my vehicle, roughly 7k UNDER the KBB trade in amount. At this point they have killed my patience level and I go to the game manager, get my keys back and leave. They are unprofessional, under staffed, unorganized, and sleazy since they have quoted prices higher than marked online and low ball trade ins. They must not value customer service.

2019 Silverado 20,000 miles already leaking oil. Called service they give me an appointment for 2 weeks later ?And they are not sure if it s under warranty ? So I called Lannan Chevrolet Lowell they were very helpful offered me a shuttle ride home and appointment much earlier. Just a heads up this is my 4th Chevrolet 1500 as usual oil cooler lines fail.

Would you do business here? Purchased brand new Silverado (26 miles) via internet negotiation. Drove vehicle home (20 miles) then problems begin! Dealership claims new transmission is needed, as Chevy plant missed install of a part. Dealership will only accommodate a repair and not substitute vehicle (while at least 8 identical vehicles are located on dealership lot) or provide a refund (my $18,500 trade in is not available). The battle continues as this is day 7 since delivery without resolution.

Larry Pinard and John from internet sales were awesome. They made leasing a new truck easy and followed through on their promise. Also gave a better deal that another dealership couldn t come close to.

All of the staff are so professional, truly helpful & pleasant. I wouldn't go anywhere else for purchasing a vehicle, mechanical services & also body work, all of which I've experienced 1st hand!

If you've been around a few decades, MacMulkin will strike you as a typical car dealership. Not somewhere you'd go unless you had to, like a doctor visit. People were friendly, but seemed to have a lot of bureaucracy to deal with rather than their customer. Prices were decent, and no high pressure sales tactics. Up to this point, they might get a 4* rating, but where they really fell down was CUSTOMER SERVICE, so I'll be generous with a 2* rating.I bought a new Silverado (with Snow Plow and Trailering Packages for extra loads) with a Chevy dealer purchased and installed plow. The said they would do future maintenance to it as needed. They scheduled the plow installation for Friday, said they would try to finish by Saturday, if not it would be ready Monday. Mind you they have service hours 7 days a week. Monday came and went, NOT DONE. I swung by and the Service chieftan said with dismay "haven't even started it yet!" FINALLY picked it up Tuesday. Epic Fail #1.On the way home, the new Silverado + Plow overheated and I had to pull over until it cooled down. Was able to get it home by driving slower. I proved the plow was the culprit by driving with and without it the next day. (This is not unheard of when plows block an engine's radiator airflow.) So I got in touch with MacMulkin (both phone and service emails) and asked them about any related service bulletins or help/advice Chevy could provide in the situation. I might as well have quizzed kids at a local day care. You know how you ask someone a question and they "er, ah, ok I'll look into that." Then you never hear back. Not even a "Sorry, we can't help." Epic Fail #2.Sorry I can't help writing this review calling out MacMulkin's casual abandonment of this new customer once my check was cashed. It would have been so easy for them, in several ways, to better take care of a customer who provides their paychecks.

Macmulkin service has been top-tier over a bunch of visits for the three vehicles I have serviced there so far (Pontiac Monaro/GTO, Chevy SS, Chevy Sonic) , one of which I purchased there (Sonic). I've owned ~30 new cars and have experienced many dealership service departments. While some may have equalled Macmulkin, none have done better, so far. I will post a followup review in the unlikely event that something non-excellent ever happens at Macmulkin service. As an example of excellence, three customers in NY, NJ, and PA had safety-related USB-download Chevy SS Sedan seatbelt recalls requiring service visit and their local dealerships would not give reasonable/soon appointments. So a Macmulkin service advisors travelled to NH to NY, NJ, PA to install the safety-related seatbelt software update at the customers' homes...
