We had such a great experience working with them to get our car fixed. They were very informative and knowledgeable about the process and kept us updated throughout the whole thing. Customer service was amazing. There was a slight delay because of a part not arriving on time but they reached out to us and explained what was going on and it still finished within a pretty decent amount of time. One issue we did have, and it wasn't because of anything they did wrong, was during some windy weather a branch must have landed on the car and dented the roof. As soon as we noticed and inform them, they realized what happened and took the car back and fixed it with no problem. My husband is typically very picky about these things and his car, so the fact that he is very pleased with the outcome makes it an even greater feat! The repairs that were done to the car because of the original accident looked great and like new. We would definitely go back to them if we needed accident repair again!

Great service. They did an impeccable job with my car. They made the pick up and drop off very easy, of my car and of the rental car. They communicated well, followed up when they said they would, and the car was ready on the day they said it would be. They also went out of their way to send a copy of my car registration that I left in the car.

I was initially nervous about trusting my car to Key Collision - not because I had heard anything negative, rather due to concerns about getting a perfect match to a rare color and then blending the new painted areas with the rest of the car. Turns out the nervousness was unwarranted. The Team at Key Collision did a great job and the repair looks perfect. I also appreciated the frequency of the communications and the fact that the work was started and completed earlier than expected. I am very satisfied!

It was not a major collision repair but the professionalism and quality of the results made a sometimes stressful experience, an enjoyable one. Great communications, excellent customer service from Emily, and the result is the car looks brand new. Can't ask for more!

Recently I was involved in a traffic accident where a woman decided to make a u-turn cutting right across my lane hitting my car. My car is my baby and this crushed me. My insurance company recommended Key Collision and I'm so thankful that they did. Tracy has been absolutely amazing and has made the experience wonderful. The repair was perfect and this is the only place I'll ever go to for repairs.

My car came back cleaner then I dropped off. I could tell they treated my car with respect. Tracy was very helpful through our the whole process. Right from day 1 she knew I was very upset and she jumped out of her chair walked around to me and gave me a hug.Which I guess I REALLY needed.She kept me informed though out the process told me what to expect. And was very personal. Great customer service all around!

Highly recommend this place. The quality of repair and the professional and caring staff exceeded my expectation of satisfaction. They really take the time to explain the process and while my car was being repaired they sent me text messages updating me on the progress.

Best customer service I have ever had at a repair shop. Tracey is absolutely AMAZING! She keeps you informed and updated for every step of the journey from your first call, to drop off, to pickup. She takes time to make sure you understand the main points of the process, and she goes above and beyond to let you know you are in good hands! I will definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for professionalism, excellent customer service, and great courtesy. If I ever need a repair place, Key Collision will be first on my list to call for an appointment! Thanks again!

Took my car here after a minor accident. They estimated 4 weeks, it ended up taking 6 1/2. I only found out the car was going to be delayed on the day I was supposed to pick it up. This happened twice.Waited for 3 hours for the car to be ready on the day it finally was. They claimed the delay was because they were double checking and detailing the car but when I got it back, the inside was filthy, my seat covers were damaged, and my car's internal service notifications were all messed up.

Everything that the 4 and 5 star people say is true. 1 Star withheld because it hasn't been thirty days yet so that's 1 point for room for error. But seriously,the key in Key Collision is that you get your key back fats and the service is as though the accident never happened. The customer service rep is fabulous and unforgettably friendly. You wont regret it.

From start to finish, the service here was the best I have ever experienced. Unfortunately was rear-ended by another vehicle and our 2021 Subaru Crosstrek, which is a leased-vehicle, had sustained some damage. We worked with the person who hit us' Insurance Company and I specifically asked for a auto body repair shop authorized to perform Subaru repairs. Key Collision was recommended, and after reading quite a few reviews online it was clear they were reputable. From the time I dropped off our vehicle till the time we picked it up (which was a week earlier than expected!) the communication done through email, text and by phone was great. Tracy set expectations on day 1 and both she and Key Collision was great to work with. They did great work on the vehicle and it was so much cleaner than it was when we dropped it off! Definitely recommend to anyone who needs auto body repairs done!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Ever since the beginning, they have been very unprofessional sloppy with all the information shady, and after over two months of working on my vehicle, I got it back with everything wrong, and I ll hast to get refix by professionals because they failed at getting anything done properly

I took my car here to be repaired due to an accident and the experience was excellent. Candace was helpful and John in the body shop was exceptional as well. Thank you for taking good care of my 2017 Ford mustang. Highly recommend!

This is my first time working with Key Collision of Nashua. It was through the insurance company of someone who hit my car. Tracy was extremely knowledgeable of the process and was very caring. There was a misunderstanding (on my part) about rental cars and service date but with that situation she took matters into her hands and got my car in to get fixed ASAP. She really helped me work through this problem so my daughter and I could get back on the road again. Customer service here is clearly a top priority for this company and I appreciate the work they completed on my car!

Key Collision is exceptional at fixing any damages that may have happened to your vehicle. I have gone to other places which have said our car was fixed and then we picked it up and glass fell from visor when it was put down. Key Collision is different, they go above and beyond making sure all damages are properly detailed out and shown to you. They ensure you are safe and satisfied. If a car accident should occur, we will definitely go right to Key Collision for the repairs.Service: Body & Trim

Key Collision is very professional and organized. My car was hit by a tree and with the body work and repairs that they did you wouldn't even know it. The communication through the process was on point. They also handled everything with my insurance company so all I had to do was drop off and pick up. No stress. If you re shopping around for collision repair, stop. I have needed body work done very few times and have used a different shop in the past. Keys happen to be in my network with the insurance company and they were very local so we decided to give them a try. I have to say that Keys is not only the best collision center I have ever worked with but may be the best company/service/business I have ever dealt with. I contacted my insurance company about some body work that had to be done to my wife s car. After choosing Keys, I was told that they would be getting a hold of me within a hour or so. Before I even hung up with them Keys was calling on the other line. When I clicked over I was greeted by a woman that spoke like we had known each other for years. She was very professional, kind and thorough. She had an answer for every question and was also able to set us up with our rental from Enterprise. Again, after hanging up the phone with a drop off date I was immediately called by Enterprise with a minute or two to schedule a rental drop at Keys. While our vehicle was being repaired were were called and updated frequently about the progress. The people there are extremely down to earth and kind and their work is amazing. Until this review I have literally never written a review about anything but felt that they needed the recognition that they deserve. Amazing shop. Thank you!!Service: Body & Trim

Dealing with Tracy was fantastic. Unfortunately when we got the car back it had several issues. For one the washer fluid indicator was on and said low. It's a big red triangle on the display. Hard to miss. It was not like that before the accident. I thought I would be nice and just fill the washer fluid myself but then realized it is leaking. This was not fixed. Then while driving on the highway I heard a noise coming from the repaired area. The noise got louder. I pulled the car over and as I slowed down one of the repaired parts actually fell off into the road on the highway. I was able to run back and grab it without being hit by passing cars. Also the interior was cleaned but the coffee that spilled in the vents was not taken care of. Also my wife on visually inspecting the car found another piece around the front of the car that was missing with no explanation. These are all things that should have been checked confirmed and are mostly obvious even to a novice. Yet they were not caught or identified. It makes me wonder what other things that we cannot see we're not done correctly or verified.
