Fantastic service! Called to see if I could stop in for a state inspection, they could immediately take me. The inspection was quick and easy, the entire team was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this location!

Literal worst jiffy lube. Every time I go there's maybe one other car and the person comes out and is like oh sorry it'd going to be a long wait. Probably at least 2 hours. They don't want to do fleet work. Cool. My fleet will go elsewhere.

The 2 ladies that serviced my car were awesome! They were knowledgeable, professional, polite, and explained everything they were doing. I will be taking all of my vehicles there from now on.

the team is outstanding Valvoline ripped me off ! You know what you are doing ! My car had a rats nest in it ! They took it off ! Valvoline ripped me off that is why they are so cheap ! I work for AMAZON FLEX SELF EMPLOYED ! Mister JEFF BEZOS SHOULD LINK WITH THEM I AM TELLING YOU BEST SERVICE EVER !! So not go yo Valvoline ! I think they should buy the Valvoline on Amherst st Nashua NH 03060 if it is for convince of being closer that is why everyone go there to change there oil ! But sincerely this place is the best ! Best team ever ! Never being here before this is my first time ! Best experience ! Quick service, kind lube techs. Fair price.My family will be back for future service.They made it very easy to call for information and welcoming to be there, very important to me!!!UPDATE: Went in today for an oil change and state inspection....they ran out of stickers! They didn't do the inspection (obviously) nor the oil change... Didn't bother to call us to let us know. We called over an hour and a half later to know when services would be complete to hear the news above... They told my husband 35-45 mins when we left it with them! They told us to leave the car unlocked because they were going to pull it right in.... It was still unlocked and where we parked it in their lot. We were offered a discount if we wanted to come back in 3-5 days when the stickers come in.... Absolutely appalled!

Went to get an oil change, have to now get a new oil pan. They stripped the bolt and instead of fixing it, said it was there guy being to rough, then changed the story after taking my car for two days they can't fix it. They jammed a plug in for now and I'm stuck with a ruined oil pan. Wouldnt go to Nashua location, very unprofessional and shotty work. One bolt is all they had to remove and caused a lot of trouble for me.

I m not sure if I am spelling her name right Shantae & Jacob were awesome today! Shantae was very kind, personable and knowledgeable. Same with Jacob and the information he helped me with. They got the oil change done quickly and efficiently. I left with all questions answered. I have to say I don t always enjoy coming to get my oil changes done but they made me happy I went today. Service was good as usual. The only negative was that they apparently don't accept the coupons found on the jiffy lube website anymore, even though it says that they are for this exact location. The guy that cashed me out told me, "we don't accept them anymore. The codes don't work on our computer so we can't accept them." I did ask if he had a comparable coupon he could type in for me, but he said no.

I love Jiffy Lube, I have been to multiple places in different locations and everyone was always helpful and nice. But the one in Nashua, NH was exceptional! The level of customer service was above all the rest !! Friendly, professional, knowledgeable and I loved the ENERGY!! This is what customer service is suppose to look like!! I wanted an oil change and the worker there weirdly made it seem like my engine was about to fall out of my car and refused to do my oil change. However he was okay with me leaving the lot with an engine he thought was about to fall out of my car? Whatever.Then I went to my Honda dealership since he told me my car was a death wish waiting to happen. Turns out I only needed an oil change! Who woulda thought! So shout out to these guys for wasting my entire weekend, thanks! Next time, please just do the oil change :)

The manager was late so I waited till they opened and some guy drives up and instead of saying she was waiting, (they did know I talked with the worker waiting on the manager too), they took the guy. I just moved here and always used jiffy lube for years but never again in Nashua.

I had an oil change done and they never put oil back in my 2014 Chevy equinox I was lucky to hear the lifters tapping. I will never use them again. I will also report them to the better business bureau. I will also never refer a friend again. They have gone down hill.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

What a great experience here last week! I came in looking for an oil change and to put air in my tires. First impression: I see a fellow smiling and waving me over. Introduced himself - Ryan - and other staff - Megan and Joe (sorry if I missed anyone!). The whole staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Ryan walked me through everything that looked problematic with my car, clearly explained how long I can wait to make the pricier fixes, and made genuine recommendations. Friendly, knowledgeable, down-to-earth and absolutely understanding. Not to mention efficient! I came in with my laptop prepared to do work, and I don't think I was there for longer than 15 minutes. This is the definition of great customer service and professionalism. I feel grateful I made the decision to get my oil change here, will definitely be coming back soon for all the other fixes my car needs. Thank you so much Ryan and staff, you guys are wonderful!

Holy moly go somewhere else. Guy gets my keys takes me inside leaves my car running with window down in the rain for 10 min before taking it inside. The three workers start yelling at each other while in my cars hood but since they don t let you stay in the car I have no idea what s going on. Takes about 45 min for an oil change. Valvoline is 100x better. This place was a dump

Please bring your car ANYWHERE but here. Brought it in for a simple oil change. Was there for an hour, and when I received the car back and drove it off the lot, smoke starts barreling under my car. Now mind you, before the oil change my car was running perfect. They ruined my radiator, didn t give me an oil filter even though I paid for an oil change, and on top of that, oil was POURRRRING out from under my car. Nothing but furious, and they are never held accountable. Read the real reviews and you ll see this is common.Service: Oil change

I got there for a simple oil change and was originally told itd be $60 dollars then proceeded to wait over an hour an a half and was told id get a discount only to wait even longer and end up being charged $104 just for the oil change. I arrived at 4 and didnt leave until 6. Was given attitude and they thought it was funny and didnt care. The whole time they were watching the clock just ready to leave work. The one actually working on my car just kept saying how he was ready to leave.on the reciept it says they vaccuumed the carpet and cleaned windows which they never did. They charge for services they never preform and overprice and give attitude to coustumers. WORST experience ever!Service: Oil change

My man Eric at Jiffy Lube on east Hollis street in Nashua, is extremely professional and fast. The epitome of exceptional customer service! I had a light out and he fixed it correctly and had me out in 10 minutes, AMAZING. if you need service go to Eric in Nashua!

Not usually one to post reviews but this Jiffy Lube is great. Kind and knowledge staff. All the employees were extremely helpful in fixing my car and getting it inspected. Pricing was very fair and they seem like they wouldn't suggest unnecessary repairs for the sake of making money off of people who wouldn't know better (unlike some sketchy places I'm sure we've all been to). Highly recommend this place

Focker's, left my drain plugged loose. They said no. Check your drain plug before you leave. Or go somewhere else.

For the past two years I have had nothing but bad experiences at this Jiffy Lube, prior to that I had good experiences. On Feb 4th, 2022 I took my BMW to this branch to have a state inspection done and as I parked in front of the door the employee came out to see what I needed. I asked if they could do a state inspection he said no and I had to go to the Amherst St branch. I asked why and he said they can t inspect BMWs because they don t have a post lift. The supervisor then came out and we discussed back n forth til she finally agreed to do it. After she completed the inspection I asked her if I could bring my Nissan here for inspection to which she said yes. Fast forward to today Saturday Feb 12th, 2022, I took my Nissan there and had the exact same treatment from the employee. He said the person that does inspections wasn t there which is funny because the female manager that inspected my BMW was right there working on a white box work truck. I was very agitated since they would not do my state inspection on the weekend as told they would. I do not recommend this terrible business for state inspections.

Worst customer experience ever I have been coming here for oil changes all the time never had any problems until of course the last time Right before I was going on a trip I check my oil stick and it was very very low which was weird because I just got an oil change I bring it to the dealership where I got my car turns out they didn t screw the cap on all The Way and oli leaked all over my engine and I had to pay more money to get it off my engine and also they could ve ruined my engine and of course I let them know of this very nicely you know people make mistakes and of course the upper manager still hasn t gotten a chance to get back to me poor poor customer service You think if I m a valued customer they d be on this right away but nope I hope none of this happens to any of you be careful who you trust your cars with! Surely wouldn t recommend them anymore!

I take my car there and its reassuring to see the employees taking pride in what they are doing. Sabryna is impressive with her knowledge, promptness, and her figurative way of explain things which makes there service that much more satisfying. I like leaving my local auto shop with no question on my mind about the services performed.

I have never waited so long for an oil change. I was the third vehicle to show up this morning at 9:06am after they opened at 9. They finished at 10:57. No one acknowledged the crazy long time or offered even an insincere apology. And after all that , the signature service , didn t even fill up my tires. I am fine to wait if there are a lot of people ahead of me, there weren t, and I am happy to pay for the service on my vehicle, but it was t provided.

Came here to get an oil change wanted to be first so got here for 9am employee had only gotten there at 9am so I waited after a few I went to the front as more people showed up, employee came to the door after ending his phone call, asked what we (myself and other customer) wanted then proceeded to say well I just got here so we re not open right now, then shut the door and walked away while the other lady was trying to see how long until he s ready. They not only had the hours on the door themselves but also printed out on a paper that also had 9am open time!! The kid was very unprofessional and it was a shame because I had called the day before to confirm the time they open and whoever I spoke with on the phone was nice. From now on I ll take my business elsewhere to a more professional and on time establishment. If I could give 0 stars I wouldService: Oil change

This has got to be one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with!! I had to call the cops to get my keys back after they raised the cost of the oil change they did. I was very clear about how much money I had on me and was very specific about what I wanted done. Before I even authorized them to begin work they took my vehicle in the bay and began work on it. When I was told they couldn t check my transmission fluid I told them to forget it because that was the main thing I needed checked but they had already started working on it. Amazingly at that point I was told they would check my transmission fluid. I was then told that the cost would be $7 more than I was originally told because they put in 6 quarts of oil instead of 5. I didn t make a big deal. Then I told them for the 3rd time that I did not want the synthetic oil change done that was shown on the bill they presented to me before I authorized service. At this same time I told the second associate that I had a $15 coupon on my phone and proceeded to show him. For some strange reason I couldn t pull up the bar code they needed. I then said to forget it because once again I notified them that I didn t have enough money if they didn t accept the coupon. The employee told me not to worry about it and the associate that would cash me out could fix it. When it came time to pay I was presented with a bill for $67 when the original amount was supposed to be $25!!! When I was told he wasn t going to accept the $15 coupon I told him to go confirm with the other worker that assured me it would be fine. Both workers come back and admit that THEY miscommunicated but they still would not lower the price. I explained again that I did not have $67 on me and couldn t give them what I didn t have. At that point I had to call the police because they would not return my keys!! What a joke this company is because all they do is try to add things on that have not been approved!! I can only imagine the number of people they have done this to that just pay them instead of standing up for themselves!!!!! I wish there was a way to give them no stars because they don t even deserve a one star rating!!!

I got my Audi serviced here back in Oct of 2018. I got home and was called by the store and they told me that they left a wrench under my hood. I go to check and they surely did. I was asked if I could return it and I did. I was than given a note stating that my next oil change would be free. I go there and manger wasn't there to approve when I needed it. I than call this time and they tell me they can't honor it because the person who wrote it was fired. Poor customer service and they only offered me 20 bucks off.
