Joe is great! He keeps my cars running and in tip top condition! He always finds a way to fit me in. He keeps me updated on the repairs and always calls before he starts anything. He has his son working for him too - which says a lot about his values and the type of guy he his. Wouldn't dream of bringing my car anywhere else.

I m very happy with J is L Auto because they were very accommodating and took my car last minute inspection. I was out of town, drove an hour to my car inspection appointment because I got stuck in traffic, and when I got to certified automotive solutions they told me to wait for 2 hours!!! I called 15 other shops to inspect my car but everyone was booked! I was jumping for joy when J is L auto told me they ll take my car! It s great to see honest auto shop and not take advantage of people. Other auto repairs I ve been to tried to sell me other things! Thank you J is L Auto for your sincerity, honesty and for caring! I highly recommend this place to everyone!

The owner Joe is phenomenal! I came to J is L last minute needing a battery installed and Joe got me in and out of there within 15 minutes!! Amazing prices and amazing work! I will be back!

I ll give this place two thumbs up, Nice man Joe is I ll recommend anybody that needs their car fixed to go and see him called him up I needed to get my daughters passenger side door fixed as Damage to the door he recommend to put a brand new door on it s perfect like brand new did a awesome job and I think I m very much for it.

This was by far the best experience I have ever had went in for an estimate and they fixed my truck frame right away and I had some mold on my door the farther washed my truck for me they by far are the best place to take your car or truck and This was my first time there I give them 10 ********** stars

The owner Joe does top-notch work. Very honest about his time frame and ability to get you in and out. My car recently needed a lot of bodywork frame work and he was able to get it back to Brand new other shops estimated triple or more the amount of time to do the work that he was able to do. He is able to work on anything from brand spanking new to older cars Really anything that has an engine. My only negative is do not use his recommendation of budget car rental in Nashua New Hampshire, but as for Joe his work and the shop is a true hidden gem amongst all other car shops in the area the type of work he is able to do all under one roof is quite amazing and the fact he truly enjoys all the aspects of the work he does. My hat goes if to you Joe and your son keep up the amazing work.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim, Welding

Had a great experience with J&L today will definitely be returning in the future. Joey got me in very last minute for brake pads and state inspection. I recently hit a dear with my 2013 Audi Q7. I was referred to J & Lby a Family member. The front of my car was totaled, and I also had some internal issues with the car. The service was fantastic, and very professional. The car looked & ran like new when I picked it up. It was done on time and for the exact quote I was given for the work. I was so happy with the service, I am bringing my car back in for new tires next week, and I will use J & L for all my service work moving forward- I would recommend them to anyone looking for Body or Service work.Services: Tires, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim

I was due to have my car back Monday and received it back 3 days early. Not only did he Get all of my parts quickly which right now during this time is hard to do, he started working on it immediately. He communicated greatly with myself and my insurance company and my new car looks brand new again. .it was a wonderful experience !

Joe stuck in there on a couple really difficult jobs. He was super communicative and took the time to walk us through every step of the way. When everything was done I expected a bill like the national debt and he surprised us with a very reasonable total. Within months we had a number of nasty repairs needed and he continued to give top notch work and service. Frankly he had every chance to take advantage of us and I know other shops would have but he keeps being reasonable, friendly and courteous.
